初めての星乃珈琲店。店内は昔ながらのレトロな喫茶店風。モーニングいただきましたが、結構トーストに種類があっていろいろ選べます。パン以外にもランチタイムにはパスタ等あるようです。コーヒーもいい感じのお味でした。駐車場も広めで良かったです。

初めての利用でした。 お客さんや定員さんの行き来が多い席でしたが、囲いがあり個室的になっているので気にせずリラックスできました。

雰囲気もよく、のんびりと過ごせるし、個室感覚にもなる背もたれの高いソファで、車で行けるので良く利用します。 ただ、今回、注文したセットのコーヒーがオーダーで通っていなくて、人数分（3人）のコーヒーが来なかったので、セットのコーヒーはオーダーに入ってませんか？と尋ねただけなのに、オーダーの内容の確認はしましたよね、コーヒー2杯と確認しましたよとの受け答え。誰も責任を押し付けたわけではないのに、オーダーを間違えると責められるのか、私に非はありません的な受け答え。オーダーは3人分とお伝えしましたが、確認の時に気が付かなかっただけで、誰も責めてないのに…。なぜ、セットを分けて、コーヒーを1人とセットのパフェを1人と考えられたのか、不思議。オーダーの復唱の際に、セットを分けられるんですよね？と聞かれなかったのか、わからない。ただ、今回の受け答えの接遇はお客様相手には絶対にしないほうがいいと思いました。1人の店員さんの受け答えで、お店のイメージが悪くなるので、やはり言葉のサービスって大切だと思いました。その方に追加注文する気になれなかったので、追加オーダーを聞かれましたが、結構ですと下がりました。物を提供するだけの仕事ではなくて、お店の居心地も接客の一つだと私は考えます。

There were 12 types on the menu and they all looked delicious, but I chose the honey cheese toast. It was delicious as expected. However, I arrived at the store around 10:20 a.m., but there were about 10 groups waiting in front of me and I had to wait for about 30 minutes, so I regretted that I should have come a little earlier. Morning service is until 11am.

Sunday, 8:30am. I got in without waiting. There was a short wait from before 9am. However, this restaurant is unusually fast in the morning. So the waiting time seems to be short. There are many types of morning meals, which is good. It's also comfortable.

I was glad that the female clerk was efficient. Unfortunately, I didn't like the pancakes. Pasta and coffee were delicious. The seats had high partitions and felt like a private room. I want to go again.

一歳3か月の子どもと一緒に行きました。 ソファー席に子ども用のイスで快適に過ごせました。 お子様ランチは量が多いので沢山食べれる子に良いと思います。お子様ランチにアイスクリームも付いていて、食後に持ってきていただけます。 コーヒーも美味しいです。サービスも良かったです。

平日の午後4時過ぎに訪問。店内、ほぼ満席。ブレンドホットコーヒー彦星を注文。程よい苦味がくせになる。シングルパンケーキにたっぷりハチミツをつけ堪能しました。ナスのミートソースパスタは麺がアルデンテで美味しかった。
