recently
had
a
very
unsatisfactory
experience
with
PMT
ABA
and
i
feel
compelled
to
share
my
feedback.
I
used
PMT
bus
services
on
several
occasions.
Unfortunately
i
encountered
numerous
problem
with
PMT.
Firstly
their
cashiers
are
unprofessional
and
rude,
i
was
forced
to
pay
a
bribe
(breakfast
money
as
they
call
it)
of
N1000
before
am
issued
with
4
ticket.
After
i
have
been
issued
ticket
of
bus
number
2748
i
was
redirected
to
a
different
bus
after
several
insult
from
the
loaders.
Furthermore
i
was
appalled
by
the
level
of
professionalism
displayed
by
most
of
the
drivers,
one
driver
in
particular
was
extremely
rude
and
impatient
exhibiting
disrespectful
behavior
throughout
the
journey.
This
not
only
made
me
feel
uncomfortable,
but
it
also
reflected
poorly
on
the
company
as
a
whole.
Attempts
to
resolve
this
issue:
To
address
this
issue
i
reached
out
to
the
manager,
he
gave
a
listening
ear
but
he
has
no
control
over
the
activities
of
the
drivers,
the
drivers
and
the
loaders
are
all
managers
of
their
own
and
answers
to
no
one.
The
manager
is
just
a
figure
head.
The
baggage
i
came
with,
the
loader
charged
me
N1000
after
hauling
insults
at
me
for
asking
him
why
it's
so
high.
I
was
also
charged
additional
N1000
for
same
baggage
by
the
driver
of
the
vehicle.
I
asked
for
a
refund
but
was
told
that
i
would
be
dropped
from
the
vehicle.
Their
subpar
services
provided
by
PMT
ABA
has
a
significant
impact
on
me,
i
experienced
unnecessary
delay
,
stress
and
humiliation.
My
experience
was
extremely
disappointing
Regrettably,
I
cannot
recommend
their
services
to
others
and
will
certainly
be
exploring
alternative
transportation
options
for
my
future
trips.
