    Excellent service and top doctors! Hospital de Clínicas Alameda has improved significantly and today offers excellent service, with very well-prepared professionals, from the first appointment at the secretariat, through screening and reaching clinicians and internal service professionals: all of them in full control of their duties. and kindness and patience in dealing with the public and patients. The hospital is very well equipped and values ​​fast service. My family and friends have always been very well received and treated, even in cases of hospitalization.     O que é destaque aqui e merece 5 estrelas é o atendimento de todos os funcionários. Enfermeiras, Tecnicas e Técnicos Carinhosos, pacientes e competentes. Pessoal de apoio, limpeza, copa, administração muito acolhedores. O Paulo da Internação foi muito receptivo e esclareceu tudo e tornou tudo muito rápido. A enfermeira Jaqueline buscou os médicos para resolver as pendências, mesmo já estando no horário de troca de turno. Os técnicos Maurício, a tecnica da noite anterior e outras que não sei o nome, foram ótimos! Os médicos e médica são muito acolhedores, responderam todas as perguntas, e nos deixaram seguras! Um show! A comida é sem sal, como deve ser em um hospital, mas tudo é muito bem temperado e apresentado. Agora o cuidado com o hospital é péssimo... Portas caindo, Box com o rejunte todo preto, tábua do vaso quebrada que fica molhada quando é limpa, acumulando água por dentro e quando vc senta, fica molhado...horrível... os cobertores péssimos, deveriam ser trocados. Tem coisas aqui que uma chave de fenda resolve, mas acho que ninguém liga. Fico pensando que se tivesse uma estrutura melhor, seria o hospital perfeito para efetivamente contribuir na melhora dos pacientes, pois a equipe médica, de apoio, de recepção de serviço, arrasa!

    Terrible experience!! I always came to the emergency room and until then I was treated as needed. FRIDAY 01/26/2024 the doctor asked for me to be admitted and then the nightmare began. I was alone without a cell phone, I had no way of informing my husband about the hospitalization because they say the hospital phone doesn't make calls, I had to borrow a cell phone from others to let him know. The next day the doctor came for a visit and informed me that she didn't have the report of a CT scan that I had done on Friday because the X-ray didn't work on the weekend. I asked for a hospital transfer, there was no doctor to write a report. Anyway, the story is immense. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Finally, I'm diabetic and there's no dinner option for me. The bottle of water they give is the same as at home but with a dirty lid and torn sheets. Worse than sus!! The doctor discharged me without even asking for a test to confirm whether I had improved.

    Too messy hospital. Needs to improve A LOT in several aspects. Hygiene, employee education at reception, admission and in relation to nursing needs to be attentive. As for doctors, they need to be more attentive to certain diagnoses. In fact, you cannot generalize, as there are people who do their work with excellence. But the vast majority work unwillingly.

    Hospital investing in renovation, but the basic service is TERRIBLE and PRECARIOUS, my grandmother, who is 83 years old, spent more than an hour to be attended to, people passing in front, you ask, no one knows, gives precise information, then she is called to be When the doctor receives the exam, when we go to reception to authorize it, it is out of order… but there is a waiting time.     02:30 waiting for emergency care. 30 patients entered the screening process after me and I was not seen. A hospital of this size has 1 clinician only to meet the demand for dengue and COVID, terrible service

    Na noite do último dia 02/01 precisei levar meu companheiro à emergência da Unimed, precisando de uma endoscopia de urgência. Recorremos à Unimed de São Gonçalo. De lá, nos encaminharam para este Hospital da Alameda, sob a promessa de que faríamos o exame necessário no dia seguinte, pela manhã. Meu companheiro apresentava um quadro de sangramento observado pelas fezes e precisávamos identificar a origem do mesmo. Pois ficamos neste hospital dois dias aguardando o exame, sem que alguém nos desse uma informação precisa sobre quando ele seria feito. Durante esta espera, uma sucessão de falhas foram observadas. Dentre elas uma interpretação errada de um exame de sangue feito no hospital, que levou uma médica a querer internar meu companheiro no CTI para receber transfusão de plasma, adiando a endoscopia para a semana seguinte. Um absurdo! No dia 05/01 assinei um Termo de Responsabilidade" e retirei meu companheiro daquele hospital, decepcionado com o péssimo atendimento médico recebido. Obs: Vale uma ressalva ao trabalho da Nutricionista, extremamente atenciosa e de parte do corpo de enfermagem, para quem dedico a estrela dada, obrigatória para se postar este comentário.

    Estou a 3 dias esperando a minha tia Tia receber alta do quarto e cada dia eles falam uma coisa,no primeiro dia que ela saiu do CTI colocaram ela em quarto com uma paciente com PNEUMONIA. depois que reclamamos,eles trocaram a paciente. Hoje estou esperando a Boa vontade da médica para enviar os documentos para a saída da minha tia. Agira fiquei sabendo que ela só vai poder ir amanhã. Acho que a diária do hospital deve ser muito alta para ma ter ela até agora. Fica por conta e risco caso ela pegue alguma doença, bactéria ou demais aqui no hospital. Amanhã vai fazer 4 dias...vai ter bolo 🎂.

    Terrible (or) service! On Saturday my daughter needed it, I called several times and the call didn't even go through. Today she needs it again, I want to call to ask a question, the attendant answers and puts the call aside. That's when it doesn't turn off. It's a shame that we pay a lot for health insurance and don't receive good care, sometimes I think it's better in the SUS!

    Fast and efficient service. I went to the emergency room, took tests and received good care from everyone. Accepts Unimed east of Rio de Janeiro. Children are not covered by this plan (only over 13 years old), which is a shame, as there is already space for emergency care for children. I hope they are accepting soon.

    Péssimo atendimento, se a pessoa tiver que morrer vai morrer, porque pra fazer uma ficha leva horas, e somente uma secretária para isso. Para passar pela triagem leva mais horas e por ai vai. Absurdo.

    Bad hospital. On Monday I went to the emergency room and there was no doctor to help. I spent an hour waiting for him to show up and me and about 5 other patients waiting. Lack of respect. It could be a relative of his. I'm never going back.

    Minha esposa a mais de 1 hora no hospital e sem pessoa responsável pelo raio x. Falta de respeito que chama isso ????? Se passarão mais 2 horas e ainda esperando atendimento. Acho que agora podemos chamar de absurdo.
