I
am
Italian
descent.
I
have
been
to
Italy
several
times.
I
consider
myself
to
be
somewhat
of
a
pizza
connoisseur.
I
love
the
taste
of
an
authentic
thin
crust
pizza,
made
in
a
wood-fired
oven,
with
hints
of
smoke
and
cooked
with
just
the
right
amount
of
char.
So
in
other
words,
I
take
my
pizzas
very
seriously.
Without
a
doubt,
Antica
is
THE
BEST
and
the
MOST
AUTHENTIC
thin
crust
pizza
I
have
had
outside
of
Italy,
and
I
have
tried
pizzas
from
many,
many
different
"authentic
Neapolitan
pizzerias"
(which
I
will
not
call
out
by
name,
since
this
review
is
all
about
Antica).
Niagara
Falls
has
become
exceedingly
touristy
and
commercialized,
especially
around
Clifton
Hill.
Antica
is
the
exception.
It
is
clean,
bright,
with
lots
of
seating,
and
it
lets
its
cuisine
speak
for
itself.
I
would
walk
barefoot
over
hot
coals
to
eat
here.
It
IS
truly
authentic,
and
it
is
so
much
more
economical
to
have
a
truly
amazing
family
pizza
dinner
here,
compared
to
having
to
fly
everyone
to
Italy.
Eat
here.
You
will
NOT
BE
DISAPPOINTED!!!
