This
"clinic"
should
not
exist.
I
had
a
rare
chance
to
meet
Dr.
Mondeesh
Sidhu
once,
usually
I
am
looked
at
by
Dr
Muttani.
She
seems
nice
and
caring,
but
she
is
not
on
top
of
things
and
she
should
not
be
running
her
own
clinic
and
here
is
why:
In
person,
the
staff
is
nice
and
attentive.
But
do
not
expect
any
followup.
Getting
a
prescription
refill
is
half
a
day
chore,
I
come
in
the
morning
but
Dr
Sidhu
has
some
family
thing
and
Dr
Muttani
will
be
in
at
1pm.
I
setup
phone
appointment
and
get
4hr
window
and
miss
the
call
and
immediately
call
back,
nice
lady
says
"ok
I
will
tell
him"
and
hangs
up.
I
wait
and
wait
and
nothing.
So
I
go
there
in
person
and
Dr
says
"I
called
you".
-
"Yeah,
did
they
tell
you
I
called
back?".
-
"No.
Whoa,
you
still
have
high
BP,
here
is
your
refill."
-
Could
have
told
you
over
the
phone.
Had
to
schedule
whole
day
around
this
one
minute.
Forget
to
have
refill
request
sent
by
pharmacy,
it
wont
work,
they
dont
do
that
anymore,
company
policy.
Do
they
get
paid
extra
if
patient
comes
in
for
refill?
Why
else
to
force
patients
with
chronic
issues
to
come
in
every
3
months
just
to
take
BP
reading?
How
much
gas
are
people
burning
and
time
wasting
just
so
Drs
can
bill
a
"consult"
to
OHIP.
And
to
illustrate
level
of
disorganization
at
this
clinic,
couple
years
ago
I
visited
this
walk-in
clinic
for
meds
refill,
and
they
asked
me
if
I
would
like
to
become
their
family
patient.
I
agreed
and
they
did
incoming
patient
checkup.
Recently
I
respectfully
asked
to
close
my
file
as
I
no
longer
wish
to
be
this
clinic
family
patient
and
instead
prefer
to
have
a
choice
of
walk-in
clinics
to
go
to,
they
said
I
am
welcome
to
visit
their
walk-in
clinic
but
they
have
no
record
of
me
being
their
family
patient.
For
few
years
I
thought
I
had
a
family
physician
