I would like to say that this holiday inn was one of the best that I have stayed at. I had the most amazing experience with the staff in so many ways. I am currently traveling abroad for School and my trip just ended and needed somewhere to stay. I booked this room a while ago with friends and when we showed up, we were tired from traveling all day and on a very hot day with lots of luggage. we were able to check in early and able to get a different room layout very last minute which meant a lot to a few tired college girls. we had the most warm welcome when we arrived and made sure that everything we had was provided. the location is great too for a very short ride to the airport and fantastic restaurant on the beach. Having the train station near by was perfect too but truly do recommend that you stay in the hotel. They really do go above and beyond for their customers.

Nice hotel in the French Riviera, conveniently located close to the airport, with a shuttle service. Room is spacious and clean with nice view. Buffet breakfast with a lot of choices. Staff is welcoming and polite. From this visit I came to understand that the two bottles of water provided in the mini fridge are complimentary. If you come by car and you wish to park in their car park, there is a short walk (which can be annoying if it's raining). Driving in the car park isn't quite easy.

What a great customer service at this hotel. Super family friendly with special care for children. All staff working there compete for offering their services with a smile. We had dinner at Bay Star, the hotel restaurant and the food tastes delicious.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location is great. Very close to the airport and a shopping mall, it backs on a quite broad walk by the Mediterranean, where we enjoyed coffee and cocktails at sunset in many cafes and restaurants there. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included which was a great value, it was a really good breakfast with many delicious pastries and bread varieties, yogurt, eggs, fruits and vegetables… I highly recommend staying here and Ubering to Old Nice. If I go back to Nice, we will definitely stay there again.

The resort is located right on the beach and near the airport which is very convenient. Our room was very spacious with a gorgeous garden view and terrace. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and gave additional suggestions as well which I appreciated. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job on servicing the room, it was in pristine condition everyday. You can tell they take pride in what they do! The property is just a 7 min walk from the nearest train station which can get you to either Nice or Cannes in around 30 mins!

Wonderful members of staff. That's the standout. But then the location is beautiful and has great bars, restaurants and even night clubs along the sea front. The rooms are great (been a couple of times) and had wonderful, spacious rooms each time with beautiful views from the ample sized balcony. Great airport transfer service, available even if you simply want to go to catch the tram from the airport into the old town. This place is a little hidden gem in my opinion.

Conveniently located close to Nice Airport and the CAP shopping Centre. Behind the hotel is a promenade where you will find all manner of cuisines. The staff are particularly friendly and the rooms cozy enough for a good nights sleep. Have stayed twice for work trips and likely to return.

Their practices are disturbing and borderline legal. They intentionally make invoices so that you don t understand anything and make you pay extra nights whether you want to on not. Also, no heat in the room for 4 nights in the middle of winter although we complained about this daily, sometimes 2x 3x calls/day. But they did nothing! The reception staff acts superior and talks down on clients. And they mostly lie and dodge your needs just enough until you reach check out day. Breakfast is tasteless with few options. The omelette is rather boiled and absolutely disgusting. In the country of cheese, they serve you packaged slices of tasteless cheese. The prices don t reflect quality: of food, services, location and so on. It was an awful experience!

This might be one of the better kept secrets regarding hotels in Nice. Right on the beach with a private beach club. Walkable to many restaurants. My room was pretty great as well. Oh and they have an airport shuttle!

Great and friendly English speaking staff. Wonderful view from a surprisingly large room into the sea. Great restaurants walking distance. Easy to get to main roads. Hotel parking is a bit of a walk. Street parking free from 6 and weekends.

Nice and clean hotel a stone's throw from the sea. A little dated perhaps in the interior of the rooms but all in all still pleasant. the staff are friendly and the service was good, nothing to complain about

Excellent. I was picked up at airport (behind the giant I <3 NCE). Everything was spotless, the bed comfortable and the AC worked perfectly (which was a relief for hot summer). The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and tables were kept clean, they even offer eggs made in whichever way you prefer. The service throughout was top notch, everyone incredibly friendly and helpful. Finally the location. The hotel is right in front of the ocean, it has quite a few restaurants in the back. It is a few minutes away from old Nice, which felt perfect for me as less people and more relaxing. Shout out to Nasser!
