This place is always busy! Almost not sits available (if you're planning to dine in). The service is ok, staff are always in a rush. They get everything ready, usually fast. It's open 24 hours, which is awesome. You can have a breakfast (tea, muffin and a english muffin) for 9 dollars! Not the most healthy, but a great option to save money one day.

Pulled this out of my sausage farmers wrap this morning. With my teeth. Tried calling and no answer. Service has always been friendly, and I've never had complaints about before, but it's clear their cleanliness standards are dopping. At least it was cooked properly since you can see grill marks. 😅

Perfect location to grab a coffee nearby fall and also public parking lot is right besides it!! People work there are reflection of your own behaviour if you treat them right they will do the same!! They work at the most tourist place so different people they deal with everyday. Time is tough but be kind. Overall it’s all good 👍

I used to love going to Tim Hortons (especially a treat coming from US). Now the they are either filthy and poorly run or have employees who jusy don't care. At this one today the employees were worst than zombies, rude and everything on the order was incorrect. No napkins on any dispensers, we asked two employees for napkins, one heard us and walked away the other one was clearly bothered because he had to bend down and get some napkins from under the counter. The older lady at the counter was very unhappy, no one appeared to be wanting to help her. She was slamming everything. What a poor experience.

Workers are experienced and fast, especially with the line always being big enough that it stretches out of the store. However, its simply too busy to be there for less than 20 minutes while waiting to get to order. Staff are nice as well.

Worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Ordered a bagel today (I was the only one in drive thru), waited 5 minutes, she comes to the window and says "oh you still haven't gotten your bagel?" ..when I get it, after 6 minutes of waiting, it's burnt to hell, and half of it is plain, which is what I ordered, the other half is sesame seed.. how? 🤦‍♀️

Had the maple bacon belt with a medium Iced Capp with Chocolate milk and a fruit explosion muffin. Everything was extremely delicious and the staff were very nice. I will absolutely be back the next time I visit Niagara. Literally a line around the block for this place!

Saturday evening we bought two chili’s in this location and the quality was nothing like a Tim Hortons chili must be. Very disappointed!!!! When the huge franchise such as Tim Hortons not delivering the level of quality that means it goes down! Sad .

We stopped here from New York City and the person Cindy wasn't nice at all. There's a sign posted on the wall asking to be nice to the employees. Makes sense why. They can be rude to you and you can't say nothing back to them. We asked for simple order. Then we were made to wait because she forgot to add cream and sugar so after waiting for a good ten minutes she just grabbed creamer and sugar which took 10 seconds.

Really great service, they suggest combos when buying food which actually saved us money. food was hot and tasty and Cindy served with a warm smile which was lovely on this rainy wet day. Thank you 😊

Toothsome deals worth sharing however app was not friendly at all .Deals were not accessible very frustrating .We bought a box of Smile Cookies to support the campaign and give it as a token of warmth thank you to the great staff Christine of Hilton Fallsview Hotel for an indeed memorable stay .Hopefully TH can fix their apps for a better experience.

I am NEVER going here again for an ice Capp. The drink tasted absolutely awful. Nothing but a sour taste and in minutes the drink was curdling. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that the rest of my order was fine.

The machine and app didn't work, very time consuming and you ended up having to go to the counter in order to order. Kids were starving. The tables were also very dirty and you had to clean them yourself. Good location.

This Tim Hortons is my first stop when ever I go to Niagara Falls. I enjoy the coffee and the bagel here the Taste has never changed and it’s always amazing. Worst customer service. I am not sire if she is the manager or not but she was rude. First they gave the wrong order. Secondly they started making the orders again. They were making it wrong again. I tried correcting them and the lady behaved rudely. They also did not put chocolate on the whipped cream of Mocha Iced cap. After the whole day trip they just ruined everything. Worst customer service. Even I myself work at a retail store and i think you guys should teach manners to your employees.

Sitting in line right now!! When we got here there were four cars in front of us. Waited 22 minutes and still have not been served. Their drive thru is super slow. Lots of people behind us now blowing their horns impatiently!!!! Total wait time was 28 minutes!!! Do better tim hortons!!!!

The ONLY Tim Hortons location I've been to (or even called) in YEARS - I'm talking at least two dozen in Ontario, a few in Quebec, and a TON in Newfoundland - that still sells the Coconut Cream Donut, even though it's a "classic donut." The. Best. Donut. Three stars for atmo, why? Always crowded and chaotic. Not just this location, Timmies in general. And Tim Hortons bathrooms are ALWAYS nasty. This one was no exception. But just eat the donuts and don't pee, and you're all good.

If you are having a great day with the family and decide to stop for a snack and coffee this is not the place. Rude cashier with this special talent to kill your mood in milliseconds. When asked for her name she asks to read her blank name tag?! The supervisor standing right there watching this unfold, steps in only when asked to. Gives a name which I now doubt if it’s real?! Anyways… definitely not worth your time or money!

It's very tasty. I had beef sandwich, chicken noodles soup, apple cinnamon pastry, and coffee. All very good except coffee, which gets from me 6 of 10. The lady who served us was very nice and polite.

It's very disgusting to have an overload thrash in front at the entrance inside, and none of the staff seemed to noticed. People need to be in a clean place to eat. This location needs to work hard to keep the coffee shop clean.

We sat in the drive thru line for half an hour, sitting still for at least 5 minutes per each car, to the point where we were in front of the speaker long enough for the employees to try to take our order 3 different times. Even they know the amount of time we sat there is ridiculous. And after all that, our order was completely wrong.

Most dishonest place ever. We went in to order some beverages and asked if we can pay with US dollars because we ran out of CAD. They said yes. The lady gave us our drink and gave back our changes in Canada dollar and she did it in 1:1 exchange rate. We asked what currency exchange rate they used, and they said that’s how they do it then ignored us. I’d be happy to tip the difference in currencies if they are decent and honest, now this is just disgusting.

The employees were kind, polite and friendly. They greeted people with a smile when I was last there. The entrance and seating areas were clean and tidy however the women's washroom certainly could be cleaned more often but other then that I enjoyed my visit to this Tim Hortons location. I typically get takeout here or go to the drive-through, and the staff are really nice! They always have the best donuts, and the service here is great and fast. The inside is spacious and great. I love this place!

First time give a 1 star publicly. Waited 20 min to get food. All people in front of me had order issues. Pinnacle of problems and delays. I've seen delays at Tim's but this one toped them all. 1/2 bagel not buttered Wrong coffee Chicken soup that has chicken but looks more like vegetable but without the vegetable. Oh boy. Stale and old donuts, mediocre food all around at this location. but most importantly, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every employee here is miserable. (Indian girl, asian girl and white old lady.) They operate 24hrs which im sure can get hectic, but they make sure to take the frustration out on all the customers! Simply don't work in fast food if you cant handle the fast paced environment. Asian lady had an immense attitude with my mother and i, as well as her fellow employees. Decided to give our businesses to the tim hortons down the street and they were much more lovely!

Staff was not serious at all, just playing around and the person taking order, just couldn’t understand the order, and it was a legit simplest order, had to repeat multiple times and had to correct her again and again…after all this still we got the wrong order, there were items missing, and the drinks were also not upto tims standards, the drinks did not taste how they should, totally disappointed. And this is not the first time happening, every-time we come, we are never happy with the customer service. They need to work on the staff. Because this is the only tims in this area so had to come here.

Worst Tims! I understand it's busy because it's on the main strip, but the staff at this spot is terrible. They rather service people that ask for a cup of water without making line than treat paying customers with a bit more manners. Not the first time they treat us like garbage here, and we're always paying customers. Not to mention how burned the coffee tastes here which is surprising seeing how busy this place is and there should always be fresh pots going, but something is happening here and the coffee was awful.

Late night only trainees are working and no one to manage them. Passing wrong information, small size coffee cannot go in medium cup. And we said we always get it. He said thats what i have been taught so i cant do . We said you can ask other employee or supervisor, so said no only trainees working so thats what we can do .

I always wanted to try Tim Hortons fast food, though I know it isn't healthy, but I wanted to know why this place to so popular. The food is no different then any other fast food place, but it offers a nice variety of sandwiches and donuts. The store itself is nice, roomy and clean, no complaints at all and the service at the time was good, so no problems. The surprise hit here was the Spicy Thai soup, I hesitated at first as this item on the menu does not make any sense, but when I ate it, the hit of light spice and aroma was perfect. I loved it and would recommend that soup to anyone who likes Asian soups.

Needed a refund due to HAIR in my wrap..manager said because I order through drive through I had to go back through drive through...the line was very very long so I walked up to.tje drove through window and he said he couldnt serve me as I had to be in a car...the lady behind me let me get in her car to get my refund..TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! this took me over half hour and Shawn the manager is the one I was dealing with .would never go back!!!

Coffee was delicious, made to order as requested. Turkey bacon Club was scrumptious, perfectly made with the right amount of toppings. Awesome job.
