Great customer service but really didn't like the pedicure. I made this review one year ago. So I went in for spa treatment yesterday and the first thing that got my attention was the write on the wall. Then, the fact that TINA gave me the best full body salt polish and massage. They are affordable for ladies and gentlemen that love good and soft life but no hold too much bar 😁😊. Thanks for making my birthday 👌 👍.

I was there on Saturday for a massage, a jacuzzi soak, and a facial treatment. The ambience was great. I loved the cool meditation music they played. It is different from some spas where sounds are not carefully picked. There was no African magic playing loudly. It was serene. I loved the professionalism I witnessed there. The place was quiet and relaxing. The girl who worked on me, Miss. Tina was friendly and cool. The receptionist was lovely. In fact, everything went well. I almost slept off during my massage. At the end, they gave me complimentary snacks as usual.

I loved the whole experience. From the really nice receptionist, to the ambience of the whole spa (they had diffusers everywhere it was really calming), to the experienced staff. I had an amazing massage, facial and pedicure. And booking an appointment was really easy online. They even send you a message to remind you before your appointment time. Very enjoyable experience. These guys definitely know what they are doing... Courteous staff who handled my appointment booking very professionally and going ahead to remind me of the time with a phone call. Refreshments were offered and served after my session. I'll give Topaz a 9/10.

I booked a Swedish hot stone massage and hair wash/pedicure service for myself and my partner. The massage was nice and enjoyable, and the prices are reasonable. However, there tends to be a long wait as it seems they are a little short staffed.

I booked 3 topaz escape packages to celebrate my sister's birthday. The package is definitely a good value for the money, I thoroughly enjoyed the body scrub and massage by Folake. I also thought the salads they provided were a very nice touch. There are a few areas where they could improve. The facilities were clean but the air in the facilities upstairs was stale and chlorinated. Secondly, the file and polish provided as part of the package was not good at all. My service tech was more interested in watching Nollywood than completing the service; their selections were limited and the job was very sloppy. All in all I would recommend the salon but wouldn't go there for nail services.

I googled and found the place as the closest spa to my hotel - a 20 minute walk. I LOVED IT. They are quite busy. I walked in there without an appointment and I was lucky that they found a slot for me within 35 minutes for a wax. Wonderful experience. The lady was systematic, thorough and friendly. I'll definitely return for a massage in a few days time.
