Consider yourself a chicken rice enthusiast? If you have any respect for yourself at all, then you're urged to visit this modest little street food vendor, located across the street from mad monkey. 40B gets you a decent sized lunch, only 10B extra for a large size. Portions are generous, chicken is juicy, and the chili sauce is out of this world. (Huge bonus, the sauce comes in a big pot from which you can serve yourself.) Also included are chili peppers and grated garlic. Hell yes. You can bet your sweet buns I'll be back here tomorrow.

The best chicken & rice in the world

I swear this is very good delicious chicken rice. I love the spicy sauce. CHEAP PRICE and the place looks clean where the woman make it.. I definitely gonna come again tomorrow. Regret that i only bought 1.

One of the best and cheapest meals I had in Bangkok. Chicken two ways with rice and a giant bowl of chicken soup! It was such a tasty meal, even for breakfast. It is comfort food at its best! And price just 40 baht! Can’t get any better. Great people serving great food. Next time in Bangkok will visit for sure even if I am not staying in the Khao San area.

This is a wonderful chicken rice cart. The chicken, rice and broth are all delicious but the sauce is on a whole other level here. This is my favorite Thai street food dish and the sauce here stood apart from all the others I tasted in Bangkok.

I ate here 5 times in 3 days, The food is simple and amazing, and the owner is very friendly and kind The boiled chicken, with liver, kidneys, rice and vegetables and a side dish of bone broth is only 50baht. I always felt very full and not heavy after this food, Thanks again! Big soup for falang
