I got a good deal for this hotel which was 560 bht for two persons including breakfast. Good Air Con, nice bed and breakfast. Easy access location and its close to railway station. They have got three floors for car parking and the security guy was friendly. The staffs at the counter was cold and did not bother much. The room is not cleaned properly, full of dust and ants, it seem like the staff at the counter didnt check the room proprerly before letting the guest or customer check in. Less lights and quite dark room, you will need to open the curtains to get some lights. The bed sheets and blanket does not smell pleasant at all, its seem like another guest body odors was still there. Highly recommend for ant infestation in all the area especially the rooms, breakfast cafeteria and other areas. Wifi signal is not strong at all especially in the room but quite fast if you are in the lobby area. I dont recommend this place if you do have any other options or if you arent afraid of ants and cleanliness.

I have been staying in this hotel since 2008 and I have never faced any issues. The staff are very helpful especially at the reception. Room service is fast and the room are well mentioned. If a laundry facility is included that would be really useful for long term staying guest.

Worst hotel ever. Far from common markets, no shuttle service, cockroach found in bathtub, gym not working, electrical points not working. Staff very rude. 1 star also not deserving.

Very far off from BTS and main action area or u can say market place.....very difficult to find can or any local transport. Service is average..one can book better hotel at same price in main area.

It is directly located at the street. Therefore comfortable for pick up. The rooms were clean, but I also had a cockroach in my room, that also run over my bare feet when I enjoyed a beer. 🫣😱 The beds have really hard mattresses compared to other hotels I was. All in all it was okay for a few nights.

it was a poor experience..don’t recommend this hotel to anyone..would rather pay more and have a good experience at a better hotel. was such a bad experience didn’t like anything Disliked · the staff was rude and unhelpful found cockroaches in the bathtub no place to hang clothes in the bathroom only double sided tape was stuck the hooks were broken and not replaced the laundry service doesn’t have the iron working single booking with 3 rooms and requested for all rooms together however request not accommodated their card machines don’t work and they make the customer look bad ..the same card I used worked perfectly fine in the other hotel I checked in .. the hotel dosent care about its customers only money didn’t compensate in anyway for all the inconvenience pillow were given without pillow covers the hotel website showed free shuttle service to mbk shopping centre but when asked they don’t provide it anymore the gym which shows on the website was also out of service

Good rooms and staff although, the hotel is more on the creepy side. The noise didn't let me get any sleep. There were these weird knocks on the door all night. There were people laughing and having a loud conversation at 2 am beside my room in the hallway. It's worth the money I paid for, but definitely wouldn't stay again.

Great value for money stay in the heart of Bangkok. Favorite part is the complementary breakfast. Staff are nice and helpful. We enjoyed the stay!!

Clean room and old but functional furniture. Good breakfast buffet. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Option to do laundry. Fitness room. Good location close to a major road where lots of buses and taxis go by. Good value for money!

Our whole family is happy with the cleanliness, service and comfort of the hotel. Staffs are helpful and polite. Breakfast is excellent. Only thing that I didn't like is the buns and muffins ran out during the breakfast time and the tray wasn't filled again. But I would like to overlook this small point while rating the hotel. Really value for money.

Very good money for value! The hotel has taxi booking service as well as ticket services for all the popular attractions. The staffs are friendly. Rooms are clean and neat. My room was kept every day. There are washing machines and dryers. Breakfast is included. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Will come back next time!

Room is old. Service is average, the breakfast is average. Too far from any place. You need to take taxi everywhere. It is better if you take another hotel if you want to travel in Bangkok.
