I workout for 3 years in the one in saint catharines and I decided to use the Niagara Falls one because it’s the closest to work. The space is absolutely amazing but the employees are the worst. Today I finished my workout in the treadmill And went to Get some water. A woman who works there called Emily treated me like a dog telling she didn’t see me wiping the treadmill. They are totally right to tell People to clean the equipment after use but she was so rude. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I also Think it could be the fact that I’m Brazilian and I hope that’s not why she treated me this way. It’s so sad.

Was really enjoying going here until I got a random charge of 62 dollars withdrawn from my account and there’s zero answering of phones at gym locations and no customer service line to dispute it. Cancelling my membership asap. The cheap price doesn’t mean anything when they’re known for making unauthorized withdrawals from your bank account. SERIOUSLY DONT GO HERE.

Join this week and first time working out in long time and what I need right now. Place was perfect and when I sign up for the gym Logan was nice and friendly.

This place was incredibly welcoming! We are from out of province and throughly enjoyed the multitude of gym machines. The staff was amazing. Seemed like they have a good local community in there. Showers were top notch, gym was clean, weights were plentiful!

Absolutely terrible experience! I went there with the intentions of purchasing a membership...however, The young girls at the counter were absolutely no help! I wanted to get a membership !!! Wasn't even allowed to see the gym before purchasing a membership?? I was basically told to use the computer in front and pay $ $20 for the day!! What a joke! They basically didn't even let me passed thee doorway!! FAIL These young girls couldn't care less about customers service... They were too busy drinking their smoothies!! Just shameful!

The floors at this gym are so uneven. Its hard to find a flat place to do standing weight lifting without one hip being higher than the other one. In my opinion it's dangerous.

I worked out at this gym for a good 2 years. I had a few issues where I’d forget to bring my card however on this last occasion I went with the intention of biting the bullet and paying the 20$ for the card and realized I forgot my wallet and didn’t have Apple Pay on my new phone to buy one. I explained to the new manager at the front that my card was in my old phone that had been stolen and that it wasn’t lost, simply stolen from me yet I wasn’t allowed to workout at the gym I pay for because I didn’t have my card. New manager was extremely rude and arrogant, I immediately cancelled my membership afterwards as I have another gym.

Love this gym! Definitely an improvement from the last gym I went to! The only thing... I think staff should patrol a little more with people not wearing masks:( When you get to your workout station/spot then you can lower it.. but people walking around without one at all....ehhhh!

Employees sitting there are rude. Most of them treat us like we workout there for free. I called today to cancel my service and the employee who picked-up told me that they will charge 2 more bi weekly payment before I could cancel even though they say they do not have any commitments. When I joined, I asked them clearly and they didn’t mention that. When I told this, the employee (she) on the phone said it was my responsibility to read the conditions and simply cut the line which was rude. She didn’t even ask me if I need anything else and disconnected the call abruptly. Really bad attitude and zero respect. I have used Planet fitness and trust me they are far better than them.

I use the gym in the early morning. Card access is simple. Its terrific. Lots of equipment and never that busy at this time of day. Best deal in town for the ammenities you get. The employees that arrive at 7am...specifically Alex on weekdays is top notch. She is on time and is very pleasant. Great working ethic. It makes a difference in life when you witness this kind of attitude. It should be recognized. People like her create the positive experience. We need more of her in this world. Everything you need: good price, not too crazy busy.

Nice staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Great clean gym. *update** Staff, please start enforcing the mask regulations. Way too many people walking around without one, letting hang out on their neck walking around. One guy was coughing, loudly and his mask hung on his neck the entire workout including walking around. Someone is going to get sick.

Basic biweekly price is not bad, but I got an email stating we get one free experience on the hydro bed, they where promoting the black card membership. When I asked the counter staff for the sample they said it was going to be 10 dollars. So that was disappointing. Customer service needs work

Great location. Separate black card gym space . Tons of weight and other equipments. The front desk staff is super polite and helpful. Overall the one of the best gyms in the area. Definitely recommend this place. You will get much more than the value of your money .

Very reasonable price. Well maintained machines and weights. Friendly staff. They have shower room and water fountains which is the one in St.catharins doesn't have. Only one thing I don't like is they don't have in-body scale.

Amazing gym!! I have been to most of the gyms in Niagara falls, and this one is by far the best for your buck! All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful with showing you around. The gym is always clean, and I always see staff doing something to keep the place in order. I had a tour and the manager was very thorough with explaining prices, and mask policies to me and encouraged me to call back if I have any problems too. Members and staff seem to be really nice to be around, and the environment is warm and positive!!!

It's a great gym for a really good price. It has most machines I need to do my workouts and the staff do a great job keeping it clean.

This gym is a very welcoming environment. It is very spacious and has many weights and machines on hand. Vince was amazing he not only gave me the free gym bag that I had not received for signing up but he also gave me a free t-shirt! The staff there is great. Frank is alright too.

Only give this place a 2 star review .I’ve been a member of this gym for one month. At first glance it’s very nice. I give 2 stars because the equipment is well maintained and always clean. 1) The change rooms are absolutely filthy. Someone will contract the flesh eating disease one day and Fit 4 Less will lose their shirts. All well the same 4 pieces of gum have been in the urinal. Mold in the vents and in the grout in the washroom. 2) The workers in this place are on a 24/7 all inclusive vacation. Looking around, texting, watching movies and scrolls their social media account. I’ve asked them to clean the change rooms many times. 3) Video Cameras in the change room. I’ve come out of the shower 100% naked to walk In front of someone with a video camera going. I have emailed them to put signs up! If I end up naked online I will sue Fit4Less. This is a regular in the change rooms. I’ve asked patrons to turn them off. A patron threatened me when I asked (politely). 4) Migrants and their hygiene. On Monday evening I puked i. a trash can because of the body odur coming off an Indian gent. It was so gross. He was also working out with his shirt off. I don’t believe there is a manager at this place. Just a couple of young kids swiping left and right on Tinder while this once nice gym goes straight to hell.

It has most gym equipment I need for a total body work out. However shower and locker rooms need to be cleaned more often.

I really like Fit4Less it's open 24 hours so I can always go when I want to. They have a lot of options too. It's a big gym with a lot to choose from.

This gym is great. Lots of equipment and machines. The machines are a bit dated compared to other fit4less locations, but also have greater weight ranges which makes them much more practical. The amount of equipment and space is superior to the half a dozen other fit4less locations I've been to. I consider myself very lucky to call this location my home gym.

This gym is amazing. I usually go to and have been using the Stoney Creek fit 4 Less for months whenever my visit my friend and recently upgraded my black card for the Niagara gym where I live. I was amazed on how better this location is. This gym is way cleaner, I see the staff cleaning and changing the paper towel machines, and the washrooms/ change room are always clean. Also this location was a water bottle refill and showers. All of the machines are actually working too, Stoney Creek has so many broken machines that never seem to get fixed. The black room is huge too btw, makes a black card actually worth it, I’m used to the tiny black room in Stoney Creek that only has 2 machines lol.

Have been going to this gym for the past few months and have nothing but great things to say - always clean and staff on hand to help out. They even helped me get my air pod out of a machine when it fell out of my ear! Thanks again guys!

Awesome and affordable all-in-one gym. The first thing that drew me to this gym was its pricing options. I would say that it is the cheapest (or among the cheapest) gym membership options in this area, offering $7.99 (basic) or $11.99 (premium) bi-weekly memberships. Starting your membership also comes with a $50 activation fee which is recharged every year. Compared to other gyms, this is one of the only ones that provides good pricing without a one-year or something agreement attached to it, plus no stupid hidden fees. Despite the affordability of both options, you don't compromise on any part of the experience. The facility and change rooms are clean, you have a great variety of equipment to use, the gender ratio is relatively balanced, and the overall atmosphere is great—no judgement. The black card premium membership gives you access to a separate part of the gym with free barbell weight, more benches and dumbbells, more cable machines and such. It also gives you 24hr access to the gym (otherwise, the lower tier membership is limited to staffed hours which still covers a long time range) and access to massage beds and chairs which I like to use for recovery (during the staffed hours). Overall, I just wanted a simple gym membership that provided everything I needed and that's what I got with Fit4Less. Huge recommend from me.

The manager is doing the best she can with a demanding business place. Glendale location much cleaner and better equipment than Bunting

One of the nicer fit4less gyms I've been to. They have a fairly large black card member area with good machines and a lot of squat rack/cages. The main workout area is really open and big too which is nice.

Gonna miss this gym. It has everything you need, always open and clean. Some jerks who don’t wipe their machines or put away weights.. and all of a sudden you’re a 120lb girl lifting 50s. Sometimes the smell of sweat is extreme. For the price, you can’t beat it

The staff are the worst and not helpful at all and the current manager is rude she was not helpful and this is fitforless niagara falls location which does not deserve a star at all and I had to get help from another location. This situation was poorly handle and I will be canceling my membership asap.
