Smallest room I have ever been in Rather sleep in my car

Stayed for two nights, pretty good value and quite a short walkable (10min) from the main niigata station So the hotel is quite big and popular as a budget option, they also have onsen facility on top, but didn’t get to try this time Check in and checkout was quick and not troublesome They have a convenient store right below also Overall recommended for its good value

Great value hotel with nice bathhouse. We paid 6800 yen per night and even though the bathroom was tiny, we didn't need to use it since it was equipped with large bathhouse constituted of 2 indoor bath and 3 outdoor (half closed ceiling). It was fun to have a petite blizzard on my face while submerged under the hot bath.

I have been in this hotel for only one night, but the room was really clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the spa with different baths, and the fact that a Lawson store is literally on the first floor of this hotel. I recommend it.

As far as APA Hotels go this one is quite nice, buy I still feel the rooms could be bigger, even considering that this is a Japanese business hotel... The spaciou, clean public bath and a dedicated LAWSON in the lobby also stood out to me.

The hotel looks grand and is a 10-min walk from the train station. The public bath has an outdoor section, which is a plus. There are many eateries nearby and a convenient store is next to the lobby. Recommended.

Fairly standard rooms and level of service as expected and similar to other APA hotels across the country. Located on the main road just down from Niigata station, with close proximity to convenience stores, restaurants and transport. A plus is that this hotel has a gym facility and onsen which is not available at all APA locations.

A newly built hotel, the check in needs time since it will be fully automated , I personally prefer human interaction than just machine. The room was very small but complete amenities. Free movie and screen mirroring so I was glad. They have vending machines, laundry machine at a certain area. The breakfast buffet was great, many foods to choose from and it was delicious. It would be better if they will improve their meal coupon because it's just a receipt, would be good if they will make it a card. They have indoor swimming pool, convenient store, gym,onsen ,bar and restaurants. I chose a city view room but unfortunately an ongoing construction building is the only view I've seen. Upon check-out no hassle because you will just drop your card at the box. Will visit again soon to explore more about the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay. Actually you start refreshing from the aisle and corridors even before getting into your room.

I'll be back. A great location, good value and the rooms are very comfortable. Tje spa and onsen on the second floor are perfect after a day of walking around town. Shame the parking is a hassle.

New APA in Niigata. 8 minute from the station. Many restaurants and konbinis around. They have a sentou inside the hotel. Staff was nice, it was clean

It was a fantastic stay ! I recommend to everyone to have the chance to relax here one night and try the new hotel facilities!
