7/23/23 Went to try the special of the day : Picanha : 300g cooked med rare . It came out “blue” and the second time it was still on the bluish side. The quality of the meat made up for the temperature mishap. Still tender and juicy, but some pieces were on the chewy side. The truffle butter added the extra fat and savoriness. Combined with the Nine stones Shiraz, made this a satisfying meal. 6/19/23 Another memorable meal Great job hiring the best staff Aussie 200 day grain fed Steak sandwich : One bite and you will experience the effort and love, in creating this glorious sandwich. Start with the toasty crispy edge sour dough bread, just like SF’s Boudins. Then add the fattiest and juiciest sliced steak, on top of their special sauce , mayo . Rocket salad and grilled onions . You’ll experience a mouth full of explosive goodness. This time the Cajun fries were a lot thicker/bigger and satisfying 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Wine 2019 Nine Stone Shiraz was on the lighter side , but still had medium tanins, with rich cherry , black currents and dry fruity aromas . People need to stop complaining about Vat and Service charge, and start enjoying amazing food that will cost double back in the states. Double smash medium : grilled onions , American cheese , bacon , homemade toast brioche bun. Perfect mesh of ingredients Aussie beef was exceptional(grass fed and grain finished). Cajun fries : crispy goodness Wine: Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz : blackberry , oaky , medium tannins and a hint of vanilla . Very generous pour. Perfectly paired with the burger. Nothing to fault here. The friendly greeting was the start of a lovely meal. Smash burgers cooked exactly as requested. Good, tasty beef in a perfectly sized bun. The side of Cajun onion rings was the perfect accompaniment. Air-conditioning was comfortable and all the other customers that came while we were there had been before. Quite understandable to be returning! Plates, knives and forks provided but frankly unnecessary. Not cheap, but quality never is.

The Tenderloin steak was juicy and tender all the way, baby. I had it, Medium Rare Yumo. Was worth the money. Onions are very, very good. Barra was moist with a light, crispy coating. Two big thumbs up. And the waitress was lovely.

Place deserves 5 stars all day long. Best burger around, incredible service from the staff. Visited Pattaya for 1 week and stopped here multiple times as it’s that good.

My first time eating burger in my shop. I working here for 4 months and never tried it yet. Only customers saying our burger is the best. Now I believe them and yes I super confident to say to customers that our burger is the best in Pattaya ! -Prang

I was very satisfied with my Breakfast Style Meal I ordered. It was a Large English Breakfast. Quality of the Meats used was great. The Meal came with fresh ground Hash Brown Potatoes. 8 years of coming to Thailand I’ve never found this. I really felt at Home in California with this incredible Meal. Great Cafe Americano. Black Coffee. Must head back soon for a Steak. I had seen this Plate go by and asked for the same. The Gals were really great. Service was amazing. All smiles and very friendly. Spoke very good English. I will go back. I highly recommend this The Shack.

Great steak and burger restaurant. Kewl atmosphere and Uber friendly staff. Food is great and a great place to chill in the evenings. The wings are great and now Hooters is no more this is my go to place for wings and burgers.

Best smash burger in town? For my taste yes it is!!! Today was my 2nd visit at The Shack and it was once again so delicious, first time around I had the single patty and today the double which I believe is the best mix between meat & bread. The Cajun fries are also very nice and the chocolate milkshake I had during my first visit was the best I had since I’m in Thailand. Staff and owner are also very welcoming!

Our visit here was unfortunately quite disappointing despite the recommendations we had. The food tasted quite bland and some fusion dishes just didn't work taste wise. The service time was very slow. I think it took about 40 minutes for two burgers and a pasta. The staff were very welcoming and well sp byoken though!
