I legitimatelly cannot recommend this place enough ... Mike gets it - like REALLY gets it: - the party is the perfect length at two hours; the games are spaced out to provide just enough time for snacks the first break and cake/presents the second. He has specifically designed the format to ensure that JUST at the time the kids are getting antsy, there's a change. - the pricing is amazing for the level of entertainment and the ABSOLUTE COMMITMENT that you get from the staff in making the party fun and interactive. - the facility has ample room; you're not crowded in a tight space and packed in with 10 other parties ... birthday parties get the gold treatment - they cater to the kids; engagement, building excitement, thorough instructions and supervision, they have inside jokes and secret handshakes by the time they are leaving. Its amazing - THEY ALSO CHECK IN ON THE PARENTS! I can't tell you how many times Mike came to check if we needed anything or if he could help with anything, and then wanted to know at the end if we had any feedback or anything that we felt they could do better! They CARE and it shows. To have 10 kids be so fully occupied for 2 hours, with zero stress, was amazing. All of the kids left talking about all the fun, the birthday girl felt like a million bucks, and Birthday-Mom was relaxed. Thank you Mike - there is LITERALLY nothing more that you could have done - it was perfect!

Amazing host! Kids had a blast, he had everything set up when we got there. He understands kids and has lots of patience with them. He makes the birthday child feel special. I definitely recommend doing a party here. 2 hours goes by really fast here so make sure to plan everything. We unfortunately didn’t and ran a little late, felt horrible but Mike was super understanding! Probably my favourite place to have a party!!! Party rooms are huge, the laser area is pretty big too. Overall a great time, I have no complaints.

What a great experience for young kids! Kids aged 5-10 is ideal but pretty much all ages cans enjoy! Sure Shot was an excellent birthday party host and made every moment seamless. Will return for sure!

We took the youth group here last night, what fantastic time! Mike is absolutely fantastic, he was incredibly accommodating right from the beginning, squeezing our large group in last minute and smoothly handling any hiccups. Mike is really good at his job, great with a group, personable, and not to mention great at running laser tag games! The prices are fair, the kids had a blast, what more do you want? I threw a party for my son at zap zone back in March, and I have to say Mike was amazing with the kids. His energy and personality was so fun and he got all the kids at the party pumped and excited! This is the second party I hosted there and always have such a wonderful experience! I will definitely go back and definitely recommend them to my friends!

Super fun laser tag and the best host. Kept the kids entertained but also made sure they paid attention to the rules etc. Highly recommend attending for birthday parties etc.

Coach & Sureshot are the best in the business - fair prices and they always make sure everyone is part of the fun! My son has been to a few parties and had his party here last year. He can't wait to come back again for his 10th. Sureshot is an AMAZING party host! As a mom, he made me feel like I could relax while he and the kids played. He keeps them in line, but makes it so much fun! Prices are super reasonable and the environment is great!

Just had my 7 year old daughter's birthday party of 10 girls at Zap Zone...it was a BLAST...the girls had so much fun..laser tag is a fantastic family friendly game that also burns off some energy.....our host was great at showing the kids how the game works, and provided a structure to keep everything moving for the 2 hours we were there. Definitely not their first rodeo in hosting a room full of rambunctious kids. He had their attention and kept them laughing while guiding them through the process. Easily the best birthday party we planned so far, while also being the most reasonably priced. We love supporting this local business....10/10 would do again. Thank you so much Zap Zone!

Had my son’s 8th birthday at Zap Zone Niagara in May and can’t say enough about it! Mike was very patient with the kids and knew how to handle them (cuz we know how crazy they can get! Haha). Kids had an absolute blast (and so did the parents haha). We will definitely be back!!

We had our son's 8th birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was super an easy, exciting and fun experience. We had about 18 kids (ranging from 5-12) and they provided us with the best deal and gave us the corporate package but still the perks of the birthday party room . The place was very clean and the Zap Zone who lead most of the party was awesome about keeping me informed with time warning to ensure we were able to maximize the time spent to the fullest. Each kid had an amazing time and most can't wait to book their birthday parties there in the next coming months. They even coordinated a Parents round during one of the break so all the dad's could enjoy the fun as well, which was worth the extra $! Highly recommend this if they can fit them in. Each kid left with a buy 1 get 1 game card to return. They also have parking in the rear :) Will definitely return for future birthdays for both the kids and the dads.

This place was amazing for my grandsons birthday party, all the kids had an amazing time and wanted to go back the following week, the owner is awesome and I cannot recommend highly enough, it was perfect for a 7 year old bday party

Outdated and unreliable equipment. The 3 team and target dome setup. Makes comping another teams base the only viable tactic. Little to no airflow causes you to overheat fast.

We had our work Christmas gathering at Zap Zone and are all adults—we had a blast. Sure Shot(Mike) is definitely a passionate laser tager and made it a memorable experience for us all. We all got a good workout in too! Lol Would recommend for anyone of any age!

I played in their adult league before the pandemic. Love this place. Great atmosphere and a lot of fun. It’s not just for kids! Mike is fantastic, and you will have a good experience. This isn’t like a lot of laser rage arenas where they don’t care about the equipment and you deal with malfunctions every 5 minutes. Everything works, and when there is an issue (worst I’ve ever had was needing a battery swapped) it’s taken care of in under a minute and you can get right back into it!

Had a great experience here for a kids birthday party! I happened to mention it looks like the old dark zone and the owner was super happy we remembered Dark zone as apparently it was run by his family as well. Had lots of fun there brought back memories!

Forget about kids birthday parties! Consider having your adult birthday party here! Mike was super helpful and made the planning process extremely simple. We had a group of 20 of us and everyone absolutely loved it! From first timers to people who have played a few times everyone will have a blast! Prices are extremely fair too.

My son just had his 6th Birthday party here and it was AMAZING!! The Birthday boy and his friends had a blast. Mike and his brother were great. Definitely would recommend 👌 When we got home my son was already talking about having his next birthday here. How the games were broken up with the breaks in between was perfect. Such a great idea.

My son had his 9th birthday celebration at Zap Zone recently. We can’t say enough about the experience and the owner Mike was so lovely. Boys all had a great time and even commented how the owner made the experience so enjoyable with his big energy. I love how they print out stats in between games and have tips to improve score. Fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return!
