(Visited as a ski resort in February) Awful lift service, completely unable to keep up with demand even in the off season and with several lifts closed for the entire duration of our 2 week visit. Queue for Niseko gondola from the Hilton was in excess of an hour, I shudder to think what it would be like to try and enjoy niseko while staying in village. Cannot comment on food or drink as I did not stay long enough in village to try them. The lifts themselves seemed ancient, I would judge the gondola design to originate from the 1970s and I only hope it holds up to modern safety standards.

Just visited Niseko Village and had a great time! Fantastic skiing, lovely accommodations, and friendly staff. A bit crowded at times, but overall, a wonderful winter getaway. Highly recommended! 🎿⛷️❄️

Fantastic place for a beginner. High quality services, top notch staff and a mountain suitable for everyone. Fluffiest snow, very comfortable to wipe out. Visit the place around January and February.

Not a nice place for a snowboard beginner, green course too flat and had to get off the board all the time, while red course already too hard for me. Spent more time and distance on foot then on board. Again, I am a beginner and I suggest Annupuri instead, actually the rest of the slopes are more beginner snowboarders friendly than this one. Of course skiier are fine here.

I am living in quiet Moiwa at the other end of the valley, so coming over to visit Hirafu was a trip, but it has everything you need, great snow, tasty food, and convenience stores, fun bars and niteclubs.

Great Mountain, Fantastic skii place with family , I had a great Fun, am going there again and again...

Good snow and very good place for skiing with family and enjoy the holiday, good hotels and facility, price are above normal as any other ski resort prices everywhere.

Rain and plus 15 degrees never in season. This in March and beginning of April. The schools stop advertising end end the desinf. if it’s raining

Wait in line to rent ski for 2 hours at 9.30am. Ski lift manager let the ski school kids cut the line, so the wait time was >30mins. I even saw some kids got in front of me twice.

It snowed every single day while we were here and it was so powdery! We were not used to how powdery it was and how smooth snowboarding was. When it came to the snow itself 10 out of 10! I will say renting a snowboard was a nightmare! Took about two hours, which was really disappointing. It is also super crowded so getting dinner takes about an hour or two. The snow itself: 5 stars Ski lifts: 3 stars. Took awhile and some of them close early. Rentals: 1 star Food/ village: 3 stars

5 stars to the staffs. Lost my car key at one trail, but they found it in a short time!!!!!!!!! Absolutely saved my entire trip and thank you so much ;~)
