Winding paths and wooden footbridges connect small islands and offer a tranquil escape in the heart of Niagara Falls. You may be surprised by the wildlife you’ll find in this popular escape, one of Niagara’s hidden gems! Great place to picnic while visiting Niagara Falls for the day. You can bbq. Clean washroom facilities. Bike lock rental and bike pump.

Absolutly love this place. Great place to go for an easy walk and feed the birds. I go at least once a week. Very peaceful in the mornings.

Highly recommend visiting this place when your in Niagara. It's a very beautiful little park, and is not too busy. There are washrooms available and you have to pay for parking but it's not as expensive as the other places in Niagara. You can also bring your BBQ as well. There is a nice little lake here with lots of ducks, geese and Seagulls and it's very quiet and peaceful for a nice walk.

Great place to go for a walk. Easy to push a stroller on all the trails. $5 per hour of parking, there is an app you can download if you don't want to use machine. Very peaceful park, behind the falls.

Beautiful, brilliantly created, kids loved that. Very rushy, artistically designed. Lot of visitors, police controlling the traffic. One way road takes you out on beautiful track. Lots of raindeers flowers, Canadian culture, flowers and ducks and trees work ornaments decorated beautifully

Terrific place for bird lovers in all seasons. Bring your camera and maybe a picnic lunch to eat. Have fun, but please do not feed bread (or other processed food) to the birds. I see people doing this all the time. I'm guessing there are a lot of people who don't know that it's unhealthy for the birds and for the environment. There are public washrooms available. The islands are within walking distance from the Horseshoe Falls.

Differin Islands is a serene collection of islands that is perfect for a picnic or a leisurely stroll. Located near the falls, the islands offer peaceful escape from the crowds and bustle of the city. When I visited, the islands were quite empty and quiet, which added to the overall sense of tranquility. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature, Dufferin Islands is a great place to visit.

Great trails for walking. Lots of trees, you forget you’re right beside the busy city.
