👍👍 Definitely 5*. I visited this clinic last week and found both the nursing staff and Dr Jane very professional and knowledgeable. I experienced the excellent customer service by the nurses and Dr Jane. He listened very carefully all of my concerns and questions and answered very briefly. Save your time. Do not go to Dr Sidhu if you actually care about your health. You get better treatment at the walk in clinic than you do from her. She clearly has taken on more patients than she can handle and it shows. Her receptionist is also extremely rude and awful to deal with !! I will be making a formal complaint about all the issues I’ve had to go through being a patient here. I would give zero stars if I could.

went to walk in and was told the doctor isn't here and isn't always around(works at other clinics) . and won't be back for 3 days. despite the brand new sign at the road saying come on in open 6 days a week for walk in. this is supposed to be a medical practice! not even a low end burger joint would do this! oh and the sign that says new family patients that's been up for over two years is also a lie as I've asked twice in those two years and both times been told no.

Is there a doctor in this house? Not that we could find. Monday afternoon, my son went to this place in acute distress. He was turned away dismissively, told there was no doctor and would not be one until Friday. Friday he was turned away at the door again, for the same ostensible reason, by someone he describes as more bouncer than receptionist. But if their business practices reflect their professional standards of care, I'm thinking he dodged a bullet by not getting in.

Make me wait 2 hours and checked me for under a minute and guess what wrong diagnosis. Have to go to see the family doctor who prescribed antibiotics twice in two months. Had Dr Sidhu gave antibiotics the first time she checked I wouldn’t have to spent $150 for a puffer as well as suffer from Asthma for couple of months.

Terrible interpersonal skills. The receptionist here is extremely rude. I cant believe she even has a job dealing with clients. The way she treated my wife was extremely unprofessional. My wife wanted to go over her blood work results my wife had cancer last year the receptionist said the soonest she could get her in is 1 month away. When my wife asked if she had any sooner dates she replied with "well yes but that's for urgent clients" This woman shouldn't have a job. And this is not the first time my wife has had an issue with this woman.

This is one of a kind in Niagara really a treasure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One stop clinic to all family - Senior , Adult, children with or without OHIP - Canadian or not Canadian - All is welcome . Doctor- very professional really show concern to patients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff - very kind and polite they serve patients above and beyond . Sometimes I will call and no one will answer either they are on the other line or taking care other patient . I don’t usually leave voicemail and just try to call back again but even you will not leave a voicemail they will call you once they get a chance . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fees/ Pricing - if you have no insurance - very cheap compare to other walk in clinic. You will be taking care well for less fees . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is an absolute joke. I recently moved to the region and was looking for a family doctor for my newborn 1 month old’s checkup and booked an appointment. When I arrived there, it was super busy and absolute chaotic with no system set in place. I wasn’t seen till 45 mins after my appt time which can be difficult with a newborn. When my turn finally came, the assistant helping the doctor was struggling to take my child’s measurements and was utterly incorrect with her numbers. 1- she did now know how to measure the baby’s length (her measurement came lower than his birth cm) 2- she put the weight scale on a cushioned bed and hence baby’s weight was showing much lower than what it should’ve been. Doctor was also not thorough with her checkup. This is my second child so I knew what to expect and was left disappointed. Cherry on top was they called me 15 mins after I left INSISTING me to come back to sign the form stating that doctor has accepted my son as her patient. This is something they should’ve informed me when I checked in or doctor should’ve said something before leaving. The place is very messy. Definitely going to keep looking for a more organized and more competent clinic.

This "clinic" should not exist. I had a rare chance to meet Dr. Mondeesh Sidhu once, usually I am looked at by Dr Muttani. She seems nice and caring, but she is not on top of things and she should not be running her own clinic and here is why: In person, the staff is nice and attentive. But do not expect any followup. Getting a prescription refill is half a day chore, I come in the morning but Dr Sidhu has some family thing and Dr Muttani will be in at 1pm. I setup phone appointment and get 4hr window and miss the call and immediately call back, nice lady says "ok I will tell him" and hangs up. I wait and wait and nothing. So I go there in person and Dr says "I called you". - "Yeah, did they tell you I called back?". - "No. Whoa, you still have high BP, here is your refill." - Could have told you over the phone. Had to schedule whole day around this one minute. Forget to have refill request sent by pharmacy, it wont work, they dont do that anymore, company policy. Do they get paid extra if patient comes in for refill? Why else to force patients with chronic issues to come in every 3 months just to take BP reading? How much gas are people burning and time wasting just so Drs can bill a "consult" to OHIP. And to illustrate level of disorganization at this clinic, couple years ago I visited this walk-in clinic for meds refill, and they asked me if I would like to become their family patient. I agreed and they did incoming patient checkup. Recently I respectfully asked to close my file as I no longer wish to be this clinic family patient and instead prefer to have a choice of walk-in clinics to go to, they said I am welcome to visit their walk-in clinic but they have no record of me being their family patient. For few years I thought I had a family physician ...

My friend had a very bad experience. They just moved here and wanted a family doctor. They went to see the doctor but my friend didn't even see the doctor just the nurse and without seeing my friend doctor prescribed medication. She went 3 times but never saw the doctor. How can we recommend a doctor like this to any one? Only the nurse saw her everytime she went to the clinic.

Having moved to the area recently, finding a reliable medical clinic was a priority. Niagara Regional Medical exceeded my expectations. Dr. Jain's expertise as an allergist combined with the holistic approach of the clinic has made my transition so much smoother. Grateful to have found them!

Has my bleeding had stopped and we would go from the results of that..said l was due for a mammogram..asked if l had any questions..she also noticed my varicose views during my pap tadt and asked if l had any pain..l was in and out in half-hour an hour..did not feel rushed and felt she was very though.. very pleased

I had Dr. Mondeesh Sidhu insert my copper IUD for me with someone training. I had a very pleasant experience with her as she was very informative about all the things happening and what tools she was using and why. Before she did anything down there she told me what was about to happen and what it might feel like and to let her know if it hurt too much. She was quick and pleasant and I really felt like she knew what she was doing.
