Excellent hospitality & a beautiful setting to entertain friends or co-workers

Arrived 30 minutes before the movie started. I had a coupon that included drinks and popcorn. The line up to the concession stand was huge. They sell the tickets at the concession stand with the food. Not enough staff to handle all the people in a timely manner!! We ended up missing the beginning of the movie.

Lundy Manor must be one of the best kept secrets in the Niagara region. Sitting on the back patio is relaxing and enjoyable. The hostess gave a great description of every wine on our flight and threw in a surprise tasting at the end. Would highly recommend if you want to relax and enjoy some great tasting wine.

Do NOT go here. Was horrified to find out the winery is letting residents from Red zones (toronto etc.) in by the bunch. Not safe and completely disregarding the safety of locals.

I visited the winery this weekend and was not sure what to expect with the current Covid-19 situation, but we were completely taken aback by the quality of service and care extended to us during our visit. All of the staff were very respectful of our personal space while serving our wine and were consistently observing proper sanitary requirements (hand washing, face shields and face masks). The place was spotless but more importantly, the experience was incredible. John seemed to know everything about wine and made sure we had a few options for our tasting (I highly recommend the elevated trio, my family loved it!). We will be back for sure and hope you have the same incredible and very enjoyable experience that we did!!

We had a great visit! Beautiful grounds and building. We sat on a nice patio overlooking the pond and had our tasting and a charcuterie board. John was very knowledgeable about the wines and winery. Try the Lundy Red blend. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience. The hostess was pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had since I am not a normal wine consumer. The wine maker himself even spoke to my wife and I which was great. Very reasonable prices for great products as well. I'll be back for sure.

We were in a theaterwith power recliners and only 5 rows of seats. Sound and picture were great and Landmark is enforcing safety protocols to protect their guests.

Terrible experience start to finish. We sent for a wine tasting and... 1. Server offered flat water or sparkling. We asked for sparkling. She brought flat. 2. First wine was not spectacular, but the problem was that server did not return for second tasting for 15 minutes. After my wife went to look for her, she showed up promising that she didn't forget about us... sure. 3. We asked for charcuterie tray. Server said they weren't offering one due to Covid restrictions. Fair enough. Not 10 minutes later, another table gets served a charcuterie tray from their server.... 4. A 5 oz glass of wine costs $7. A flight of three 2oz glasses for the tasting costs $10. That math makes zero sense. 5. Server finally returns and I asked for my second wine...which was on the "elevated" tasting menu. I assumed she'd be okay with comping me the exception due to her forgetting about us. She didn't. That's a small gesture she could have done to smooth out some bad customer service up to that point...and she didn't go for it. 6. Second wine was okay but nothing special. Again, 15 minutes goes by and no sight of server. We were done. There's a hundred wineries in Niagara. We're never coming back here again. No reason to.

The Lundy Manor winery is super welcoming! Went over Canada Day long weekend, no reservation required and it wasn't too crowded. The two of us were able to do a tasting on the spot - a choice of 3 wines for $15 each. The wines were very smooth - we had the chance to have the red wines and and 2 ice wines. Although very great choices, including the rose red. The ice wines were sweet, but very fruity. Afterwards, with the purchase of 2 bottles, you receive a rebate for one of the tasting - ultimately, reducing the cost of a bottle by $15.

It's okay. It's a movie theatre.

Oh they've upgraded! I don't go to the movies a lot and the last time I did, they had those regular boring, uncomfortable seats. Now it's all different. They've got those fancy recliners with build in cup holders. Going to the movies is luxurious! And the movie was only 5 bucks. Concession is always where they make money, so no surprises there, and we did get snacks. Definitely returning.

It was a very nice visit to the beautiful Lundy Winery Friday afternoon. The patio has a great view of the grounds. We tried a flight of wine and bought two of our favorite bottles. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained each wine in detail. I highly recommend stopping in.

If you are looking for a stay thru Harvest Host at a beautiful vineyard and like great wine this is the place for you. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, we enjoyed wonderful sweets plus the Canada Day fireworks they set off and the Manager of the facility did a great job with entertaining everybody at the event. Something to mention of is how special their ice wines are, ask for a sample as they offer 3 x different grape varieties all different.....loved and purchased a bottle of Riesling.

We had to change our wedding plans due to the pandemic and had to look for an alternative. We immediately fell in love with the venue and our date in October was available. The winery staff and supervisor, Paige were amazing. Paige went above and beyond our expectations and ensured everything was taken care of leading up to and on the day of the wedding. John and his team delivered excellent service at the reception and all our guests enjoyed Lundy's wine selections. However, the wedding coordination service is outsourced and we found it to be disorganized. Luckily, Paige was always there and provided reassurance throughout the planning process.

Absolutely in love with their 2016 Wismer Chardonnay and the 2013 Proprietors Red Blend. Gorgeous patios (front and back) to sit with a charcuterie board and enjoy a couple glasses of wine.

Lundy Manor Wine Cellars is such a romantic and scenic destination with so many lovely areas throughout the property whether it be for photo opportunities, weddings or a quick tasting session. John knows his stuff and was very informative of all things Wine. My fiancé and I were able to enjoy wine tasting as well as a Charcuterie board on the outdoor patio on a sunny afternoon. We will definitely be back as well as recommending to our friends!

Had a wonderful experience here at Lundy Manor. It is relatively new. If you go down to the wine cellar downstairs, everything is very new. It was my first time seeing a wine cellar look so clean and new. It is also the first and only estate winery in the region (I believe?). We felt so welcomed and was able to explore the grounds, vineyard (though small right now since it is rather new) and take photos too. John helped us with our wine tasting and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All the wines we tried were delicious. They also practice social distancing and wear a mask at all times. They provide hand sanitizer too. Highly recommend this place.

My friend recommended that we go to this place as this is the only winery in Niagara falls and they accepted walk-ins. We were pleasantly surprised as John and Talia provided us with excellent customer service! My friends and I had a fantastic time! Their wines are reasonably priced and we were able to sit by the fireplace. I will definitely come back and recommend this to friends.

Just went to Lundy manor with my wife today (visiting from the U.S) and it was the perfect getaway from the tourist area of niagara falls we highly recommend the wine tasting and any of the food platters, the staff was very nice and imformative and such a beautiful property we will definetely be returning the next time we visit Canada!

What an absolute amazing experience! John met us at the door and not only introduced us to their amazing wines but also gave us a tour of their barrel cellar and wine processing area. The manor is immaculate and all COVID safety protocols were in place. My wife and I felt perfectly safe at all times. John is very knowledgeable and truly passionate about their products and wines in general. Try their unique ripasso ice wine and amazing sparkling brut which was so delicious!! As their prices are very reasonable for what their wines offer in taste and quality, we took home 8 bottles to share over the holidays! Will definitely be back!!

Very impressed with this new Niagara Falls Winery. Absolutely beautiful decor, extremely friendly staff and management. They are obviously very passionate about what they are doing and very engaged in the local community. The convenient location, ample parking and open concept interior spaces, make this venue perfect for any company gathering, large meeting, or even a wedding. I was extremely impressed with the wine, particularity the red blend. Excited to see it in the LCBO's in the fall! Even more excited about the Food Trucks and Patio that they will be launching in the spring! Crossing my fingers for a dog friendly patio! I would 100% recommend this winery to locals and tourists alike!

I just saw the newest Bad Boys movie at this location and it was great. They provide free refills on popcorn and drinks if you buy the large. I noticed one reviewer (Wendy) only gave 2 stars. I will warn people that if you come on a Tuesday (cheap night), then yes it will be busy, the lines will be long... that is not the fault of the Theatre. It's possible there was not enough staff on the night she went to the movies, however, when you go anywhere on a busy night, expect it to be busy. I mean, if you go to a Leafs - Sabres game, do you think it will be busy at the border? At the arena? etc? Sometimes you have to know what you are walking into. Don't go to a Costco on a Saturday afternoon and complain that they are too busy. Anyway, my experience with this theatre has been great every time we've gone to the movies.

New seats make a great viewing experience, polite staff. Massively over priced food and drinks.. bring the prices down a bit and I'd give it 5 stars

I previously posted about a bad experience with a birthday party, and had also contacted the theatre. I decided to update my review to day day the issue was handled by the manager to my satisfaction, so I would expect that others will have a better experience. Always had a good experience moviegoing.

You can really enjoy great entertainment here with family and friends. You can pick up some good snacks on the way there. This is a great place to go.

Best movie experience ever!! But don't... Tell... ANYONE!! Mew ha ha !!

Concessions are good and reasonably priced and my cashier was very polite and helpful. I did have one issue that put a damper on my experience however. I came early to purchase concessions and get seated in a timely fashion. Someone came in late (during previews) and told me I was in their seat. I couldn’t find my ticket stub at the time, but discussed it with management because I was told that they could pull it up based on my credit card. The cashier remembered me and vouched for me with management, but they were no help and told me to just go and sit wherever I wanted (and of course by this time the theater is packed and movie about to start). I was sitting where I wanted which is why I came early and chose that seat in the first place. I went ahead and handled it with the customer myself and told her next time she needs to check her stub before pulling a stunt like that but in all reality management could’ve dealt with the issue by checking her stub or at least offering me a different movie time. (The movie was running back to back in multiple theaters.) Hopefully next time I’m visiting from the states I’ll have a better experience.

The Manor and the grounds are beautiful. The reception staff was friendly and pleasant. Wine tasting was presented with a good knowledge of the blending of the various wines. However the server was very outspoken anout local, provincial and Federal politics. He freely expressed his very definite feelings and bias’s. I found this completely unacceptable and out of place in such a tranquil and beautiful setting.

The manor and estate grounds are beautiful. It would be amazing to host an event here. The wines here are amazing and have such a unique flavour. Food is amazing and the staff is so friendly and warm! Worth checking this place out! We'll be back again!

Lovely new event space. Trying to mix old 'manor' experience with newer furnishings. A difficult marriage. The grapes for the wines come from Jordan and NOTL and are pretty good for a new enterprise. I expect the wine making will only get better. I understand Your Farm Gate is a caterer they use in house and that is one great caterer.

I got drunk in the basement!!
