DR MANGAT is worst DR ever my mom was just late 10 min this is what they told us " your late DR can't see you I'm like really and I asked if I can see the DR MANGAT for 2min and I Gotta no very rudely WORST DR ever I wish there was negative reviews I would have given it -5...

It’d be nice if they could actually answer their phone. I couldn’t reschedule an appointment and now I can’t even make one! They never call you back, either. I only go there for therapy, but I shudder to think about how the actual doctors must be if even reception is unreceptive.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I’ve never seen a doctor’s office, let alone a facility of this size who simply NEVER answers their phone and NEVER calls back when you leave a voicemail

Recently moved never called any patients telling that they moved no flyers no letter in mail no notification they moved missed appt because of it and can't get in for another 3mo and that's my fault I don't think so

There are no so responsive people in the doctor's offices . not even phone calls, you not able to talk anyone directly without machine. machine system have so many options, sick people can't think that many options to make calls. I sent 4 messages to check my report no response at all received. I was asking for blood test checking machine for diabetes since more than a month. no response at all.

Every time I come here, there's a new doctor treating me...MAJOR red flag! This place kinda reminds me of an urgent care office, dont make it a permanent PCD.

Poor service, doctors are good , office people don’t have any manner, talk to patient poorly , don’t response on time and if you call again , they says why call multiple times.

Another example of are poor situation regarding our health care system. but the insurance billing end always works well. keep the money rolling in. brough my loved one home after neglect and abuse at a local nursing home and now dr Jindal that's turning into a somewhat arrogant doctor. the day he started at that clinic we were there, and he was so humbled and over whelmed please be patient-" I don't know the system yet or any patients..". During are visit he was very dismissive and acted like we were a bother in his day. ran into an issue with his insurance and meds not covered for the 30days. I've been calling on and off several times to get this resolved before he runs out. Sure, enough, they called the wrong number and then said they would call in the morning to do a tele visit. nothing. can't get them on phone. Well, I'm educated, and I will take this where it needs to go before all is said and done. I will hold someone accountable for this. licenses can be taken back for medical negligence and not providing a standard of care.

I love my doctor very nice and i usually dont wait long to see her for my appts.
