Wonderful simple guesthouse on a quiet street. Near Ao Manao and within walking distance to several Thai markets. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms were very clean with good shower pressure and comfortable beds. We didn't have high expectations, but our stay beat expectations on every level. This is our third trip to Ao Manao, and this guesthouse is our new favorite.

exactly what we were looking for: not to big hotel, clean rooms with everything you need, quiet and helpful owners! we made bicycle-rides thru town and had free tea/coffee ànd bananas! a place to come back to! 😊

We have just finished a 10 night stay here, what a great find! The rooms are very clean and well equipped with A/C, fridge, TV, balcony and WiFi. The couple who run the guesthouse are very friendly and helpful, they provide hot drinks and there's always a loaf of bread, bannanas, jams, butter that you can help yourself to, they also provide a toaster, microwave, water boiler, plates, bowls and cutlery downstairs. Our room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. It's in a great spot close to the main beach and to the air force base entrance (where the best beach is) it's a quiet area at night but has plenty of nearby restaurants. We will definitely stay here when we next visit PKK

The shower in room is not well designed.. be prepared to have e everything in bathroom soaked. Shower is opposite side of room from drain.. not nice.. room wad clean and nice location. Clean up the bathroom layout.

The best guesthouse you will find in Prachuap. Ideal location. Sparkling clean. Amazing hosts, you'll feel you are taken care of by Uncle Yai and Auntie Noi. Really modern rooms with extremely clean bathrooms and good air conditioning. They have bikes and motorbikes for rent if you want to ride around the city, and the guesthouse is close to the gate to Ao Manao beach. You can't go wrong with this place, guaranteed! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Mueang Prachuap!

The best stay we had in Thailand so far! We planned on staying just for one night, but spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more nights. First of all: don't expect anything very fancy. It's super simple, but comfortable. The kindness of the owner and his willingness in assisting you in any planning is what makes your stay special. We were a group of 9 and wanted to travel around by scooters. He only has 3 scooters, but arranged two more for us. Travelling around with scooters is the most convenient and cheapest way to get from A to B here. One scooter for a whole day is only 200 baht. They offer a very cute minimalistic breakfast for free with different kinds of food every day. As taxis or grabs are rare in this region, they arranged a transfer to the bus/van station for free as well. We are totally happy with our decision to stay here and we can 100% recommend this place!

A gorgeous little guesthouse right by the entrance to Ao Manao and waterfront! The rooms are so comfortable and clean, lovingly looked after by a very sweet family. Great value including breakfast. Could not recommend more!

The service in this Home stay is really good, the breakfast is big and deliciuos. Room clean, new, very confortable. The hostel is not cheap but the place is worth the price. The owner is kind and helpfull. you can rent a Scooter almost new there. i highly recommend this place. We had really good time here.
