Awesome place with good hall and facilities. Big compound with large parking space, close to a major road .

An event centre with a mix used facility, the main hall doubles as a church auditorium on Sundays and event hall on other days which can comfortably sits over 500 guests. There's also a smaller hall that can sit about 100guests or serve as a service hall for the main auditorium over flow. There's another hall behind the pool bar which can serve as a lounge space for smaller events and can sit about 50-75 guests. A dedicated pool bar and kitchen makes this place a complete set up for both indoor and outdoor events. Site is mainly accessed from Alalubosa GRA and Mile 110 which is the easier of both access is bad due to the railway line and heavy flow of traffic can cause accident.

Great Conference facilities to host all kinds of events. Also with a beautiful pool and lounge.

Very conducive conference center. It had lounge and a nice bar by the pool side. The center accommodate over 800 people at our event. Be careful as we had sparks from the fan and had to evacuate everyone for 15 minutes. But that's the overall experience was great as the technicians fixed it in time. 80%.

The conference center is good for Owambe like Weddings, funerals and many outdoor parties. Not only that, you can old any event or conferences here... I attended a tech event there and the atmosphere is cool.. I don't think the Air Condition systems are really working but there are ceiling fans for ventilation. They have big screens in case you need them. The environment is attractive as you'll start seeing different motivational banners once you enter the compound. There is swimming, restaurant in the same compound. Security is there too.

Sizeable conference hall. Been here twice and it was all well organized right from the gate.

I was there for DevFest Ibadan 2022. The main hall was really nice. It was quite spacious and had sufficient lightening. The parking space available isn't big enough though and that's about the only thing I didn't like.

Awesome place to hold any event. The ambience and feel is awesome. Different halls, each with different sizes. The culture surrounding the place is cool, especially the Martin Luther King showglass. Awesome place especially for entrepreneurs, leaders, youths, and anyone who believes in moving forward.

Was happy to find out there was a pool. First time there was not bad, although the bathroom needed cleaning. My second experience there in April Was abysmal. The bathroom was disgusting. Someone actually soaked unwashed boxers in the bathroom. It was filthy and smelly. The lounge area was dirty and cigarette smoke and unnecessary loud music and hype man added to the bad experience. I expected better because I associate Nustreams with excellence. Or maybe management has changed. All in all, I won’t be returning.
