One of the worst hotel that I’ve seen. The ladies at the reception were dummy, rude and impolite, not professional. The room was dirty (cobwebs in the wall, dirty bathroom and broken stuff). We were thinking to leave the hotel immediately as well. And plus internet didn’t work well.

Liked: The contemporary style of hall and dining space... staff is OK! Has great location! Monoprix the Supermarket was just amazing and close to hotel! :(( No facilities for coffee or tea at the room... Disliked · Can't open the windows... all windows are blocked! No facilities for coffee or tea at the room... Room was clean but small and not bright... Elevator is too narrow... In Sum: Great Price for fare

Rooms are small, no amenities such as hand towels or glasses in the room. Hot rooms with aircon not working effectively(even though rooms are tiny). The worst thing about this hotel is the staff!! They are all consistently rude and show absolutely no empathy. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Accor name( I have stayed at over 12 ibis hotels around the world, this one is just awful). Stay anywhere else in Nice, plenty of lovely French local hotels that are just wonderful and care about their guests.

Hotel in the city. This is close to tram stops and the train station. Main city location, so expect all the usual shops/restaurants. Surrounding area and hotel has lots of traditional french architecture

the hotel is situated in an ideal location. the bathrooms need to be refreshed, and it's best to refresh the whole hotel. friendly service is the best advantage of this hotel. I wanted to give a lower grade, but due to the staff I will not do it. Anique, it was very nice to meet you, we will come back someday.

This establishment is where I stayed for my week long vacation. To say that everything went smoothly is an understatement. From the no fuss early check in to the friendliness of both the management and her team to the consistent cleanliness of the room it certainly made for a really pleasant visit and stay. Your management and the team are indeed without doubt, not only great ambassadors for your company, but indeed for Nice itself. I wish them all the best of luck and reward.Hope we meet again. Ladies, take a bow!

The hospitality we received was the worst. We were questioned again and again for preparing our own meals in our rooms. They were not at all courteous. We as tourists were struggling with so many things! When we asked them about it, they asked us to use the Internet to get any information.

Clean, well maintained for its age I believe and in great location if you’re planning to take train trips around. I have only seen staff during checkin. The whole interior is outdated, but that’s why the walls are sound proof, although doors aren’t. There is no shampoo in the bathroom just body wash. There is 2 sockets in my room, located under the desk not by the bed and 2 usb ports by the bed. The price should be lower for what it is.

Good hotel for its price. Breakfast included and plenty. Towels included too. No complaints.

I enjoyed my stay here at the ibis. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but manageable. The breakfast was surprisingly good. For a three star hotel. I was pleased with the breakfast. The fresh grapefruit and oranges were very delicious. The breads which is very traditional were fresh. There were fresh eggs and for those that like ham and scrambled eggs. It was also ok. There were nuts and many different teas with coffee that is standard. Enjoy the photos that will get one a very detailed visual of the breakfast. No photos of the rooms since there are already photos of the rooms posted . The bathroom is small as well but everything works . There is ample toilet paper and the AC and heater works well. I opened the window since I like the fresh air flowing into the room. The hotel is located within 15-20 minutes walk to neighbor stores. The carrefour supermarket is 5-6 minute walk from the hotel. The price is reasonable compared to eating out There is many choices for pre-made food. One can take L2 to and from the airport for $1.50 euros or about $20 euros from the hotel to terminal 2. The train station is also 6 -7 minute walk to the hotel. Enjoy nice. I certainly did !!!!

Clean and simple. Central location The attendant was amazingly nice and friendly. The AC works ok, but don't expect the room to ever get below 22 degrees.

From my opinion I wouldn’t return or recommend this place to family and friends. Cons: -Dirty! Omg yuck the bathrooms have grime and muck everywhere , the walls and peeling, the shower glass is so dirty you can’t see through it. - staff are rude and even asking to reactivate a key will fire them up (mine has stopped working two days in) - hotel is on a quiet street so can fee unsafe walking back late at night due to the people around. Pros: checking out and leaving. Love Nice and France but I would just go somewhere else l.

We were welcomed at this hotel by an extremely friendly staff, who stayed that way throughout our whole stay of 6 nights. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Window was facing the street, but when closed there was no outside noise to be heard. Breakfast was pretty basic, the breakfast room is rather small, but we have always found a place o sit down. Croissants were very delicious, but I suppose that a must in France:)

Good: Location. All kinds of stores are around here. 16min to beach by walk. 1min to washateria Bad: Room is very small. You can hardly deploy your carrier If its size is a bit large. Or you spread it out, you can barely pass by it. The drainage is bad. Can't even wash my face as the sink is filled with water. There are too few ports to plug in the charger. You have to compete with your friends to charge your phone.

Anique ensured our stay was great and was a lovely person to deal who went above and beyond to make us all very comfortable. Great hotel, great location (1 min walk from a massive shopping area) and I will happily book my group in here again then next time we are in Nice. We all hope to meet you again Anique!

It doesn't get much better at this price point if you just want a no-nonsense hotel room to relax and sleep in - and it is just what I expect from the ibis chain of hotels. It's a great choice for a solo traveller or a small group of friends travelling together and the location of the hotel is excellent if you don't mind walking a bit to get to the beach. It's still very central to downtown Nice - as the name suggests.

The hotel ticks all the boxes as per location, budget, room and amenities, all needed for a short comfortable stay. However, the cost of breakfast can be a bit steep as compared to nearby places. After reading some of the earlier reviews, I was a bit concerned about the AC but it worked fine in our room.

In a very good location. Although the rooms are small but clean with enough hanging and shelves cupboard for short stays. I was given a half an hour late checkout which is appreciated! Breakfast is available with charge. There is also a menu in the room for small snacks and for drinks 24 hours. The room was smelly which I reported to the reception on checkout. I give it 3. 8 which is rounded to 4!
