This restaurant is a hidden gem, located under the Contemporary Art Museum at Niteroi, which was designed by Oscar Niemeyer and it is shaped like a flying saucer. From the tiny slit windows the customers can see a great view of Icarai and Guanabara Bay. During the week the lunch menu with at least two choices is a good deal, with starter, main course and dessert for a fixed price. Other things on the menu are very good but pricier. Parking on a side street near the MAC is not hard, but at night it may be safer to use a cab.

We had a lovely lunch there - stuff very polite and nice - food was great and fairly priced (1 fish dish, 1 steak, 2 sparkling waters and 2 caipiriñas for arouns 40€). Definitely a good stop if you visit the Museum.

Traveling from NY, the food is quite disappointing. Maybe I have high standard. It’s definitely overrated. Burrata was bad and heavy. Pumpkin risotto is ok.

Spectacular view, great seafood, and top notch staff. Highly recommend.

Great place for Sunday brunch. The views are amazing. Food is typical Brazilian breakfast dishes. Prices are pretty fair.
