Then the cake was topped with a cherry when the train conductor ushered us and the couple in front of us back to the tickets counter letting all the group people board the train first. As they departed the group waved back and laughed as if to rub it in our faces that they had gotten on the train before us. I was shocked at the disrespect and the fact the people of the company let it happen. I proceeded to go to the ticket counter to ask what had happened, he said back to us you can get on the next train or get a refund. No explanation, no apology.
