My children and I were called "You people" by a lady there, tried to comfort management and she already went to speak with them before I could report her behavior. When I tried to go to the front desk, I was greeted rudely by another guy name Chris. He began shouting at me with hearing what happened and automatically took the lady who racially profiled myself and my children. He also threatned to cancel my membership as he claimed to be the vice president of Esporta and 7 other gyms. I found out the lady who racially profiled us is an instructor there. We are still shocked by the experience and coperate didn't handle it well either. Horrible experience

Decent at best. Being one of the more expensive gyms in the area, their sales pitch is that you get to bring two guests each time. Whenever you bring a guest the front desk workers give you weird looks and an attitude. They are desparate for new customers but do not value the ones they have. Gym itself is ok but there is always something that’s broken or not working.

Update- they removed ALL of the paper towel dispensaries on gym floor because its "costing them too much" what will they cut out next? Water fountains and bathrooms? Lots of old men using numerous pieces of equipment at once. Equipment always needs to be fixed. A.C. is always "broken" even though I believe they turn it off to save money. VERY HOT during summer. Would not reccomend.

Wish I could give zero starts, but I can't. After signing up for 3 months of personal training at a cost of $440 a month for 2x sessions per week, I was told that the following day in the morning the trainer Cameron would reach out to to. 3 days later he did. He told me the only availability that he has was 5:30 am. I told him that will not work. He ghosted me after that. 5x calls or text messages later with zero response. Weeks later a new gentleman reached out. The new manager. I responded to his text, got no response, later calling him with no response. It wasn't until I called the location with a attitude that i got a response. He stated best they can do is let me buy my contract out at half the cost. I told him it's unacceptable, later he stated he would be talking with the VP of the company the next day and would get back to me. That never happened over a week now. Plain and simple they did not do what they said they were going to do multiple times. Find another gym like I did, and another personal trainer who is responsive and professional unlike Esporta Fitness. 👎👎

Gym is chronically overcrowded despite having less equippment than other gyms in the area. Lacks important equipment, forcing you to improvise for certain muscle groups. They only have 2 squat racks which is ridiculous considering the size of the gym and the overcrowding. They keep having issues with the sauna and havent been able to figure out how to fix the issue properly, the current bandaid fix they are using will surely expire soon. Some patrons are not respectful of the equipment and leave it all over the gym and not in its proper place. Weights are often piled on the floor directly next to weight racks. If you are time sensitive or take lifting seriously this is not where you will have the experience you are looking for.

Came to get a day pass to workout and waited over 30 minutes. No one helped me out and the guy at the front desk didn’t really seem to care either. Terrible service, definitely won’t be here anymore

Nice gym for a good rate. My only gripe is I wish the would clean the insides of the lockers. They get pretty bad in the winter. Edit: They have since done a much better job keeping the lockers clean. Going from 4 to 5 stars.

Clean functioning equipment and clean functioning pool, very laid back but easy environment to focus on your workout. Tyler the General Manager is fantastic and is very friendly and will take care of you. Also this is the best gym for the price around the whole Niagara area.

I have been a member for 7+ years. I love this gym The General Manager, Manny is amazing. He is extremely helpful and friendly. He is always accessible and welcomes your concerns with an attentive attitude. The Operations Manager, Tim, is also very good. They run a tight but friendly ship. I have had 3 bouts of cancer, surgeries, treatments, etc. I have had to freeze my membership several times. Manny has always provided compassionate help in this area. Can't say enough about this gym. I have been to other LA Fitness gyms but none are as good as this one.

This gym is absolutely stupid. I am a guest under my husbands account so I decided to go in while he was on a business trip but some kid at front desk wanted to give me an issue saying I would have to get my own membership if I were to come in without my husband “the account holder”. So what is the point of paying an extra $10 for a guest when you can’t even go without the account holder? Absolutely absurd. Forget paying $30 a month for this place, they hardly even clean the washrooms.. all the money they make of everyone & they can’t even hire a decent cleaning crew.

Let’s be honest, this place COULD be awesome if equipment and amenities weren’t always broken/out-of-order. Also if you have a pool you should have swimsuit spinners and towel service. The only reasons why I have my membership here are because it’s close to home, and is reasonably priced. The Niagara Region would seriously benefit from a top-notch aquatic and fitness center; I would join without hesitation.

If you have social anxiety, use the Google times to show you when it's not busy. It gets really busy. Staff is always really sweet.

Impossible to get anything done in this place. It's just a piece of commercial real estate to the owners and nothing more. They oversell memberships knowing 100% they don't have enough equipment for everyone. This place is a waste of time you'll never get back.

Staff will contact you by phone, text, carrier pigeon, alien spaceship...even after you tell them to stop..I've had better customer service from a used car salesman. And wverytime you remind them that you specifically requested to not be contacted...wel, it's all your fault because someone in the contract you initialed consent. And if after 2 weeks you're ready to jumpmship.and quit your monthly "no contract" contract, you have to come into the building and pay the $25 cancelation fee and then hope they updated your file so they will finally stop.calling and texting you. Might be easier to change your phone number or fake your own death. Either way, if they would just respect the customer wishes and let me do own thing it's an ok gym with a pool.

Great quality gym with a very positive environment, great equipment; very clean and neat. I loved the separate sections for all of the different work out trainings. 10/10 recommend!

Gym is a wonderful place to be , I brought my autistic son here to get a membership but was denied by someone named Tyler, He denied my son’s membership and stated “this isn’t the special needs gym class” and proceeded to kick us out of the building

Best gym I’ve went to, great staff. And care, the people there are very nice and always help me out everybody is friendly 10/10 Gÿm.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a super long time and never faced any problems or adversity from others at the gym. It has become my second home not only from how nice it is but from how nice the people and the staff are, expecially the sales manager who always has conversations with me and my guys and shows genuine interest in our gym experience. I love this gym and believe that if your looking for a calm gym where you won’t he judged or bother this is the gym for you it has everything you’d ever want in a gym.

Whirlpool closed going on 2nd or third week. Also no hot water for showers going on third week. Want to give 5 stars 🌟 to Darlene who conducts the Aqua fit classes!!! Wonderful 👏.

A nice, well equipped facility. It offers plenty of options ranging from strength training with free weights, machines, and a cross fit style area with heavy tires. I was glad to see they have a pool for swimming laps and hot tub to relax into post workout. They offer a three day guest pass for newcomers so you can try it out before committing.

Last monday arrived when it was supposed to open but it didn for another 3 hours. I stupidly thought that it might be different from other clubs that do that. Subsequently learned it wasn the first time. It's a decent value and sfaik the only public place in the Falls with a decent sauna and pool, so it's really the only option if you want a full featured gym.

Again another day with no air conditioning and no hot water. Disappointing. It's been over two weeks with no hot water and at least a week without a/c.

This location has been flooded with new members, leaving a waiting line for many pieces of equipment. There are only two squat racks. A gym with this number of patrons should have at least 4 squat racks. I had to bring in my own trap bar deadlift bar to help take the wait time off the squat racks. The trap bar deadlift bar is very popular now, but the management is powerless in acquiring their own. Upper management has demonstrated that they do not care about the needs of this place. Anyone walking in would see a huge need for this additional equipment. Esporta is a less expensive membership that attracts a younger clientele, who also have a greater need to use squat racks! The only reason this place is busy is that there is nothing else in Niagara Falls. Want a good gym? Go to any Catalyst Fitness locations!

This place leaves a lot to be desired. In summer it's always so humid and muggy you can barely breathe. Machines constantly broken or in sad shape. Lately it smells like Marijuana so bad it knocks your breath away. I'm all for recreational smoking, however I don't want to drown in it at the gym.

Best gym in the local Niagara Falls area. It costs a little bit more but no other gyms around the city offer as much as they do.

Anthony the new manager is phenomenal! He really cares about creating the best atmosphere in a gym! Constantly cleaning and re racking the gym. They have DJs from time to time and special promos for memberships that keep it exciting! Tim the operations manager is always a positive breath of fresh air. Def recommend looking no where else to work out in Niagara Falls. Crunch is a dump and doesnt care about the members, on top of that planet fitness is well…….. planet fitness…..

So this company proceeded to continuously take money out of my bank account when I requested to close my membership. When I confronted the manager about the situation he only refunded me $10 for the child care. I am really disgusted with this company. So I got charged for about 3 months of membership and the last time I visited was in August.

I love this gym they accept my insurance and have lots of clean working equipment and I love the locker room with handicapped showers. They also have a great pool, hit tub and sauna!

I got a free pass from the GM Tyler, got a pump in then Tyler kept pressuring me to sign up during my workout. These employees are so inconsiderate and I do not recommend this place. Not to mention when I talk to Tyler he rolls his eyes at me and only cared ab the sign up and not how I truly feel about the gym. I won’t be back. Tyler is not qualified for the GM Position.

Best club in Niagara County. CLEAN!!!! Spacious and a good environment for all ages. Highly recommended!

By far my favorite gym. Although I do feel like la fitness ripped me off before they turned into an esporta, but it's whatever. I was spending about the same at crunch and I would say Id prefer this place over a crunch gym.

I just swapped from crunch and the transition was absolutely cake. Tyler threw me every discount he could and Dave gave me and my friend some sound advice. I can’t wait for my PT appointment and to throw down in their boxing gym 💪🏽 Absolutely recommend. Especially since they don’t dig you into multiple annual fees.
