The cowry creek estate is a beautiful place full of nature and beauties. Though it is a developing area of Lekki Phase 2, the houses there are awesomely beautiful, great design and garnished with varieties of flowers. Just a visit and you'll really like it

Well coordinated and aesthetical residential estate

Damn.... This estate is super fine.. Cool and serene environment with super fine structures at each building... If you looking for a land or building to buy or rent, I actually will recommend Cowrie Creek estate. If not for anything at all, but for the fact that safety is guaranteed. All electric wires are run underground with well insulated Distribution Boards.

Serene environment, it's new so you can still purchase lands here and build your dream home. Security is very good and it has a great view of the lagoon at the back end. The road to the estate is tarred and there's total gas station at the bus top, spa supermarket at the same road and churches n Mosques at close proximity.

Went to set-up Christmas trees in the estate. It's serene and calm. Need a comfortable housing area to live? Away from the hustle and bustle of Lagos life? That sure is the best place I would stay any day.

The place is still under development and with the situation going on there make me feel more comfortable about this place because it is a good place for everyone to have an apartment here. l honestly recommend this place for everyone,.it has the best security check and very clean and attractive environment. Words aren't enough for me to say but until you visit the place.

Lovely estate in a very cool and quiet area of Lekki. Close to House on The rock church, ikate beach(Elegushi) and also not too far into lekki-Epe express way. The houses in this estate are very beautiful and modern all custom built to each landlords individual taste but I noticed generally none of the houses had a fence.

the environment is friendly well fenced road is 90% smooth and free from the fourth road about at lekki to the estate to ur home is just good road, no sewage, no dirty gutters , u with 80m u can buy and built a very nice semi detached apartment with luxury pool and a good car pack. guess what. worry less about security,. go check it out.

The area is well plan and fast developed

Seemingly about 30% developed. It's a great serene and secure environment located well away from the main Lekki expressway. Fully serviced plots. Homes have low fences, building here is strictly controlled, the environment is super clean and homes are well manicured. Definitely a great place to live if you are to remain sane in Lagos. Mobile phone service is very very very poor! Estates like this must look into allowing infracos set up camouflage cell sites with the general services/utilities area of the estate.
