Very old looking hotel, could have been vintage, classic 80's if the equipment and furniture weren't so cheap and worn out. I don't understand how this could be a 4 star hotel. With such a great location, and the size of the rooms, that could be a fantastic hotel. Just need a bit of renovation.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Given that we were a religious couple staying over our sabbath, means we can't use any electricity, and the staff were super accommodating. The apartment doors open with a manual key and we left it with the 24-hour reception when leaving and arriving they kindly opened the automatic doors for us! Perfectly situated right near everything, 5 min from the beach. Super clean and has plenty of room For someone looking for an up-to-date place, this is not for you... It's not very modern but super nice and clean and that was the main thing for us and we didn't need anything modern! There is no pool, sauna etc.... It's just apartments!

Sadly never had to review a location before but we felt we should for this apartment block. We booked partly due to the vast range of facilities advertised on Google, TripAdvisor and Trivago - which include roof top terrace, swimming pool, bar, sauna and fitness centre. However, upon arrival, there were no facilities, or even rooftop access. Turns out they removed all of these 3 years ago, but have not thought to amend the advertising on a range of websites. We enquired about a refund/compensation but management refused - and would not even initiate direct conversation with us. As they have silently removed any images on their website of the pool, they claim this is enough grounds for it to be the customers mistake. Maybe we were a bit too naïve, but if you’re searching for places to stay with a pool on comparison websites - and descriptions, images and reviews state there is when there is not, you would expect this is the fault of the hotel’s advertising - not the customer. So be aware, this place is simply apartments and nothing else. Would not recommend - expect to lose money if you are unhappy.

Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, eateries and beach. Away from hustle bustle and yet so closeby. Rooms need refurbishment however we didnt have any complaints. Housekeeping should be included daily though, we paid extra for all the 5 nights we stayed.

Approved hotel, location is nice surrounding roads are quiet lovely room complete with kitchenette and sofa bed you're are walking distance to shops and tram Station.

After coming here for 2 nights, this place served no convenience but being near the beach. Place is filthy. They won’t clean your place after you ask. To get new towels you need to go downstairs, throw your rubbish in a designated area. No cleaning products for kitchen. 1 mini shampoo for the family of 4. Toilets look gross. Staff a bit rude when I asked about laundry service which they don’t have. For my 3rd night I am going to another local hotel, glad I’m checking out tomorrow

We booked this hotel for Christmas 2020and were very much looking forward to staying there. We paid a deposit which was refundable if we cancelled before 17th Dec. The hotel (without informing us) removed b&b and use of the pool making the accommodation self catering. Because of this and the fact that due to Covid19 our flights got cancelled we had to cancel our stay which we did at the end of August. The hotel will not refund us and continues to ignore any emails we send. Terrible customer service. Book with care as if you have to cancel you will not get your money back.

Very outdated in every way, the parking garage is a death trap, towels smell like vinegar, inattentive staff. The only reason I am giving this review more than one star is because the location is wonderful and having a suite with a kitchen/living room made our international trip with a toddler bearable.

Awesome stay, large space plenty of space for 4 of us easily. Pool and spa were a great touch. Close to all things trains, buses, coast.. Definitely coming back

Good place near the centre and the beach, safe car parking, many places for dinner around. Double bed comfortable, but sofa bed is poor.. also bathroom is vet ant cold, everything around from stones (floor, walls, table top)

Average hotel/apartments. Room was tidy. Washroom was huge and very clean. They upgraded us to a 40m2 apartment. Biggest advantage is it is very close to the main promenade area. What I didn’t like was they had the extra bedding opened in the sofa/sofa cum bed and it looked like a patients bed 😅

Nice hotel with friendly reception. They upgraded us to a suite for free. Roomy enough for 4. Close enough to beach about 500 m.

Good breakfast, clean rooms and great facilities in general. Swimming pool area is very good too. The sauna booking rules are not well communicated in the hotel, many people joining the pool can go straight to the sauna as there are no signs saying that the use of sauna are only under reservation. The small kitchen in the bedrooms are very convenient despite the fact that none of the cooking pans had lid. The garage parking price is a bit too expensive, much more than you would pay in the streets, which are safe too.

Hotel is quite nice, however you will not get back yours deposit. I got information that deposit will be refunded immediately after check-out, but after several calls I did not get any money back. Easy scam, really in a 4 star hotel? On top of booking price, you will be charged additionaly for everything - taxes, parking, cleaning, keep it in mind when you are on budget. After adding additional costs you can find better hotels.
