I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience with PMT ABA and i feel compelled to share my feedback. I used PMT bus services on several occasions. Unfortunately i encountered numerous problem with PMT. Firstly their cashiers are unprofessional and rude, i was forced to pay a bribe (breakfast money as they call it) of N1000 before am issued with 4 ticket. After i have been issued ticket of bus number 2748 i was redirected to a different bus after several insult from the loaders. Furthermore i was appalled by the level of professionalism displayed by most of the drivers, one driver in particular was extremely rude and impatient exhibiting disrespectful behavior throughout the journey. This not only made me feel uncomfortable, but it also reflected poorly on the company as a whole. Attempts to resolve this issue: To address this issue i reached out to the manager, he gave a listening ear but he has no control over the activities of the drivers, the drivers and the loaders are all managers of their own and answers to no one. The manager is just a figure head. The baggage i came with, the loader charged me N1000 after hauling insults at me for asking him why it's so high. I was also charged additional N1000 for same baggage by the driver of the vehicle. I asked for a refund but was told that i would be dropped from the vehicle. Their subpar services provided by PMT ABA has a significant impact on me, i experienced unnecessary delay , stress and humiliation. My experience was extremely disappointing Regrettably, I cannot recommend their services to others and will certainly be exploring alternative transportation options for my future trips. The company could be more, they have the potential of being a world class transport agency this branch has a beautiful facilty but majority of the staff here are rude, and mostly act heartless. Their Buses should maintain the regular seating arrangements.

It was ok but Ebere the Korea manager was not fair at all.

If you love your life, avoid Peace Mass Transit by all means! My first (which will be my last) experience with them was a narrow escape from death! It took us two days to go from Calabar to Asaba.

Terrible service from Calabar to Aba. It was the driver's first trip on that route, we missed road for quite a number of times. The road is terribly bad and dusty, plus car broke down along the road. Realizing it was break pad related was annoying.

I love the fact that they travel to nearly all states in Nigeria. Their buses are functional efficient and their drivers can be rude but arrive at their destination. I just think they should communicate better. I don't also admire the unavailability of buses sometimes. Lastly, one is usually unable to know whether the bus for their destination is in the park opposite Aba Town Hall or at Jubilee road.

Mobile transit to literally half of the states in Nigeria. Good and comfortable buses. Nice drivers. As expected of a good transport company, they have guidelines and rules.

They are good people when it comes to transportation and logistics to all parts of Nigeria

Your sure bet to anywhere... Park not well spaced, passenger attending is well organised and fare controlled considerately. Key points for improvement to many young drivers in respect to attitude and etiquette.

Large Motor park at Aba. I haven't boarded any bus from here before. But you can get connecting buses from here to all parts of Nigeria.

Vehicle broke down twice. Very poor customer service. Driver and others working with this company need proper training on how to deal with customers. Worst experience I've ever had traveling.

If not for the routes they take, I will not advice anybody to join pmt. Their drivers and terminal men are very insulting. They waste a lot of time and they don't care. They are just enjoying monopoly.

This is how stocked this vehicle is, this is the new park even, yet people are stocked like crayfish. The drivers prefer waybills to passengers. We’ve been here for over 2 hours and they’ve been busy loading waybills, and then collecting huge amounts still from passengers that already paid for the transportation. This is really a poor and unhealthy form of business. It’s not only degrading but tarnishing also to your company.
