I had gone into Kate Spade and my husband and I left without buying anything because we were followed around like we were going to steal something. Hated the feeling of someone right behind me putting things back a certain way and just overall making me feel uncomfortable. Never once asked If we needed anything. Walked into Michael Kors and right away a smile and we were not bothered, but told if we needed anything to ask. The girls that helped us were so nice and we felt great being in there. We ended up buying a mens watch and I got a new purse. We both have lots of tattoos and I have a shaved head to support my mom who is battling cancer, and people do not need to judge someone by their appearance ever! Horrible experience. Absolutely demeaning and disrespectful. I was in the store at 16 minutes before closing to purchase a gift for my mother. She was on the way. They closed the gates at 6:55 pm when the closing time was 7 pm. We had already picked out the bag and just needed the go ahead from mom. The horrible staff did not let her in at 6:58 pm. They were not even apologetic about it. Is this the brand image Michael Kors is working to??? There were customers still in store.. i was inside the store too.. all I asked was my mom to be let in… I need an answer for being treated like this.

Terrible cashier service! We went to this store to buy some gifts. We like cup coasters. Checked with sales that the price was $29 because there was no price sticker on it, so we decided to buy two, when we checked out, the cashier told us $39 each. I said we just checked with sales in store the price should be $29, but the cashier lady was very rude and unprofessional, she told us there was a mistake only and her price was absolutely right, She looked too pride, I felt she didn’t want us buy, So we left. Did some Christmas shopping here and I have to say the associate that helped was absolutely amazing! I went from purses to clutches to watches and eventually settled on a wallet. She was with me the majority of the time and when she wasn't because she was helping others, I only needed to look her way and she came back to assist. Not that this matters completely BUT she was pregnant and was running back and forth, attentive during a very busy period of the day. It really made my shopping experience that much better and she should be commended for an excellent job! Overall experience at the store was great. The cashout experience was excellent! I will definitely go back!
