Spacious and well organized store. Gabby and Skippy loved the bath (so did I because it was much easier, and less messy than bathing them at home). Staff was very friendly and super knowledgeable about products. Highly recommend, and will return!

We came here last month for our dachshund's food. Old lady working at night gave us great suggestions after listening to our pet's situation. Price is not so cheap but overall it is nice and easy to explore for stuff that you need. They also started selling Orijen and Acana dog food which are Canadian made and many people have recommended us. Although I do not think this will be our main mostly because of the price, but I think we could give them some good food after another. Has large parking lot which is free, great customer service with membership system to save some money, clean and organized environment, has a shower place for dogs where we can try different products and clean our pet with less backpain. Sometimes they have activities for pets in the store. Definetly coming back especially when there are special deals.

Very clean store & dog-wash! The left tub’s shower head does not have good water pressure, so I waited for the lady to finish up so I could use it. Lots of variety for collars, leashes & toys. I wish they carried more Merrick dog treats, though. The staff were friendly & prompt!

Always helpful staff. Very clean little shop. Even during the pandemic they would run in and bring the things you need out to you.

Good selection of products and friendly staff. Good customer service. Some high end quality dog food brands. Dry cat food selection is mostly low quality brands though, I hope they start stocking some better foods for cats. I have brought my young GSD in here several times to work through her fears and the staff are always considerate, kind, and helpful. She was happy to get treats and praise from everyone and has made a lot of progress on her fears of public indoor spaces. This store has a welcoming attitude.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of products, and I always enjoy stopping to say hello whenever they have kittens up for adoption! :)

Very rude guy working and poor attitude towards customers, please choose a different pet store unless you want to be embarrassed and or talked down too. I work in customer service and that isn’t how you speak to anyone.

Kind staff and good location. I love the dogs self bathing stations. The staff provides towels and treats for the dog. It has decent variety.
