My initial thought about Kidney Solutions was "I don't trust this place" but after my interaction with the staff, that thought changed. Kidney Solutions has some of the best Medical and admin Personnel. They attend to the patients in ways that only Professionals do. No rudeness, no delays, appointments are kept and sometimes calls are made to check you.... You count on the front desk Officer to deliver at any given time.

The guys at Kidney Solutions certainly know their jobs. The core of the team is hardworking, humble and humane. All the staff, in dealing with their patients, offer personalised services without compromising professionalism. In my association with Kidney Solutions Limited since year 2013, I conclude that they are Masters of effortless productivity.

It has been a traumatic experience for me as an end-stage renal patient. I have to adjust to my new lifestyle in order to stay strong. All the doctors and nurses (caregivers) at kidney Solutions Limited have been able to achieve that by giving me all the care I need. They have all made this journey quite easy for me. I have been undergoing dialysis at kidney solutions since December 2019. Even though, I have visited other dialysis centres, I stand tall to say that Kidney Solutions Limited offers the best services. It is top notch and second to none.

I reside in the United States and my mother in Nigeria was suffering from Kidney failure. We took her to several places in Lagos for dialysis with not much improvement. One day at church I had spoken with a couple physician friend of mine about my mother health concerns. He immediately recommended kidney solutions to me. Prior that my mother couldn’t even walk by herself. After her first dialysis treatment at KS, my siblings sent me a picture of her getting out of the car on her feet. KS has been an absolute blessing to me and my family. My mom is doing much better today. I truly believe that KS saved her life. I traveled to Nigeria in February and took my mom to KS. Since my initial visits to your facility as a friend introduced me to, I got the best medical care and attention. I am impressed that we have such a place in this country. The centre is very clean. The nurses & Doctors observe good hygiene standard. Advised to keep up the good job. Don't reduce your standard even in the face of stiff competition as the market is saturated already with substandard services now.
