Room was extremely small, good for one person only not couples. TV barely works and housekeeping not helpful at all, we werent even able to get extra pillows. Location is good and next to metro.

My wife and I stayed in Paris for 4 days. We loved the city, and also this hotel. We had actually looked for a hotel closer to the main attractions, but because we did that at last minute, we could not find anything nice and in our budget there. But I'm glad we were able to get a room at Hotel Urban Bivouac. Everybody was very friendly. The room was very clean and the right size for us. Breakfast in the room is very recommended. The hotel is not located too close to the main attractions, but it is very close to the Olympiad Metro Station, and from there in about 20 min you get pretty much to any of Paris main attractions. We also felt very safe at this neighborhood.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Check in at 4pm but you can leave your luggage at the hotel if you arrive early. Hotel looks and feels new and modern. Steps away from a Metro station. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, everything looks brand new. Small room (as most in Paris), but with a lot of clever solutions that makes up for the tight space. Small bathroom, very clean, everything easy to use. Breakfast was excellent. Many thanks to the friendly and competent staff!

+ minimalist, super-small yet cozy rooms + super nice service! + essential oils in the shower + bluetooth speaker + metro nearby - some small forgotten things during daily refill, but perfect room service otherwise - might be a bit noisy from the street (only average noise isolation on windows)

Modern, clean hotel with great staff. The rooms are small but very functional, especially the bathroom that has everything in a small space. I would say they are perfect for a couple on short stay basis. Some things they could do better are provide a few more clothes hooks/rods in the bathroom and replace the very uncomfortable, oddly shaped metal chair in the room with a simple and comfortable one perhaps. The hotel is located very close to the Metro line 14 which we found to be very helpful for sight seeing. The staff are brilliant - we had an excellent check in experience and they were more than happy to help whenever needed.

Very nice. Good breakfast, clean and friendly staff. Good Area with many Shops, restaurants and bars with good prices and quality and near Metro-Station (1 minute). It's beside a crowed Street, but room windows are very good isolated. We'll come again.

We loved our stay here. Nice neighborhood, close to the metro station and laundry. The staff was amazing, always smiling and willing to help with any concern and even recommendations. This hotel made our visit to Paris more comfortable to rest after long tourist walks Merci pour tout 💙🤍❤️

The room was very small, the shower was in the sleeping area and the bed was (too) small (for two adults). This made our stay a bit less comfortable. But, the airconditioning was an extra bonus! The breakfast was ok, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated next to a metro station and close to a small supermarket and a nice bistro.

Very nice and helpful reception team, the room was perfectly sound proofed and the bluetooth sound system on point. A/C worked very well and is quiet; quality bedding, I had a good sleep in there ! Especially appreciated, in spite of the limited space, the shower is separate from the toilets. Excellent location too, right next to a variety of public transport, nice cafés for French breakfasts and the fantastic 'Chinatown' of Place d'Italie with all its exotic shops and restaurants.

I had a great stay at Hotel Urban Bivouac. Great location. Very convenient in terms of access to train and bus services. The room has a relaxing vibe. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. I accidentally injured myself and the staff quickly came up with a medical box a couple of minutes after I called them. Really appreciate their thoughtfulness.

Very comfortable and clean hotel in Paris. A big plus is its location near the Olympiades metro station that allows quick commute to most touristic areas in Paris. The staffs are very friendly and often ask if everything is OK. Very good value for money overall. This is a hotel I personally recommend to friends and colleagues when they pass by in Paris. On an additional positive note, the breakfasts have improved greatly!

The Hotel in the 13th Arrondissement is really a place to take a rest from an exciting day in Paris. The breakfast is very good and shows a lot of variety. The rooms can be cooled to a pleasant temperature despite very warm days. The rooms are very clean and you can even connect your phone to the built-in stereo to listen to music in a good quality. But the best experience were the cheerful chats with the staff. They were able to recommend restaurants, shops and places to visit. They always had good ideas and did never hesitate to help.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The accommodation was clean, quiet and the neighborhood was safe. You are steps away from the metro which was great but be aware that due to ongoing work, that metro station closes early in the evening. There was even a cute patisserie across the street. I would recommend!

Great stay this weekend. The room was extremely clean, staff were friendly & situated a 1 minute walk away from the Metro so you can get into Paris very easily. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's close proximity to the metro station, just 50 meters away, is undoubtedly a great advantage for travelers. It makes commuting and exploring the city very convenient.

super nice hotel to stay in Paris at a really good price. the breakfast is not really worth the money but it’s alright if you don’t have a choice for anything else.

Enjoyed our stay here. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Not the most economic 3 star hotel in Paris, but it’s in a great location with many bakeries around. The hotel has multiple breakfast options, and room service foot options too though we did not get to try any. The rooms are on the smaller side but decorated very tastefully with big windows facing the Parisian Rues. The Bluetooth speakers are a good touch! The shower is part of the main bedroom but has been positioned very thoughtfully.

Very clean and modern hotel. It’s very close to the metro which is very convent. The only draw back would be it’s not too close to the main attractions in Paris. But again it’s very close to the metro so you can easily commute.

A great place to stay in Paris. The room was not huge (as you would expect) but everything was thought of perfectly. We had a room on the street side of the hotel and with the good isolation and thick curtains, we slept very well. There are some really cool features, like the bluetooth speakers, essential oils in the shower, room service by app which made the experience extra nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The neighbourhood was great, we felt safe in the evening and it’s a stone throw away from the metro. Tldr: stay here next time you’re in Paris.

Well organized hotel in the vicinity of a metro station. The breakfast is in the bar area and is fine for a couple of days. The rooms are very modern and clean which is great! Although they are small they suit a small visit for backpackers. Only thing that was missing was a closet where you can hang clothes in. Employees are very kind and helpful. Overall a great hotel to stay for a couple of days!

Good location with excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood; less touristic which makes it a pleasant. The metro station was around the corner. The hotelrooms were minimalistic, but good enough for staying the night. Breakfast was a buffet and the diversity was good. The room we had was kind of small, next to our bed, was little space to move. The bathroom was well equipped.

We really appreciated the hotel and the staff has been really on spot with all our requests and needs. It's conveniently located, well kept and has a nice atmosphere. A small gem in a place like Paris where it's not easy to find a cosy but affordable hotel.

The hotel offers well equiped and spacious rooms in a very nice area of the city. It is a bit far away from the sights of the city but you easily get there by bus or metro. The breakfast is absolutely fine and various. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best places where I've been. Is so art, clean, design of the room is so creative, there is very good WIFI and there is a music instalation in the room, you just need to connect your phone with the Bluetooth and it's done, you have smart tv in the room. The one thing what I missed was refrigerator. The stuff is very responsive and helpful!

Cosy modern hotel with great service and dedicated staff, loved my stay... p.s. if possible choose the larger bedrooms, the smaller ones are really compact...

The hotel was very easy to find and the exteriors were lovely. The room itself was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. It looked just like the photos that were advertised. The staff were very friendly and were accommodating to all our needs. We loved the location as it was very close to the Metro and had several boulangeries nearby, which we visited daily! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Needed a place to stay in Paris one night close to the airport and this place was perfect. Only a 15 minute drive to ORY in the morning. The rooms are a little small but very clean and modern. We arrived on one of the hottest days in Paris and the air conditioning worked wonders. Something that can be hard to come across in Europe in the summer. The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Highly recommend!

We booked the family room which was perfect for our little family of 4 and they placed a baby crib for our one year old. The gentleman that worked the night shift was super helpful when we arrived late night and made an impression during our 3 night stay at the hotel. Even though we experienced an overnight fire alarm, the hotel was so apologetic every time we came into contact that we barely remembered.

Probably not the hotel for someone who doesn’t like small rooms, but it was clean and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and excellent shower. Checking in and out was easy (even though I arrived after midnight, and Samuel and the other guy I spoke with on reception were both super-helpful and friendly - just what I needed after a very long journey!

What a wonderful stay, and I'm certain that my future visits to Paris will include a stay at Hotel Urban Bivouac! The customer service was superb, as I was greeted warmly upon arrival and offered something to drink while I waited for my room to be ready, and it was ready in advance of the stated check-in time! My room was so comfortable, clean, quiet even with overlooking a side street. I appreciated English TV channels on the large television, too! I can't believe how the Olympiads Line 14 Metro station was right across the street, plus, in the morning, you always get a seat, as it's the end of that line. That said, it's so easy to connect to other Metro lines to reach popular places! In the immediate area of the hotel, there are restaurants, boulangerie, grocery stores, and even a laundromat right across the street! Hands down, this is the best hotel I've stay at for Paris, and I've visited the city numerous times!

Fantastic place to stay. Overwhelmed with super level of service. Shin, Tanya at reception were awesome to all our needs. Nedzme in bistro went out of her way service all our breakfast needs. She cooked whatever I wanted as an extra. Just wonderful. All round phenomenal place to stay. Well done to all staff at the Urban
