Such a terrible experience. So many games broken and out of order. Some appear to work until you pay credits with your card and then nothing happens. Wasted at least $20 on broken games, staff don't care and won't help. Restaurant is also terrible. We had a glass of juice spilled at our feet. I made staff aware amd was told someone e was coming to clean it. After a few minutes, My wife started to grab napkins and the waitress told her to stop and someone was coming to clean it. A little bit longer, and 3 staff members came nearby, pointed to the mess and discussed it amongst themselves.... we spent the next 90 minutes sitting in a puddle of juice. Staff don't care and won't help. Such a terrible time, save money and go to chuck e cheese. This place was fun 20 years ago, now it's overpriced and dated.

Restaurant: Typical pub/bar food menu. We went on a Friday night and there was no line or wait - we were seated right away in the dining area. Portion sizes are good, great flavours (Chimichurri bowl was too good), friendly staff. Play Area: Massive play area with lots of arcade games. All machines (except maybe 1-2) are in working condition and are clean. There's a DJ which gives it a nice atmosphere. There are 2 eating seatings: inside the play area and in the dining halls. The play area can get very loud so would not recommend that. Not a great selection of redeemable items though and found the ticket/chip ratio expensive. The tokens card never expires though which is good.

I recently visited Dave & Buster's and had a mixed experience. The food was surprisingly good, and the arcade offered a fun time for everyone in our group. The service was alright, nothing exceptional but not disappointing either. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired. One standout feature is that it's not as busy on weekends, making it an ideal spot for both large and small groups. Despite the bathroom issue, the overall atmosphere and entertainment options make Dave & Buster's a great choice for a group outing.

The menu was limited and it was really loud. We ordered nachos (average, nothing to spectacular about them and prob should’ve had sour cream and salsa on the side instead of drizzled on top), tempura popcorn shrimp (really flavourful but super soggy - maybe air fry them and then have the sauce as a dip instead to retain crispy texture?) and a side of fries (just ok, not overly seasoned and pretty crispy). Also ordered a beer - it was sent back because it tasted off. They replaced with a diff beer, no questions. It was pretty busy and most of the hand sanitizing pumps were empty.

Great place to take friends and have fun. They even have group deals on credits. My friends and I came to play Dance Dance Revolution (oh yeah!) and Mario kart. The staffs were super friendly, the Location is clean, there’s plenty of games. They even had guitar hero. I recommend coming early before it gets packed so you can have more fun and enjoy the varieties of games that they have. I would definitely go back again.

I went here with a few friends. This is a two-part place with a restaurant and arcade. I will start with the restaurant. We had asked to be moved from the arcade dining area to the actual dining area, which they were able to accommodate. The menu has a solid amount of options, and I can’t deny the selection of a Philly cheesesteak. The prices are okay, and my sandwich was actually quite good. Fries were crispy, and the sandwich was flavourful. Our server was kind and honest about the menu and gave us good recommendations. The arcade is big, but does have an issue with some games straight up taking tokens and then refusing to work. Most of them do work however, and it’s fun all around. Overall, it’s the perfect place to spend with friends and not get bored.

I took the fam here for some food and games. The food was pretty decent, everyone enjoyed their meal, I would say I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of everything. On the game end of things, I was disappointed. In half of the game section, there was an atrocious smell that was potent enough to leave me with a soar throat after leaving. Lots of the games were broken, and lots were out of service. The kids wanted to leave before the credits were even gone. I dunno it was OK.. but not good enough to plan a return visit. We will try somewhere else next time.

Finally. An upgrade from bar food. Food was really good. Nice to be back. Staff was excited and happy. Just disappointed that they didn't accept our coupons from 2020. I know they had expiry date. But really, no ones fault that they were closed due to covid. The front service didn't have to be rude!! Could of validate the free games. Would of stayed longer and bought more drinks!!!

Food is averag, small menu so limited on choice. Great game selection. My children(4 and 7) couldn't wait to get playing and didn't want to stop. Prize selection is decent with better ticket prices then other places. Over great time, great experience as always. Will continue going back.

Went for the arcade section. Pretty good but I wish it was a bit less pricey. Some machines are wonky and you need to call service sometimes. I also don't know if they clean the machines sometimes...i have not seen a cleaning person.Had some fun.

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE! The Caesar salad with steak was beyond questionable, looked like it was taken right out of the freezer and served defrosted. Shout out to our server Tan who was working hard to accommodate such a busy night, he was extremely patient. Arcade has a decent selection of games but half of it was out of order...

Dave & Buster's is a fun arcade amusement place. Geared towards adults but plenty to do for children as well. They have a good selection of arcade games and fun tickets games. Lots to do for a couple hours of fun. More kids in the afternoon seems to get busier with adults as the evening progresses. I didn't try the food so can't comment on that.

I’ve been to Dave and Busters on so many occasions, every time it’s been a good one. On each occasion it has been with different groups up to 50 plus and the service was still maintained. Food was good, not the best but service made up for it. Arcade and pool area were great, the games range from all ages and definitely a great way to bond with others.

The food was good tho I found their menu to be limited, its only one page and I wish it had more appetizers. Our waiter Johnson was phenomenal he exceeded my expectations of customer service because not only was he friendly but he remembered everything we ordered; made sure that what we ordered was exactly to our specifications and came out right all at the same time right. Me and my mom are vegetarian and we're impressed by having our needs met. The booth was also super comfy. The arcade was fun I was surprised how many smaller children were there because the atmosphere is more of a grown up arcade ( there's a bar in the middle of the room). But with the purchase of any soft drink you get unlimited free refills and you are allowed to take your drink anywhere 🙂 the games range from classics and beginner friendly to VR experience and the tickets 🎟️ you earn can get you pretty good prizes. I would return and recommend 🙂

We just spend a day there to play. We didn’t dine in. Kids love this place. Lots of arcade. We arrived around 11am and less crowded. Kids love the rubber duck claw machine and it let us play many times until u claw a duck.

Overall an interesting experience. The game area wasn’t too bad, many games were out of order, but overall entertaining. The seating for the restaurant area took a very long time. We were told there is a minimum 1 hour wait even though there were many empty tables available. This is possibly a business tactic to get everyone to spend more time in the game area. Food-wise the service was extremely slow but the food was okay. We ordered appetizers hoping it would come first before our meal. However, the appetizer and meal pretty much came at the same time.

Not a great experience at an arcade! Surely if you’re with your kids, they have varieties of arcade games on premises. Stars given Are only for games, for food I’ll definitely wouldn’t recommend it. We ordered voodoo pasta (served cold), chicken wings & Nachos., all tasted the same and were cooked in same sauce. It was so zesty and sour that we didn’t even finish one meal and left it as it is. Would expect a better experience at some other places.

Foods: 6/10 Service: 10 Serving Time: 6 Portions: 9 Ambience: 9 Cleanliness: 7 Price: 7 Parking: 10 Complimentaries: N/A I ordered NY steak but it was too rubbery, and their back ribs were too sour. It took almost 30 minutes for our orders being served, and they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of their washrooms.

I had sooo much fun here. Can’t believe I’ve never been to Dave and Buster. I only went to the arcade in Niagara Falls It’s huge and has lots of game. They also have a big bar area for parents to chill while their kids are running wild. 😂 They also use card to keep your points and your rewards. You don’t have to run around with a bag of coins which is very convenient. Gotta show proof of vaccinations tho.

Christmas Day- A bunch of my friends were already inside, was asked to wear a mask, to which I said I have an exemption, showed my vaccine and ID and went to the front. Lady in the front where you buy cards asked me for a mask, I explained to her I have an exemption. She said, you can't enter then, we don't accept exemptions. She calls her manager, Carlos. Now he says we respect and accept medical exemptions but that he had to see it, I told him legally he can't ask for my medical exemption, and the bylaw clearly states that. I told him it wasn't right to ask for someone's medical information and that had I called a bylaw officer he would be the one who could get in trouble. Anyways, 3 different people told me 3 different things. First one said I could go inside without a mask, second one said I couldn't go inside period and third one said I could go inside but have to show medical records. Anyways I left......... a place where people are unclear and misguided about such an important policy doesn't deserve my business. I will add that everyone inside was very polite and respectful, I tried to be also. So I have to say thank you for that, Carlos the manager was also very well mannered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family experience at this fantastic venue. It's perfect for kids, family gatherings, and celebrations. My daughter had a fantastic time with a wide range of arcade games. Despite two game malfunctions, the service desk promptly refunded our cards. The arcade was well-kept, and the spacious party rooms accommodated a good number of people. While the food was satisfactory, not top-notch, it suited well for parties or family meals with kids.

Came here with my boyfriend. This was our first time coming together so we didn’t know it’s busy on Sundays but there was enough games available and bar space so you don’t really have to wait. Dining is first come first serve so if you want a booth it’s a bit of a wait. We sat on the bar for dinner and drinks. Our server was really sweet. They didn’t have honey garlic so she recommended honey BBQ which was really good. We don’t have a kid but the kids pepperoni pizza is amazing lol. Our card got stuck in one of the machines but a mechanic came and got it for us within 2 min. Stuff is just overall very friendly and accommodating. We had a really fun time.

There is no one working on the game floor. If you have an issue you're on your own. Lots of games are not working and not fixed, see photos attached. I used to love this place but they are no longer staffing this venue adequately. Average wait time to have someone on the floor to provide assistance is over 25 minutes, if you are lucky. They are not the friendliest either.

I always have the most amazing time at Dave and busters. Drinks are great and the vibes are incredibly fun! I had lost my card that had over 11k tickets and asked 3 of the staff for help and they essentials told me “too bad”. I tried my luck with another girl and she was such a big help! Selen took the time and effort to find my receipt and called the manager to make things right for me. What a wonderful lady with great customer service

It was our first time at Dave & Buster's and it did not disappoint! Food and drinks were great with quick and pleasant service, we sat outside of the game area so it was much calmer (: Busy day at the arcades as it was half-off Wednesday, but still a blast! I actually won the jackpot on the bouncy ball drop game 🎊 We got more than enough tickets to exchange for cute prizes with a lot leftover, so we'll be back!

Really enjoyed the meal and fun time at this location. Lots to do and participate in for both adults and children. Good selection of new and old school favourite games, and arcade simulators. Great for fun and both co-operative and competitive play. Also option to have a more restaurant experience. Covid protocols are in place for everyone's safety. Lots of lights, and sounds adds to the ambience. A variety of TV's are on and available for sports events as well.

Decided on a spontaneous evening out with the family, and we had a lovely evening. The wait for the restaurant was an hour but the alerting system was on point letting us enjoy our evening and getting our table on time. Big shout out to Sinthu who was an amazing server and was on point with all our requests. He gave us an amazing experience. Thank You.

Dave & Buster's is a place I would NOT recommend eating at but instead visiting for just the arcade. The service was terrible, slow, and rude. The food was almost inedible for how greasy and salty it was. The food items are overpriced and not very impressive as I could make this food, and I'm not a qualified chef. The staff is extremely slow and I believe a server only spoke to us once. As for the arcade, it features alot of arcade classics and fun games for friends and family. I would highly recommend coming for the arcade but would recommend staying away from the food.

When we got there around 7pm, we bought the $100 game play expecting most or all the games to be working and in good condition. I was completely shocked to find that more than half the games were broken and we had to tell the guy to reimburse our points on the card as almost every game didn’t work. Honestly we asked him so many times he should have just walked with us the whole time… At 8pm we went to get some appetizers (I booked a reservation) the two hosts were amazing and very kind (unsure of their names) when we were seated we met our waitress Shanyce, she was very sweet but unfortunately kept forgetting we were there. After getting our food, she came to ask me if I wanted the check but my boyfriend was in the bathroom and we wanted dessert. She said she would come back in a couple minutes but it ended up being 50 minutes until finally I got up and asked the host to assist us in finding our waitress as she hasn’t come back in a long time. We never did get dessert and it’s my birthday today (it’s the reason we came) and I didn’t get to enjoy my favourite chocolate cake. My last compliment is how can someone charge $15-$16 for boneless bites when it comes with 6 pieces and a side of warm and very old veggies. After this I definitely won’t be coming back and ever spending my own money there again. Overall, we did still have fun and the pretzel dogs were delicious, although a few things brought down the experience mainly the game troubles and portion size for very expensive boneless bites.

I have already been there two times, each time I had the best time, I feel like an energetic child, and boned with my inner kid :) Playing and winning a lot of tickets. I like that your ticked uploaded on your card instead of wasting paper and holding on to physical tickets. Food is a little salty but servers are friendly. In general I like the place and will go again and again.

Plenty of space, both in restaurant area and game area. Food, I felt, is over priced for the quality (similar to what you expect to receive in a Mall food court). Gaming area with variety of games was great and well priced for the token options. An abundance of hand sanitizer throughout.

The food as always is amazing, HOWEVER the service is TRASH! Tables are always dirty and when we ask bar and the servers they ignore you saying, "Someone will be there" as you wait for more than 20mins for a table/booth. The server's always stand around talking even while being busy. My spouse and I had to cleN our own booth in order to sit. Half the games were broken sadly and we wanted to enjoy our anniversary here, but this may be our last time here unfortunately.

From an adult's point of view I wouldn't give 4 stars due to the slow food service and the food being sub par. I had problems with both of my last visits when it came to the food. Undercooked burgers and just being ignored at our table for up to 30 minutes. I gave 4 stars because my son loves it there.

Cane here during third wave of Covid. Haven’t been here since Pre-covid and this was the first day of covid passports. The food was good however, ordered honey barbecue wings with fries and veggies. The wings flavor was great and tasteful fries were good but not great or hand-cut, and the veggies were a bit wet so made the fries a little soggy. Staff was kind and checked on us throughout the night. Unfortunately there policy wouldn’t allow us to take our beers away from the bar so we felt a little stuck there and I wish they told us when we ordered our drinks. Luckily we were in a group and they were able to finish our points on the cards while we finished the night at the bar. Would come here again but only if I ate before hand or when the rules are a bit more lenient (playing games without masks).

I had such a fun time at Dave and Busters with my friends. We came for the games and dinner/drinks. The service was a bit slow but the food was pretty good. The games were definitely the highlight for me. It’s a very fun, exciting atmosphere. Their token shop is absolutely adorable as well. They have so many different game options and their price points are very fair. Dave and Busters is the only place that has my favorite lil cooler beverage- the blue drink as pictured so I will definitely be going back to order it again. 10/10 would recommend!

Biggest indoor digital play ground in GTA. The atmosphere is good. The combination of play ground and eating area and birthday party room location in big plaza with many parking spaces makes Dave & Buster’s to a unique place for families and kids to spend a time. Their foods have good quality and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this place to have fun time with family.

Saturday night. The place is huge with a lot of different games for adults and kids. The bar service is good but, although it has lots of tables, the wait list was around 30mins. The menu and food are not bad. But the fish chips was too grease.

On this visit we only had drinks and dessert. The cakes were absolutely delicious. It extremely packed so service was a bit slow but everything was great even though it was busy. We were able to play all the games we wanted. I do recommend making a reservation if you are planning to have dinner.

  • 5/5 Matthew Y. 1 year ago on Google
Come Wednesday! They check your IDs when you arrive at door. Not sure why but maybe then they don't need to check again at the bar? Wednesday offers half price for games, it's great deal and perfect to spend an evening with your friends without costing a lot. I spent around 9$ on games all night and still have around 26$ of chips left overs for next time! You also get digital tickets you can use to exchange for gifts. Lots of gifts require high ticket numbers, so I wasn't able to afford much other then some small snacks! Overall a fun evening.

You would expect more from a big brand and for the price. Celebrated our kids birthday last night. We arrived just before 6pm and requested for a table of 12. The front said no dining service just find a table by the bar first come first serve. Okay, luckily we found a table to accommodate our size party. Kids were greeting restless so wanted to buy cards to play games but couldn’t find our server so I went ti purchase in the front just to see them have the dining area open just minutes after we showed. 3 items we tried to order of their menu our server said they don’t serve those items. And then we order an item he sent us something else and tried to convince me that was the item ordered until I showed him the menu and picture. His excuse, of we don’t serve that item either. Our Server did his best. He even tried to add additional tip from what was already added to the bill. The quality of food, service and prizes are not worth the price, but the kids having fun is. That’s all that matters in the end.

I travel to Toronto every summer with my family and cousins. Since the summer of 2018, we’ve been saving up tickets to buy the grand prize- a giant unicorn Squishmallow. On August 1, 2021, we finally amassed 24000 tickets and bought the one on display as the product was discountinued. Truly the best day of my life. Thank you Dave and Buster’s. the unicorn is soo cute!!!!

Good for the games and appetizers only. Dinner was way to bland. Wouldn't really choose Dave & Busters as a dinner spot but we were way to hungry. Steak dinner was horrible, asparagus was literally burnt, and mash potatoes tasted old. The ravioli just lacked everything.

Went last night and had a lot of fun (a variety of games to choose from) - highly recommended! BUT leaving a 2 star review cause of an incident with a female server. There was a last call for alcohol and I went to get one at the bar table but she ignored me 4 times (and she was literally in front of me) then she came to me over later and when I asked for a glass of beer, she told me it was closed with an annoyed look. Then she turned to serve other Canadian customers sitting across from me (very friendly to them if I might add). The other customers were being served alcohol. I personally felt very upset and it could be assumed that she ignored me cause I was Asian. There were no other Asians at the bar table during this time. Thankfully another male server came to me and asked how he could help me (he was really friendly and attentive to everyone). I would definitely go again for the games only.

Been there last night and the arcade is really huge! Great selection of the different types of games. Personally loved the axe throwing even though I sucked at it :) My score is for the arcade, didn't have a chance to eat at the bar because I ate in advance. Advice for tourists : bring your actual photo id/passport/drivers license with you - no photo copies.

Great place for group outing and team events. They offered catering. Food and drinks were so good, staff was nice and the facilities were nice and comfy. Lovely experience. There’s a game arcade and multiple dining areas available. Ample parking available. Facility is pretty busy during happy hour, and it’s a good idea to double up on washrooms cleaning during this time.

Fun and entertaining place to be! We enjoyed our drinks and the bartender was very helpful and recommended the nachos which were good! Only thing I didn’t like is how quick our credits were gone for the games. Would definitely return in the future.

It is great place for games and drinks. Spend your time playing virtual games as well as simple fun games they got almost everything. But they give you less game credits for the amount of money they charge as compared to other gaming places plus when you try to redeem your game points it’s nothing you can get until you got like crazy points which is hard to get even by spending 100 or more which is kinda rip off whereas other places they got nice rewards. Drinks are fine but food is not so good but kinda ok plus seating for dining is hard to get. Overall fun experience.

It is a huge nice place where you can have much fun there with family and friends. The restaurant was very busy that we were on the waiting list for more than an hour and a half. It was March break and the first week after the Covid-19 restrictions were lifted. I understand that they are busy but there should be better management. Overall it is a nice place to spend time and have fun 🤩

I just came to play some games (last call for food was 9, drinks 930), so I bought a card at about 9pm and played for about 40 minutes. I put a bit more money on the card , but they auto shut the machines at 950 or so. I wish the front desk had told me that because I've never been here and wouldn't have put the extra on the card. No one was wearing gloves between machines, some patrons "forgot" their mask and kids were running amok. The games were really nice, and I like the ticket system. I had fun anyway.

Did not like the menu. Pasta was a good portion. Pasta noodles were all broken up sauce was interesting. Seemed like there was Sriracha hot sauce that made it spicy. My friend had wind and fries. Not worth the buck at all. We mainly came for the games. Most of the games that we played were broken and/or not accurate.

Always fun at Dave and Busters, the bartender was really nice too. Order fries and they were one of the best fries I've had in a very long time.
