This is a mall geared to more for customers looking for discount stores. It has a standard food court and a small multiplex movie theater. Because it is next to the city's local bus terminal and to the ferry service to Rio the mall has a heavy foot traffic and is surrounded by many street vendors

Small shopping mall. It's a nice place to find cheap groceries and some electronic accessories. Food court is okay with no special restaurants or anything different from the region. Bathrooms are clean and big with numerous toilets, bad signs to find them though. Prices are a little higher than usual but, it's okay. Good place to have a quick meal or to buy common things.

Reasonably clean and safe place. It's not a "shopping center" in the strict sense of the word (too little variety and rather small for that). Also, parking is rather expensive, there are better options nearby.

Located at historical landmark. Nice store selection and its proximity favors the usage of public transportation.

Legal.

The pricing is great, but it doesn't have a great selection of stores, can get easily overcrowded and recently there been having armed robbery there on Fridays and Saturdays, so it's best to avoid the place these days.

Great view of Rio but, a very poor selection of stores available. It also looks like a dodgy area because of its surroundings.
