Very fun experience. Staff are friendly and provide you with some vague clues if you happen to get stuck. They have a variety of rooms to choose from, each with varying difficulty levels. Completion rates are at most 50% so they're not super easy which is nice. There is street parking out front which is 90 minutes so it gives you enough time to sign in and do your espace room. The building is a little chilly in the winter so dress accordingly.

For my very 1st Break-out Room.. it was quite a fun experience.. We did Grampa study .. Room was set perfectly and very interactive with.lots of clues.. Host was courteous & very informative about rooms I recommend to anybody interested in a new experience!! 💯 I will definitely be back again!!

I went with a group of my friends to do "The Studio" escape room and had an amazing time! Quick and efficient checkin, very friendly & helpful staff! The room was challenging, incredibly well thought out and very fun! The interactive displays placed around the store were a great addition to the escape room and board game tables set up!

We only did one room so far but it was so much fun that we might come back to try out the others too!

My friend and I did back to back rooms there. One was a matrix theme - so I was pretty excited. All clues and hints were very bland and boring. Papers cut out to make a puzzle of a number. Also, there were some HUGE leaps of logic in their rooms. People were nice, but quality was very bad.

Loved it here! Stopped in with friends and had so much fun! The room we did was cleverly done, and the atmosphere was so clean and fun. There’s cool historic displays from the old Guinness museum, fun games and activities, and, lots of great photo opportunities. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. This a must stop destination while visiting Niagara Falls, Canada. :).

Staff was so friendly and helpful, check in was quick, and they explained the rules efficiently. The Studio escape room was really fun, and my group had a blast!

We had so much fun! Great rooms and excellent customer service. We will definitely come again!

UPDATE: we were quickly back to do another one! I really enjoyed Grandfathers Study. It was tricky! Booked our next one for tomorrow night! Can’t wait! And there are no words for the level of customer service from Cheryl!!! Had a great time at the Niagara Falls location. Date night package was priced right and included everything to have a good time. We did “The Matrix” Escape room and it was very well done! I liked that you were given clues whenever needed opposed to when they thought you needed them. Our host and the cashier @ the front were extremely friendly, great customer service! Would highly recommend checking them out.

I did the matrix themed room with my 2 kids (7 and 11yo) both speaking french only. It wasn't too hard to understand everything. The staff is really helpful and comprehensive. I would recommend that to everyone It's a really nice experience.

This escape room place was amazing !! The employees were so kind to us especially Jakob, very funny guy. We asked for the recommended room and it was truly a brain teaser. Since we didn't have too much experience as a collective group it was more challenging than we thought, but lucky there were infinite hints :) 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back here again with a bigger group.

This place is a must go! We had the best time and Sherryl was an absolute sweetheart. She was kind and took the time to talk and explain everything to us. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The service, the games and the vibe…12/10!!! We will definitely be back whenever we are in Niagara Falls!

Was absolutely amazing! The staff is great and the puzzles were very fun. Definitely use the hints and don’t be sad if you think you’re taking a long time. Overall, great experience and would definitely come and do another one!

Experiencing Karcsi guidance throughout this journey was an absolute delight, and his assistance proved to be invaluable. My cousin and I took on the challenge of "The Matrix" room without having seen the movie, which added a humorous twist to our attempts. Fortunately, we managed to escape with just 5 minutes to spare. The hints provided played a crucial role, greatly enhancing the enjoyment and excitement of the adventure.
