Training with Will it's not just simply working out or learn martial art techniques he discovers your strengths and weaknesses and bring out the maximum from you while build up your endurance. Great club, Will and Nick are great trainers that provide insightful feedback that help you develop as an athlete. The emphasis on 1on1 training allows for more improvement than in bigger clubs where you barely get any coaching. Overall great training!
