Okay
I
went
here
based
on
recommendation
and
personally
I
have
once
been
here
during
a
wedding
ceremony.
I
had
high
expectations
on
this
particular
visit
with
my
family
,
but
was
disappointed
big
time
!
Got
there
and
the
first
thing
they
stopped
my
dad
at
the
entrance
of
the
building
and
told
him
that
he
could
not
carry
his
personal
camera
upstairs
to
the
restaurant!
Mind
you
we
were
not
there
for
no
photo
shoot
,
my
dad
is
an
avid
photography
lover
.
They
kept
us
waiting
there
for
10
minutes
after
which
I
gave
up
and
kept
the
camera
in
the
car
and
we
moved
on
.
(
Quick
thought
here
,
don’t
our
phones
have
cameras
?
)
.
Anyways
reaching
upstairs,
I’m
greeted
by
one
of
the
waiters
,
who
of-course
did
not
have
a
clue
about
my
reservation.
Well
finally
got
a
seat
,
first
thing
the
place
was
lukewarm
.
Like
why
is
a
fine
dining
restaurant
warm
on
a
sunny
afternoon
?
Mind
you
this
place
is
by
no
means
reasonably
priced
.
It’s
right
up
there
with
the
menu
prices
.
I
complain
about
the
heat
but
no
changes
!
we
start
sweating
,
they
change
our
seats.
Now
away
from
windows
,
they
seat
us
inside
,
but
it’s
still
the
same
and
to
make
matters
worse
,
the
AC
right
above
where
we
were
seated
started
leaking
water
!
I
had
given
up
already
,
a
Sunday
that
I
expected
to
be
a
beautiful
outing
with
my
family
was
half
ruined
I
prayed
that
the
food
would
make
up
for
all
this
mess
!
We
ordered,
Starters
Shrimp
&
Mayo
rolls.

I
could
get
better
tasting

many
other
places
that
is
not
priced
at
half
of
the
menu
rate

The
Experience
in
whole
was
just
not
good
!
The
Manager
came
towards
the
end
of
our
visit
and
apologized
saying
their
air
conditioners
ar
e
not
working
!
That
the
maintenance
teams
are
working
on
it
!
I
mean
if
you
know
you
have
a
technical
issue
why
do
it
when
customers
are
paying
in
full
for
a
service
and
they
are
suffering
!
Disappointed
and
Not
satisfied!
