The fact that it's the Closest Hotel to the newly commissioned Cargo Airport and Afe Babalola University ABUAD is an absolute blessing, good environment, reasonable prices, friendly staff and top notch service delivery and customers' satisfaction. I must say, their Club is the best in the City y'all should check it out

Some workers are excellent with interpersonal relationship especially the security personnels. But the head of reception has poor attitude to customers. She talks to people anyhow. Good AC system, good fridge, running hot and cold water in the bathroom but TV is better off than on. Always blurry and no response even after several complaints. Poor fumigation system. After the first day, I noticed insects crawling around in 20000.00 per night room.

Locating the hotel from afe babalola university was not difficult for me. just a drop from the school.

Nice hotel but the location is not too favourable

Their worker's are very active and nice. They take there work serious. And they are very polite and embrace customer relations

Terrible, lack proper hygiene, too expensive, AC not working well, everything was just off.

Strategically located on the busy Federal Polytechnic road, Oyebam Hotel is a beauty to behold.

It's okay, can get a little rowdy sometimes but the service is top notch

Nice place to lodge. Light 24/7. Just need to improve on their facility maintenance. Introduce 'Next of Kin' column in their guest form. Honestly speaking, OYEBAM Hotels is a place to be.

Indoor pool, Bar, Loud music, no WiFi

It's comfy, I'll give it that. I lodged into the lowest room there so I don't really know how the other rooms are but the room I stayed in was comfy, AC works well, as well as the fridge, the television has no remote and volume is unadjustable and it's so neat and clean, clean freaks this place is not for you, the bathroom was so dirty that we had to wash it ourselves
