This mall desperately needs better managements. Very few retail stores left. Too many empty retail spaces. Although the mall interior still looks great, but the parking lot needs some TLC. Not much to do or to go for. A complete waste of time to go. Hope its future will get better.

I love this plaza as it's easy to maneuvre around. Lots of shopping and restaurants and the cinema is there too. All the box stores you can get to easily Winners , JYSK, Walmart, Home depot , Dollarama, Giant Tiger , The Brick and lots more ..close to he highway to get on and off .

Free wifi while you shop. Lots of stores to choose from and you can walk store to store under covered pathway. Lots of park and a good court and washroom area. Can be busy on weekends. Went midweek and lots of parking

The Wife and I have to Halibut House 4-5 times since it opened. The fish & chips are awesome cooked to perfection nice and light would highly recommend & prices are very reasonable. & decent portions

Okay you caught us! We hit the mandarin restaurant. As usual the hard working employees helped us enjoy an excellent lunch. We have been in this mall before. This is where the new Costco is. Great stop!

Love Costco, great variety of pretty much everything. Cheapest gasoline ⛽️, always fill up your car 🚗.

Great theatres and lots of parking. I don’t know how they are still in business. Almost an empty theatre the last 2 times. Very clean and friendly helpful staff. ( we had trouble redeeming older vouchers)

Costco is always a great place to shop. I asked a staff member for help finding something that was sold out and he found more in the cooler and restocked it right away. He was happy to help.

Love this place go here all the time, the only reason 4 star is because landmark has so much bigger nicer seats

We were there to go to the Mandarin. I never entered but looks much improved from what it was before. Go check it out. Its where the new Costco store is and a craft store that is very large as well as a big Giant Tiger.

Went to Costco that is relatively new in this mall. Costco often has good prices but you have to know your prices as at times they are more expensive. They bundle two three or more of the same item together and sometimes they are a deal sometimes not. Another consideration is if you have room to store multiples of items but if you don't it's a reason to skip the buy.

They got a Costco winners a dollerama two banks canna cabana giant tiger fish and chips family walj in medical and some physical fitness store I think that's all also Costco has a gas bar and mechanic shop

We frequent this theatre a lot. Big movie buffs and not once have we had a bad experience or anything bad to say about food, drink, cleanliness, staff.

Great downtown all redone and some nice stores. The sidewalks are new, streetscape looking good and new stores along with some familiar ones. I enjoyed searching for that special treasure.

Cheap, usual expensive food, littered with germs and sickness everywhere and washrooms are disgusting. They only clean the place with a broom lol. Great size screens though but I will never go again without a hazmat suit. Oh and the times after the summer are terrible.

The best place to go for a movie in niagara fall's my experiences was just amazing here.

We visited Costco to purchase prescription glasses and were served by Neil the most courtesy, pleasant & polite person I've ever met in Costco.

Costco needs to understand that Walmart, zerhs, Sobeys etc. doesn't charge anyone to wait in line for cashiers. Costco charges $60 or $120/year to stand inline for cashiers. What a joke on weekend mornings with only 1 or 2 open until they are so jammed the line goes 3/4's the way through the store. People who shop there know what I'm talking about. Management is incompetent.

My first choice for a cinema near me. Enjoy the large screens and sound system.

So many great stores in one place, but be very careful in the parking lot as the "creative landscaping" choices can make it very difficult to see. I've yet to figure out why anyone would choose tall grasses and trees at intersections. Definitely recommend Halibut House for a delicious, very well priced breakfast with very friendly staff, and of course Costco hot dogs and poutine are a must.

Niagara square is a great place to go see a movie or get a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. Shop at Michael’s or the other outlets.

The Square has been revitalized with the Costco store there. There are a few other stores there, such a Giant Tiger, Dollarama and Winners. New restaurants have opened in the Square and the movie theater has reopened. A good place to shop.

I love this place, in the last month I've gone 5 times. Very friendly staff, food is delicious, tho I wish they'd bring back all the cool lighting in the lobby and the projector that showed upcoming movies. Truly enjoyable place non the less. Hope this place is always here.

Aside from the astronomical prices they charge for food, I love this place. Whenever my friends want to hang out and there's a new movie to see, it's always this spot to go. Quality seats, audio and food if you fork over the steep prices. My advice? Bring your own drink.

With Costco and Costco Gas it has become a very busy area. Still has one of the worst designed parking lots around but it's been that way for a long time. Still needs some work but better then getting torn down. Now it needs some good restaurants.

Clean theatre with good selection of shows. Ticket purchases are all self serve now and I miss the personal touch. Employees not on the snack bar are on their phones.

One star for Costco warehouse and gas station. Its not the mall it used to be as the stores are scattered all over the place. Cineplex theatre is good. There is Winners, Dollarama. There is plenty of parking available around except near Costco.

It's getting better with all the new stores and renovations. Area is still bad for freedom cell users as most (especially in Costco) you will loose reception for some reason. Variety of stores is great idk what else to say asside from the good repair jobs

Cream of potato soup was delicious. Three oh us had burgers which were very good and one had chicken which was also very good. Friendly service. Definitely will be back.

Niagara square has certainly changed over the years. There are restaurants banks retail dollar stores movie cinemas and of course the big box Costco with a gas station. They have a tire shop and propane refill in this Costco. Good one stop shopping for most items. Good parking and convenient highway access.

Best thing about this mall is Michael's. Do not waste your time. I give this less than 1 star.

They got an arcade inside the Cineplex Odeon and it was fun while waiting for your movie! There are also restaurants within this area, groceries with plenty of items to choose from, and even a school/office supplies store nearby!

I absolutely love Costco...a great variety of snacks for back to school, fresh fruits, breads, bagels...seasonal decorations and all the taste testing...

This place is getting better and better with this new redevelopment to better serve the growing surrounding area. Anchored by notable anchors like Costco, other retailers and major banks it's poised to serve the community.

I went to the Mandarin which is at Niagara Square the food was delicious I would recommend to go there it's an all-you-can-eat buffet for 30 some odd dollars I think and you can go up as many times as you want really good

Was a good experience, not great. Watched the new Bollywood movie and loved it. Theatre was empty and had maybe 20ppl. The audio was not that loud and clear. We were actually having a hard time listening. The seats are not at all comfortable. They don't go fully back. Snacks didn't taste fresh and the popcorn butter area was messed up and it was smelling. All the workers hate their job. Washrooms are not cleaned And u can tell. Super rude it’s disgusting. Only come here because it’s the only one in the city without having to drive 20 mins out of the city. Do better or quit ur job if u don’t like it. They need to work on customer service. They need to renovate this place as it looks pretty old and bad. I would recommend checking another cineplex. It's better to drive 30 min rather than not enjoy your movie.

It's a staple in Niagara Falls especially if you are local. You can choose your own seats, there's a great arcade on site and the site will occasionally run rarer events such as international films or classics.

One of my favourite theatres. Something about the place fills me with excitement for whatever we’re going to see, and the staff is awesome.
