Very rustic here. It's quite small but that's not too bad as nice is very cramped. It was nice and central. Beach and shopping as well as food just a few minutes away. If you just need a place to sleep it's great.

The hotel was close by to the main strip of Nice. We booked the twin share room and the room was so small the beds were touching each other and there was barely any room to open our suitcase. The shower head was broken. We had to hold the shower head up to shower and we advised reception. He advised us that it would be a 10 euro for a new shower head. This was shocking. It is an expectation for the shower to be working not extra service. Male receptionist in the evening was unhelpful and unfriendly. The breakfast provided for guests part or tour groups were a lower standard than normal guests. One of the poorest hotels we stayed during a 3 week tour of Europe.

The hotel rooms were very small! It was a squeeze to get 2 people plus 2 suitcases in the room. The air conditioning was fantastic and definitely needed in the hot weather. The bathrooms are dated and could do with updating, but they are clean and do the job. The towels could do with being replaced as they are starting to look old. Breakfast was ok, similar to any other hotel in France. Housekeeping lady was lovely and tried to be helpful, but my lack of French made it difficult for her to answer me.

The hotel was conveniently located. Lots of restaurants, bars, and little shops around it with a nice typical French atmosphere. Close to the tram, buses, and the city center. If you walk a few blocks you’ll get to the port, and in one of the bus stops before it you can get a 40 min bus to Monte Carlo, which was so worth it! We weren’t planning on going but it was so easy, fast, and cheap so how could we not? Back the hotel: the rooms were TINY and I mean tiny; we could barely fit our luggage in the room. Some outlets didn’t work. The air conditioner was good, the beds were clean, the bathroom could use an update, but the overall hotel seemed okay for a few nights. Absolute nightmare! Tiny room, slow, choppy WiFi (if any), moldy shower and worst of all: very very loud. The hotel is literally located above a club and the windows provide little to no soundproofing.

The room was a bit dated and compact but clean and had everything we needed. Hotel reception was friendly. The hotel is located quite well near the old Nice and some restaurants/bars. The only problem was the cleaner who came into the room at 9am while we were still sleeping and startled us!

It's a 2 star hotel it's ok but cheap my friend got locked in the bathroom when the door Handel fell off my other friends shower door fell off the rooms are small and feel cramped s the ceiling is also really low the beds are uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi is absolutely awful it doesn't work the bathroom is the size of a wardrobe and the shower is midget size good luck fitting in there. The hairdryer is retarded and is right behind the toilet and the biscuits taste like dirt and the window overlooks a brick wall its a pretty crap place

The only and best thing about this hotel is location. The rest is awful! Basic breakfast, very small rooms, tiny and dived on two beds which makes you or falling or diving in the gap between two of them, night live you can hear till 2 a.m. but don't worry it is not the end: next will be waste trucks driving and making a noise till 5 a.m.
