I love their fresh products as they do prepare everything at the same day. Their prices are bit high comparable to the service you get. I feel that they do not care about the customer service as they care about the quality of the food. I used to go there everyday it is rare to get a smile and they always very slow to serve you.

Simple, cheap and good! There´s no place to sit, but you can eat at the balcony or take it to home. Have some home made pastas and sauces, some sweets, and a great pizza, small, cheap and only one flavor (tomato).

Delicious baked turnovers: chicken, ham/cheese and tomatoe/heart of palm. You order from the counter, pay at the cashier and pick your goodies back at the counter. Small size pizzas looked delicious. No seating area. Take out or eat standing up. Only-Portuguese speaking attendants.

This was our second time here, in as many months. This time with friends and family who live in New York, some of Italian descent, therefore used to great Italian food. They loved everything we got: the mini pizzas were delicious and right off the oven. We also got Fettuccini, Gnocchi and Ricotta Ravioli, two types of sauce (creamy white and Sugo, which is red and does not contain any meat). The Parmesan cheese was very tasty and smooth. We also indulged in a delicious Portuguese dessert called Fios de Ovos (referred to as Angel Hair, in English).

Local family owned pasta shop. The mini pizza is a must!

Best well-kept secret in Ipanema. With over 40 years of history, this tiny store produces some of the best fresh pasta in town, as well as great sweets, cookies and cakes. While there are no tables - hence it's not technically a restaurant - there are many options for a quick lunch standing at a desk. Pro tip, order two mini-pizzas just out of the oven with a terrific tomato sauce, grab a cup of Mate Leão and enjoy.
