I wish I could rate in minus/ negative. I bought 2 nose studs yesterday of 2 different patterns. One pattern fixed properly and 2nd pattern i did not try at all and wanted to exchange it with 1st pattern. First of all they dont allow to try there at the time of purchase and give a reason of hygiene. When spoke to the man in that shop he strictly rejected saying we wont take it back nor exchange it. Also he was so rude while talking in call. I would not recommend anyone to go and shop in this store. There are lot more good shops around and they take customer seriously. Avoid shopping in THAMOR JEWELS.

I am very pleased with the engagement ring that I bought from Thamor. It was exactly what I was looking for and I’ve been searching everywhere for a while. Arjun explained to me everything about the specs of a diamond. He told me the differences of the colour and the clarity and the cut, which was very helpful for me. His brother helped me find the ring for a very good price. I recommend them for all your engagement and all your gold needs. This is not my first time that I bought from them and I’m very satisfied.

Terrible service and product quality. The salesman made several rude comments about my girlfriend and made her so uncomfortable she had to leave while I tried to get my money back. I wouldn't step foot in here again if they were giving jewelry away for free.

Very disappointing customer service. Thamor has lost a regular customer. I have been a customer for a long time but today had a very bad experience. I have purchased many jewelry from this place previously. The mid age male sales person at the counter, told me a price which I agreed. However he went to attend another customer and got back to me after almost 45 minutes. When I tried to finalize the payment, the same sales person informed me that I have to pay a higher price than we agreed previously. He was very rude. I strongly recommend anyone not to go to this store where customers are treated very badly and who tries to cheat customers. Be cautious ⚠️

Went there for the first time to look at rings, and the older gentleman that was helping was very rude. I asked him if he could resize the ring a little bigger and he said “Are you planning to eat more” felt very uncomfortable. It is not okay to ask such questions even if it is a joke.
