This place is a bit far though well planned and all. Its brains and hammers so definitely they have a brand already but this estate is quite deep inside. It's ideal for anyone that doesn't mind staying in a developing area.

Very annoying estate!! We go without water for days!! The phase 2 security isn’t even tight, they allow people come in and out as they please. If a house isn’t completed before you move in, and there are complains, no one comes to see that all is put to place.

Very nice estate, quiet and peaceful. Its quite a bit far from the main road however the road is tarred. The estate is further surrounded by beautiful estate and its has three main gates for security purposes. Network coverage there is poor though

Quiet, nice and fairly safe environment. The estate has gone through massive improvements and so should the navigation routes including the street view. It desperately needs updating as more buildings have come up with so many people now residing there. It’s very difficult for a newbie to get there still as the routes on google map are outdated. I hope something is done about it It will also help if the facility managers respond promptly to tenant’s queries regarding property maintenance etc

Water and light can go off at anytime and last for days. Unless you have solar panels look somewhere else.

Brains and Hammers City is a cool and serene place to settle. It has a very beautiful landscaping plan that makes you love it even as you enter the estate. The road network is good. The security is also good.

(deep breath) this here is a city in a City. The architects of this place should be applauded over and over again for job well-done though the job isnt done yet as more structures are still being erected. But ambience and serenity wise, security and neatness are in top shape. Though here's something the new Lodgers should be on the look out for, the service persons I feel isn't enough as it can take "who knows how long" before the cleaners will get to your own room or building for daily cleaning. Had to do the cleaning myself which defeats the aim of being a serviced apartment. But all in all, I'd visit and stay here again. Heads-up, it's a bit far from town so be sure you make arrangements for transport if you ain't with a personal ride.

It's really far from the lifecamp junction. However they have fine apartments and there's electricity and water supply, they also have their facility management within the estate that takes care of your complaints

Paid a visit to this estate, The estate has beautiful roads and is neat and tidy, The architectural design of the houses aren't so appealing to me anyway. Its a massive estate located at Lifecamp Abuja, pretty far away from the city centre. I noticed that there weren't any market or worship center inside or near the estate, the developers should consider building these as one can't live so far away from town and not be able to have access to these basic necessities of life.

Great connecting infrastructure not complemented by poor buildings which would require a huge maintenance costs.

Estate management doesn't make provisions for light. There's high security and the estate is really clean and posh. There's little to no noise or air pollution. Environment is very clean and the roads are top tier.

Nothing special. However B&H are pushing hard to increase the housing stock in the system. The unfortunate part is that quality and intent more often than not pay a huge price. And people remain in urgent need of housing so will still scoop whatever's offered
