Food was terrible, the burgers and the fries were very cold and dry. I ordered a burger without onions, I received a burger with onions

Nice modern and large restaurant. The signature burger that I got was quite dry, don't know if that was on purpose or not but it had barely any sauce in it (should have been spotted during assembly). The bathroom was dirty, some items were broken and it was out of soap... Not impressed.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Cold food and cold fries that tasted like they’d been laying there for hours. Zero taste. Zero flavor. Worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had.

worst mcdonald's i have been to. got 4 sets cold. I asked for a replacement and got 3 hot and one warm. very long waiting time for food with a small number of people

Kids friendly 100%, very nice sitting areas.

I was waiting 12 minutes for a small mcmuffin during an important meeting with no sorry and bad behaviour of employees. I've heard only "Come on, you are waiting 10 minutes, not 15", crazy :D Almost no other customers in this time. My coffee became cold. Don't care if there was a possibility to exchange it for a hot one or not, I was angry. Nobody even speaked English enough! Which country I am visiting, France or what?? McDonald, is this restaurant following your quality?

Komische alte Tafel an der man bestellen musste. Bürger für 7 Euro sah aus wie ein cheeseburger und hat auch so geschmeckt. An der bestelltafel deutsch ausgewählt trotzdem waren 40% der Sachen auf Französisch. Dreckige Tische. Ist glaube genug gesagt warum 1 Stern

I got mc flurries they were a little bit expensive but good

Terrible experience. Wanted a latte and they only served espresso. Printer didn’t have paper so they didn’t have my order. Waited and then had to ask where my order is but didn’t know what the order number was because I didn’t have a ticket. The inside of the store is confusing - two counters in two different locations so I didn’t even know there was another counter for food on the other end and was waiting the whole time at the other side. After I asked about the order, then they started to make it - why wasn’t it in their system already if I ordered on their screen?? Poorly managed.

A bit confusing using the automated service screens, but I am old!
