First time going to a any sort of spa and not knowing what to expect. Drove for about 2 hours to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. All the staff, was extremely friendly. The couples massages we got were lovely. We both ate at the Play Bar + Grill, the food was really good. The young short waitress at the restaurant which I wish I took down her names was absolutely incredible and super friendly. I had a great time and great birthday.

I have been coming to White Oaks for many years now, and there is good reason for that. This place is special. White oaks isn’t just another hotel complex, it has become a home away from home. Yes, the rooms and amenities are truly fantastic, and the food is really delicious (I literally haven’t had a bad meal here in my 6 years as a patron), but the thing that really sets this place apart are it’s people. It’s easy to see that their staff are well taken care of because they genuinely care. I have had countless folks here tell me ‘this is the best job they ever had’ or ‘I have been here for X number of years and it feels like I haven’t worked a day’. The staff are kind, attentive, and take so much pride in their work and interactions. I love coming back here, because I know that when I do, I am going to be greeted by folks that I have never met, yet feel like friends. I love this place, and that’s something I can say about very few other spots these days. If you’re in the area and need a place to relax for a night or 10, or if you need somewhere to host your whole company, this is THE spot.

Girls getaway - the resort is top notch. Convenient location, huge fitness facility including pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Nicole at the front desk was amazing - extremely thoughtful about privacy when confirming my details, sent a special treat to the room for our birthday celebration. Every staff member we encountered was happy, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room service breakfast was the only fail and they quickly responded to our concern and suggested solutions. We booked the Hello Sunshine package, and made use of the spa as well, a wonderful, relaxing experience. Highly recommend this facility,

I love having a reason to come to White Oaks, this year we booked a conference room for a team building half day for work. Room had all amenities we needed and was comfortable. Breakfast and coffee station was well stocked and staff were very friendly and professional. Lunch was in a dining room I had never been to before, so it was nice to see. Beautiful decor and good option son the buffet. Parking was included, thank you. I would highly recommend workplaces book a room for a team building day!!!

Hotel is spacious, clean and, a little run down but it is an old hotel I was not expecting modern. The pool and garden are great. Pool can be busy but you can go in the morning before the guests are up. Room is spacious, clean and kept well. Hotel staff service is excellent! Very attentive and always kind. The gentlemen at the lobby provides a warm welcome and always smiling. Overall great stay! Thank you very much.

Hotel was very nice. Concierge was helpful and great. LIV restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast. We had Evan as our waiter for both mornings at breakfast and he was great. Pool was lovely. The spa was amazing, highly recommend booking a service there. We would highly recommend for couples looking to get away. Having the outlets across the street was very convenient as well and it’s not that far away from downtown Niagara on the Lake.

We recently hosted our annual business meeting at White Oaks and were very happy overall with the experience. The hotel rooms were comfortable, the meeting room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakout areas were tidy and well-stocked. A member of staff was almost constantly available for any requests we had. The size of the resort meant that even after several days there were still new areas to discover, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were notable for both their quality and variety. We look forward to returning!

My fiancé and I recently stayed a night at White Oaks Resort. He had booked the ‘Hot Winter Nights’ package. I have to say we had a very nice experience. The hotel is beautiful with fine touches of decor that really made you feel like you were on a little vacation. It is right across the street from the Outlet Mall and is close by to many restaurants and shopping centres which makes it convenient if you want to go out and explore the area. All the staff are so sweet and accommodating. From the moment you walk in until you leave you can see the effort they put in to make sure you have a good experience. The room we stayed in was nice, but I did have a few very minor complaints with certain things not being clean or having dust. LIV Restaurant was 5 star - from the complimentary things to the food. They even accommodate if you have certain dietary preferences or allergies. Unfortunately the spa was fully booked so we weren’t able to go there, but we were able to use the credit on products at the spa. Overall we had a beautiful get away and will definitely be returning in the near future.

We used White Oaks for our Conference this year for the first time. Absolutely impressed! The hotel is impeccable, the meals provided were delicious and cognizant of so many different dietary issues! Most importantly, the staff on-site was so helpful and gracious at all times! I hope we continue to use this venue again. Thank you White Oaks for your care in your clients!

I was there this weekend for conference. The service was excellent. The room was nice. We had a dinner and dance tickets were seventy five dollars each. What to get my food? The food was absolutely cold. Accept for the soup. The soup was good. Some of the desserts were still frozen in the middle. I think it's time to look at who's ever in charge of the kitchen and to switch that person out. I can't wait to come back next year to see if everything has changed.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary in January 2024. Top notch experience from check in to check out. Greeted by front reception with some surprise strawberries in our room. Andre the master concierge is top notch. He was fabulous and really made sure our experience was amazing. He helped us with our Wine Tour. George our driver was also fantastic. What an amazing experience and cannot express how excited we are to come back annually now. If I had higher rating for service I would give it. Restaurants, pool, service, room service, all top notch. A++

Hi, I rarely leave feedback and I have been part of many conferences that take place hotels, but this time not leaving a review would be just unfair. Matt and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs. Things changed as we went and Matt was so quick to accommodate them on the fly and service us whatever we needed. Would highly recommend for corporate functions! From the very beginning of contract conversations all the way through until event date, the staff at White Oaks are extremely helpful to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating for our group and everything ran so smoothly on the day of our event. The food is AMAZING, the rooms are comfortable and clean and there are so many amenities to make your stay feel like a home away from home - looking forward to having the opportunity to go back!

I recently attended a corporate event at the White Oaks Conference Resort, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience! The venue was beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get comfortable. The staff were amicable and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that all of our needs were met. The food was also delicious and well-prepared, which is always a pleasant surprise at these types of events. Amazing service from everyone at the front desk, the bellhops and the head concierge. Our stay was brief but lovely. Spa was wonderful and the gym was well equipped. Comfy bed, nice toiletries, great water pressure in room. We enjoyed our stay, terrific value. Only small issue was the 20 min drive to Niagara on the Lake downtown, but otherwise location was good, easy to access from the highway. Good place to use as a base of operation for wine country touring.

Our organization held our semi-annual meeting for the second time at White Oaks Resort & Spa last month. We were able to host a productive and insightful meeting due to the attentiveness and professionalism of White Oaks. Both before and during the event, the planning team worked with us to accommodate the needs of our party within a tight timeline. On-site, staff were helpful and efficient. The meeting studios are a fantastic option to hold light and spacious meetings, and the accommodation rooms are comfortable and clean. The food was great with generous portion sizes (though, more vegetarian and halal options would be greatly appreciated). We held a games night that was a big hit with our team - even though the weather was not on our side! We look forward to returning next year.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The spa was amazing, peaceful. The overall service from the hotel was fantastic. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean, and the entrance is beautiful. We were welcomed at the door, the staff was very kind. Emily left a wonderful note with wine and treats as my husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary+ first night away in 3 years from the kids- ended too soon. 😉 The overall service was excellent. We did the private in room breakfast- was amazing. The gentleman that brought our food in was such a kind person. They made our stay very comfortable, and welcomed us with excellent service. The quality of food, room, service, overall was excellent. I will most definitely 100 percent return. They also found my husbands wallet that he lost and informed us immediately. I love this place!!!

We had an overnight group work trip here and everything was fantastic. The booking experience, stay, dinner and spa experience were all 10/10. The staff were incredibly hospitable every step of the way. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you can possible need. Our entire group was very pleased!! My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights for our 5 year anniversary. It was wonderful! From the moment we called to the moment we left, all the staff were kind, courteous, and attentive. For one of the nights, we booked the Romantic Nights package. I got a manicure done by Penny and facial done by Amanda. Both ladies were lovely and did such a wonderful job! We also had an incredible dinner at Liv. Everything was delicious and the service was prompt and professional. A shout out to Emily as well with reservations as she sent up a surprise treat and lovely handwritten card wishing us a happy anniversary! John Martin was very kind for following up on our experience after we had noted the breakfast service was quite slow and offered credit/points for the inconvenience. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait for the next one!

Outstanding hotel. Very nice grounds and facilities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, the vending machine would not give me my Coffee Crisp after I inserted the money. Had to settle for ketchup chips. Was a little pricey, but staying over Canada Day weekend, there's not much choice in this regard. Highly recommend.

We held an executive retreat/meeting at White Oaks and couldn't be happier with the service, location and facilities. Our meeting room was exactly what we needed -- presentation screen, projector, and roomy enough for two days of busy meetings with lots of laptops on the table. They were able to accommodate our request for "working lunch" in our meeting room, and also helped us to arrange a shuttle for a winery tour and dinner at a winery. Service was excellent and the sales team was very responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Our company used White Oaks for our corporate Christmas party and everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our contact, Matt Lyon, was so helpful and made sure our event was perfect down to the smallest of details. Everyone commented on how fabulous of a night it was. We had food stations for our dinner and each station exceeded expectations. It was all delicious and replenished quickly! The whole team was a great help with set up and making sure all of our items were ready and available for us to set up. I would definitely recommend considering White Oaks for your next event - I would give them ten stars if I could!

I found this hotel last minute online and have never been so happy with a hotel sight unseen. The room was perfect but it the was shower that I absolutely loved! Rainfall shower plus a detachable one. Highly recommend and would only stay at White Oak hotels if I find them anywhere else.

Went for a relaxing time with the wife, was a little surprised at the amount of families there. We figured it for more of a spa place but that happens. At White Oaks… to say it was a success is an understatement, everything was over and above our expectations. Our attendees are still raving about this event, it truly is the best we have ever held. The meeting spaces and conference/banquet rooms (including Exhibit Hall) are spacious and bright, the guest rooms are modern and impeccably clean. And….the food!!! The quality, the variety, the creativity, and the flexibility = all fabulous! The service is exceptional, every team member is so friendly and attentive, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our event went off flawlessly. The White Oaks professionalism made it easy to execute an event of this scale, the level of detail and care in planning from A-Z is remarkable (special thanks to Traci and Tina). We had hosted other smaller events throughout the year at White Oaks, and the level of service and attention to detail is consistent no matter what the size or scope of event. Where do I even start?. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy. The resort is big for any activity you want to engage in. Sauna, Spa, swimming, large tennis court. Complimentary breakfast is "all you can eat" with varieties. I really commend the staff for their professionalism.

My wife and I came to White Oaks for a little mini honeymoon and it was amazing. Beautiful, clean rooms. The pool area was also quite clean and decently sized. There was a hot tub as well. The location itself is quite busy but that is expected in the Niagara area. It's very central from St. Catharines, the falls and Niagara on the lake. Upon our arrival, the front desk (David) sent us some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries which were delicious. It was a great miniature vacation.

Great restful stay. Fitness facility is Top Notch. Clean modern rooms. My son made a bunch of long distance calls to my cell phone without my knowledge... White Oaks kindly comped the charges and gave me a discount on the room just because I made a small comment about a noise down the hall. I didn't even ask for the comp... That is A+++ service IMO. My 7 yrs old was a bit old for the daycare but he didn't mind. Had a blast on the tennis court. Not a whole lot for kids but my son still enjoyed the novelty of the hotel. Plenty kids in the pool area too. Definitely going back.

Exceptional atmosphere for the restaurant, spa, gym, and hotel rooms, very inviting for first timers! The food at liv restaurant is phenomenal, the spa has really great 50 minute couple massage package that I highly recommend as a gift for you and your significant other. Starbucks on site. The gym has brand new equipment as of December 2023, gym members are very encouraging and inclusive. Excellent yoga classes every week, childcare included with membership for babies 6 months or older as long as you plan ahead. Worth every penny!

We hosted our convention at White Oaks recently, and it was amazing! Fabulous food, beautiful rooms, great location. The highlight, however, was the amazing staff and customer service! They handled all requests and last-minute changes with grace and a smile. From the front desk to the conference planners all were absolutely terrific from start to finish. We will definitely be returning next year.

I booked the hotel for a 55 year reunion for Mac 67, U of Guelph for 48 guests. The rooms were comfortable and well liked by everyone for their size and quality and price. Our reception was catered by the hotel where we were given a large banquet room that was well spaced and a delicious buffet was served. The service was excellent! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful! The next morning the breakfast was excellent and the quantity’s were large. If you were looking for something smaller in quantity there were other options other than the main dining room. The facility has many options to keep everyone busy such as pool and spa. Unfortunately we were very busy with tours of the area so we didn’t take time to enjoy the amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel for their very personal service for families and conferences. Will definitely return to enjoy the amenities of this hotel and the remarkable service! Probably the best hotel in Niagara on the Lake for price, amenities and excellent service!

Staff were probably the most awesome I have ever experienced in my life. The entire resort is immaculately cleaned. I even saw one staff member on their hands and knees wiping down floor tiles so they were shiny. The grounds are beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The only negative I have is the prices at the restaurant are way beyond what they should be.

We had our conference here on September 17 and 18, 2021. Although I attended virtually as the planner, we had 128 delegates attend the event in person. We received very positive feedback from our delegates about the cleanliness of the hotel, how friendly the staff were, the food was wonderful and the meeting spaces were well laid out. As the planner of the event, working with Traci on our F&B was so refreshing. She made sure everything was taken care of and I really appreciated how detailed and efficient she was. I would also like to thank Ruth for not making 1 mistake on our rooming list considering the amount of changes that we had. I have never experienced that kind of perfectionism in 15 years! Also a special thank you to James and his team from Encore. Your attention to detail and your hard work help to make our first "hybrid" event a success. We definitely hope to return to White Oaks in the future. Thanks again everyone!

We held a held a meeting for 20 people at White Oaks Sept 19-21. The service was fantastic, the facilities were clean, food was great and meeting rooms prepared exactly to our specifications and all Health protocols were in place to ensure a very safe environment for all!! I applaud the management and staff for their dedication to providing service excellence.

I spent a night at the White Oaks with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it! From the friendly staff to how clean and well maintained the rooms and facility were to the tasty food at the restaurant, everything was amazing. Although I was a bit disappointed as the package I purchased was for a king room and was booked for two double beds. I tried calling the next day to change this as I found out through my email receipt, but the front desk personnel told me they were no rooms available at that time. Nonetheless, we'll definitely be back and hope to experience the king room this time.

Have been coordinating an annual conference for 10 years at many different venues... White Oaks is the absolute pinnacle of service! The staff was extraordinary, the facility was beautiful, the guest rooms were fantastic. Cannot praise the Resort enough! It was truly a wonderful experience for everyone!

We recently had our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at White Oaks, and I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience. I worked with both Jennica and Alyssa during the planning process, and they were so attentive, making sure I was up-to-date with the ever-changing restrictions on large gatherings so I could plan accordingly. Not only did I feel supported by them during the planning process, myself and my guests all felt safe during the wedding with the safeguards that White Oaks had incorporated for their events. I feel very lucky that I was able to have my wedding during these uncertain times, and it felt like a proper celebration thanks to the staff working at our wedding, in particular, Tristan! We will definitely be returning to White Oaks for many years to come in celebrating anniversaries and other life milestones.

We held our daughters baby shower in their ballroom and everything was amazing. Very attentive, kind staff and great food. Everybody felt safe at the event and really enjoyed themselves. Can't thank them enough for everything. Perfect place for any kind of shower or wedding or private event. 10/10 would book another event with them again. Thank you Tina and Alyssa for the smooth planning.

I had a fabulous stay with girlfriends for my birthday. Service, staff, and accommodations were wonderful. Pool was great (though a lot more kids and families than I expected). Tennis was fun, gym was great. We booked 25 minute head, neck, and back massages as that was all that was available (even though we booked weeks in advance). It was wonderful but very pricey - $80 for 25 minutes? Not sure why it it was so much for so short of a time. Maybe 40 minutes. Aside from the high cost of the spa appointment, I would definitely go back - and try to book a different, longer spa appointment next time, way in advance!

This was a very nice property. The resort staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort itself was very clean and well maintained. It gave the feel of a upscale hotel. Unfortunately, the amenities were all closed due to a provincial shut down. Starbucks is a drive across the street as is McDonald's. The outlet mall is also very close, just down the street. We would definitely stay again if the need arises to be in that area.

My wife & I stayed in an executive suite over the March break for 4 nights. The room was newly renovated and great. The hotel is clean, cheery with a great relaxing atmosphere and music. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The fitness facilities are five-star, and the LIV restaurant was fantastic. We would definitely go back in the future. Just be aware that because they have lots of squash and indoor tennis courts, a large fitness facility, spa, yoga, etc., we could not book ANY spa, massage, or salon appointments because many were already taken up by these regular club members who don't stay at the hotel in addition to hotel guests, so there is a lot of competition for these facilities. I would suggest the resort carve out some blocked time for hotel guests only so that we at least get a fair chance to book some of these.

Excellent service! Had an amazing experience at White Oaks Resort this past week. First off the amenities are incredibe! I will be returning for the excellent facilities such as the pool and gym equipment. Dining was delicious and very refreshing to have variety in meals such as play and LIV. I also ate breakfast at Grow every morning throughout my stay. The girls were extremely accommodating to my "picky" coffee orders, I like my coffee very special and they were able to achieve this for me!

This is our 1st visit to White Oaks and checking out tomorrow. I'll write another review but this one is for Brittney at the Spa. I booked a 55 minute facial and it was AMAZING. I felt so relaxed after the treatment and Brittney was so professional and made you feel so comfortable. She explained each step and what she was applying. I can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend a facial. My daughter also enjoyed her massage. Book early is staying at the hotel as it books quick. I'm grateful we could get in spa time and the meditation room was awesome also.

Went to White Oaks for a girl's getaway. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms were large. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Robert who is amazing and one of the first people you'll meet when you come in. He helped us with our bags and took us to our room. We interacted with him a few times over the course of our stay and he was always smiling and upbeat. He was a pleasure to be around! Dinner at Play Bar & Grill was ok. 2 of the 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Breakfast excellent. The spa was disappointing. All 4 of us booked pedicures. No proper pedicure chairs and we soaked our feet in what looked like large salad bowels. The room itself is in need of a makeover and the chairs the poor girls that did our pedicures had to sit on were in horrible condition. Definitely not what I expected especially for the price we paid which was $100 each. I also booked a manicure but had to cancel because they don't have the tools to grind off gel nails or the product to do a fill. Would not recommend this place if the spa is important to you, otherwise it's good.

We recently had our company retreat at White Oaks and it's definitely the best choice ever! The whole planning process with their event & hospitality team was pleasant and easy. We were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The housekeeping team is fantastic! They fulfilled our requests very quickly and all we needed to do was just to send a text message from our mobile phone anytime anywhere during our stay there. Other than the bar closing pretty early (before midnight), we've had a great time!

We held a company Christmas Breakfast at White Oaks. Great choice. The resort is stunning at this time of year, all decked out in its holiday finery. The staff could not be more accommodating. Everyone, from the conference director, the event manager, and the conference staff, all were outstanding. In a hurry-up-and-wait world, especially at this time of year, it was nice to see people that care about their jobs and their guests. Special shout out to the two delightful gentlemen (Ken and Robert I believe) that were the first point of contact at the resort. They set the tone for the day. Such nice gents. Well done event by all parties involved, White Oaks!!!

We held our annual member conference, general meeting and trade show at White Oaks this fall. These events were a huge success, and in a large part, we owe this to White Oaks Resort. Thank you for the exceptional attention given to us and our delegates by the White Oaks staff throughout the resort. All our delegates were very impressed with the quality of accommodations and meeting & trade show facilities. For our event committee, most important during these uncertain times were the adherence to C-19 restrictions and protocols. The WOs Event Staff did an excellent job of walking us through all procedures and expectations leading up to and during the event. Our event started on the first day of the provincial mandate for proof of vaccination, and the resort was well prepared to handle this requirement. Our delegates felt safe and comfortable the entire time. As for so many, this was the first time that we have met with our members on a larger scale in over two years and each of us was grateful to have it be safe & successful. Thank you White Oaks!

The staff at White Oaks is simply amazing!! Everyone we interacted with was courteous and helpful. Generally going above and beyond to provide excellent service. In particular, Mario, who assisted us with luggage and information about the hotel. Our breakfast and our dinner were also excellent. I definitely recommend White Oaks and hope to go back.

Wow, we had an absolute wonderful time at White Oaks for our anniversary. The staff were so pleasant, the manager Nicole made us feel so special and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! After a long drive in bad traffic we decided not to drive anywhere and stay at the hotel for drinks. We walked the lovely grounds and went across the street to the outlet. Then we had the most amazing dinner at LIV, our server was wonderful there and the meal delicious. I also loved our room, it was beyond clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this resort for any special occasion. We will definitely be back!

I am so glad we finally got the opportunity to stay at this property as we would never had known how great of a stay it is. The service from our arrival to departure was top notch! We stayed in a very comfortable newly refurbished room in the tower, and although there were signs to indicate there may be noice disturbances from renovations taking place, we didn't hear a thing. And the breakfast was SO good, truly farm-to-table quality. My only disappointment is that we didn't stay longer to enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

White Oak's hosted our 3 day staff retreat last week. Just stellar! Everything was just perfect delivering a wonderful experience for our staff. All employees were polite and super helpful at every turn. The food was outstanding and well presented. Our accommodations were clean and inviting. The administration staff was right on top off all questions prior to our stay. Shout out to Matt Lyon who was our main contact anticipating our needs before we even asked. I would not hesitate to recommend this great facility to anyone looking for time away with staff or family.

We recently stayed at White Oaks resort and choose there Wine Discovery package and I have to say this was the most memorable and luxurious stay I’ve had in a while. I’ve travelled across USA and Canada so I’ve been to numerous hotels and tours, but no one did it quite like White Oaks. As soon as you walked in your greeted at the door, with amazing customer service. The wine tour was so much fun with our tour guide Brian, and our room was great! We also had some wine waiting for us in the room which was such a nice touch. We made our way to dinner a little early and they sat us with no issues. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, I highly recommend the Beef Tenderloin and T bone steak.. it’s been a long time since we tasted something with flavour like that and I can’t wait to try it again. As well as the Shellfish 4x for the appetizer, so tasty!!! The staff was accommodating and actually made you feel welcome. Not only will I be recommending White Oaks but also the package! If your looking to reconnect with your partner or just want a romantic stay, this is the way to do it. Thank you white oaks!!!

We stayed here for one night while on a girls trip (for a birthday) which included a wine tour. The wine tour started off our day and our driver Mike was amazing. He was so kind, happy and helped to ensure our experience was a memorable one. After the tour we checked in at the hotel to which the room was BEAUTIFUL. Since it was a birthday they added extra touches such as chocolate covered strawberries - such a nice surprise! The customer service from start to finish was extraordinary. Everyone was so friendly and often checking to make sure we were having a good time. We signed up for massages which were heavenly, the food was delicious and the portions were HUGE. We finished up with shopping across at the outlets. It was my first time here and I definitely look forward to staying here again!

We had a great time here. We used the fitness facilities here which are available to guests at a nominal charge and really enjoyed them. Play - their bar and grill had a nice ambience and the food was very tasty, our server Molly was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and overall we had a great time. I only wish that the checkout time was 12pm instead of 11 am, but other than that no complaints. The resort is also located right across from the Niagara outlet mall, which is great! We will definitely be coming back here for another stay.

We are so glad we had our wedding at White Oaks back in July 2022! This place is just so inviting and hospitable from the very first visit. Everything looks amazing at all times - the flowers, the lights, the decor, they were all wonderful. The staff go above and beyond when it comes to how they treat their guests. Jennica was our event coordinator and she made the whole thing easier for us. She was always an email away with all the concerns and changes that we had. The staff during the reception were all very wonderful and attentive as well. My husband and I and all of our guests had a great time! Thank you once again to the whole team at White Oaks.

We hosted a Program Leader Retreat at White Oaks and the service and support was excellent! It started with being greeting at the door! The event coordinator made sure our needs were met in our space and our tech support people made sure they were on hand to address any issues. The room provided an excellent space to collaborate and plan with our team. Throughout the day we were supported with treats, a clean environment, tools to host the meeting with efficiency and staff that did not disrupt our meeting, but made sure supplies were plentiful and spaces were conducive to collaboration. Our buffet lunch was excellent and provided options for all our dietary needs. Overall, the staff who participated in the event were pleased with the service and the venue and felt that their hard work and dedication was acknowledged thanks to the extraordinary service and attention we had at the venue. We look forward to using the space for upcoming retreats!

White Oaks is a beautiful resort with gorgeous views and grounds. My stay was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating. I was there for a work event and working with Traci, the Director of Conference Services, as well as Adrian, the Director of Experiential Learning was so easy. They made sure our event was well planned and top notch. The day went smoothly. The team building games we planned with Adrian were such fun! Every single one of our staff had nothing but great things to say about the day. They all enjoyed themselves. The lunch buffet was delicious - there was so much variety to choose from. I would definitely recommend White Oaks to anyone - whether for a work event or a family getaway.

I organized a Conference for my team and from the first time I contacted the hotel, everyone was friendly and responded quickly. My Conference Planner, Matt took care of all the details and had great communication. He came to meet me on the first day and I was impressed with his professionalism. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any business trip. This hotel believes in great customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful! What a breath of fresh air. Plus the location is perfect. The team walked across the street and went shopping at the Outlet Mall on their breaks.

From check in to check out, every minute of our stay was perfection. Staff is extremely friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Friendly and professional. Thoughtful and thorough too. The rooms were large and clean and well equipped with everything you could require. The spa was top of the line and very clean. The dining options were varied and excellent tasting. We went for a package and ended up with many extra surprises along the way. Beautiful gardens as well.

Amazing experience. From pulling up to the resort and Michael assisting us with our bags to our room. Everyone of the staff smiling under there mask and pleasant conversation. It felt like home. David welcomed us on Saturday. Sunday rolled around and David was there to take our bags back down. Definitely recommend staying here to everyone. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The beds soft as pillows, very comfortable. The resort was beautiful. The pool was a great size and the water felt warm. Overall a wonderful experience and A++ staff. Will definitely be coming back. Staff were very attentive and helpful. When I arrived, I had bags on my shoulder and a box in my hands. One staff member, welcomed me, took the box from me and asked me where it needed to go (and proceeded to take it to our meeting room for me). Very helpful! Accommodations were very clean. Meals were excellent. Lots of variety and they even accommodated a specific dietary requirement well.

Just completed our conference at White Oaks and it was such a great experience! Our group was used to hosting in the Muskoka area but we changed it up and chose White Oaks and it was a great move, the location was amazing easy to find and get to, the staff was always a step above in great customer service from the friendly doormen, servers, conference porters and event organizers I felt very comfortable with trusting our event with White Oaks. The conference package was easy to work with, the space we had for our events fit our group well. The Idea Loft is probably the best work space I have used, it had everything needed for our Tuesday meeting with a the theater setting mixed with the modern work space was awesome. I would definitely recommend choosing White Oaks as your next venue for trade shows/weddings/meetings and even for personal leisure. I will be returning again for personal trips as the ambiance, great food and customer service were exceptional, 5 stars all around! Thank you!
