The Dermatologist was nice but the lady at the reception was very rude, dismissive and kept hissing. She is the first person you meet there and should be better trained at mannerisms and care of patients

It's a skin clinic and we were referred here by our HMO for my daughter's persistent skin irritations. All home remedies had failed. It has a large compound so parking was relatively easy. However, there was a long wait and it took us a long time to get to see - I believe- the only doctor. Turned out to be an elderly, kind and soft spoken man (perhaps the biz owner) and he seemed to know his stuff. The medication prescribed (one over the counter and one in-house formulated remedy) seemed to have worked magic on my daughter. I am thankful. I seemed to remember they have strict working hours and something about opening only on weekdays cos we had to take the kids out of school for our visit. We called ahead and got the information. I advise you do too.

The old front desk lady is always cranky and talking to people rudely.

Except everyone here given good reviews are the doctors oh, I have been there 2 times and none of my issues where treated despite buying all the prescribed drugs. Just a waste of money, effort and time. Plus the first receptionist was very rude , she made two people who came after me go in, everyone noticed and she could not apologize.

They do not have a proper appointment, so it doesn't matter if you have called ahead of time. You are just like anyone that walks into the clinic. Great place, the doctor listens and is ready to patiently ascertain conditions. You can also use your AXA Mansard HMO with them.

My son has a skin condition that he spent a lot at other clinics to no avail. At Kyutis they did the right diagnosis and the condition is kept under control with their medications.

beside opening late 10 am, the doctor is very accessible and friendly seems to know is job. please is small but clean, not need appointment waiting time has been short.
