This open air Catholic Church is an enjoyable and welcoming experience. The 11am Mass was entirely in English as well as the music. If you get hot easily, I would suggest one of the earlier services as the church utilizes fans and not air conditioning.

A legendary church for Catholics, both Thais and foreigners. There are daily masses in both Thai and English. The priests are warm and friendly while the staff are hospitable. You can get here by BTS, get off at Ploenchit station and take a taxi for about 5-10 minutes.

I happened to be in Bangkok on the Saturday before palm Sunday, and attended the service at 5:30 pm, which included the blessing of palms along with a small procession to the altar. And I was overwhelmed with the devotion. The Church is beautiful and is open themed, with wonderful cross ventilation thereby not requiring environmentally detrimental air-conditioning. A must visit for Catholics visiting Bangkok.

If you are in Bangkok and you don‘t want to miss the mass on Sunday I would recommend to visit this church. There are more than enough masses in English and the church has open structure so you can grab a plastic chair and sit outside while attending the mass. My first experience but really nice.

A beautiful Catholic Church with Traditional Thai design that may not look like a Church at first. They have many English Masses. You may refer to the latest mass timings on their website.

The design of the church is very unique and beautiful. It is the combination of the european and Thai traditional architecture. In every special occasion, the church will be decorated full with flowers. The fathers here are very friendly. They stand at the front of the church after each mass to greet people. They serve 2 Masses daily, one in the morning (Thai language) and one in the afternoon 5:30 pm (English). They have 4 Masses on Sunday. They also have many other activities during the week. They collect donation on every 1st Sunday of the month for charity mission. Many foreigners join their community. They organize special evens such as new year eve, Easter, Christmas Eve in a very enjoyable way. You are definitely welcome there.

Sunday English Mass at 5:00 pm. Approximately a 15-minute walk from Novotel near Phloen Chit Station. Motorcycles are also available in that area too. Glad to see Thais who are Catholics.

I went here for Christmas Eve Mass which is conducted in English. After holy communion they sang Christmas songs and also after mass, it’s so beautifull. It’s on small street behind American Embassy

Attended Christmas Eve mass here as it was within walking distance from our hotel. Our family are grateful that there are English masses at this church. And the website is super helpful for us foreign visitors.

It’s always an adventure attending mass in South East Asia. The experience differs greatly from city to city, and church to church. I attended Holy Redeemer this morning based solely on the Google reviews and I can now agree that this is a mass worth attending on your trip to Bangkok. The spirit is alive here. The singing, the performance, the building, and the multi-cultural congregation combined for a moving and memorable ceremony. There are 10 masses throughout the weekend and 4 of the English masses on Sunday are in English, including the 11:00am service which I attended.

This church is very peaceful, powerful in our Prayer . The Priests is pretty good for anything with our service. Catholic shop is a lot of Holy things to choose. It has a big Our Lady of Perpetual Help on the center of the church . ST' Jude . Pray for us

Very Calm and Quite a Place. The environment is also good. One of the Best Churches I've ever seen. ❤️

One of just a handful of churches in downtown Bangkok. Quiet, serene, and clean. The best place to get away from the noise and hustle & bustle of BKK and have meaningful conversation with the Lord.

Went on the Saturday English mass at 5:30. It’s quite close to the city center via Grab. Took about 20min to get there. Unique Thai style church. The altar was magnificent and also very Thai.

I've been to English masses around the world, thank God for the Philippine people, they usually are the core members in the English language masses. This was not the case at Holy Redeemer.(nobody came late). Yes, you know what I mean. 😉 People did the traditional Thai "wai" instead of bowing as in Japan or handshaking in the states, during the "peace be with you". The sound system was good and our priest was clear in his readings and homily. Church looked traditional Thai and had that calm open air quiet of a Buddhist Wat. I come from a more Baptist type Catholic church with greeters and such so It's fun for me to see how catholic our church is in reality.

Attended the English Mass on Sunday, 8.30am. There is projection on wall for congregation to view the lyrics. Open concept design and cooling with wall fans. Wonderful preaching from Priest.

The building looks more like a Buddhist temple, nice but of ecumenicalism there, but the service was in English and was remarkably similar to the one I knew. What was different was the use of loudspeakers outside as not enough people could fit inside. My hotel was nearby so I would have got the service if I wanted to or not.

A place of peace. Started bkk tour or roaming with prayer and thanksgiving. Asking for guidance along the way.

The church is housed in a typical Thai structure which makes it a unique representation of a Catholic Church.

English Masses are at 08:30, 09:15 and 11:00. The 11 O'Clock Mass was standing room only. Nice parish community. Plenty of taxis running up and down Soi Ruam Rudi to take you to your next destination after Mass

Beautiful church with accents of Thai architecture displayed around the church. Not your typical Catholic Church design but is pleasing and conducive for worship nonetheless. The wall sculptures at the 2 sides of the church walls are impressive and very interesting in the way it portrays the passion of Christ. The statue of the resurrected Jesus also adds to the inculturation of the faith to the Thai culture. There is a huge church hall and annex building with a nice catholic book store and florist for any relevant needs.
