Room was clean, but not the most comfortable. Was on a busy street but not a lot of places to stay in this area.

Room and toilet were okay, clean. However not sure if it's just my room, the aircond was so cold even when I already tune it up. Service staff came to fix it but it was still freezing cold. Location - not very convenient as there's no train stations nearby. Need to take the taxi to wherever you want to go.

I had a great stay at the here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was so quite, comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The service was good although it was a rather 'small' hotel. There is only one restaurant which was the coffeehouse. The rooms were clean though towels were a little frayed. The bathroom that we were in had no doors to the shower so water would splash all over the floor. The room service food was acceptable but not great. We were disturbed early in the morning by room service if we had laundry to wash (we didn't) so do put the 'do not disturb' sign if you don't want an unexpected wake up call.

I'm giving 5 stars to this 4-star hotel in Chaeng Wattana. I've enjoyed my short weekend stay at Best Western Wanda Plus. The service is excellent. The staff always smiling and ready to extend their helping hands. The breakfast is good, nice selections. Update: We are staying now from October 19 until October 29. We are currently enjoying our stay. We would like to thank the staff especially the ones assigned early morning. We had 2 emergencies. One was on Saturday, October 22, early morning around 3:00 am. I need to rush my wife to the hospital and the nearest hospital is the World Medical Hospital. During that time, taxis are hard to find, but thanks to the staff that patiently waited for the taxi for us. Eventually, my wife was required to be admitted for 2 days at the hospital. After she was discharged from the hospital, on the early morning of Monday. I was also sick and needed medical attention, again the hotel staff patiently waited for a taxi for us. Thank you very much.

Good hotel with Western standards for most part. Outstanding showers with infinite hot water!! The breakfast offered is a very good deal when prepaid. Still worthwhile as as a walk in, but quite a bit more expensive. Downgraded to 4 stars mainly because the wifi is slow and quirky. I also received a message from McAfee warning that my room password had been compromised, and not to use without a VPN. If they fix/improve the internet wifi, I would give the location 5 stars.

I don't know any other hotel in the area that constantly delivers both that level of hospitality and those affordable room rates. There is a well-equiped gym with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer unobstructed view over different parts of Bangkok. The swimming-pool is on the same floor of the gym. Meeting rooms offer state-of-the-art equipment and the staff is always helpful and very much supportive.

Second time here as a birthday celebrate gift from my guy. The hotel itself is pretty new and big shopping center is just 4-6 mins walk from the hotel. we felt a warm welcome from all of the staffs. Almost everything was perfect for us except their fitness center was close and no mention before even in their booing confirmation. We were really disappointed.

Rooms ok. But small bottle of water from the mini bar...110 baht!!!! Ridiculously expensive! however...when I checked out the receptionist short changed me by 60 Baht. This place doesn't inspire confidence. Be careful of your visit here.

Overpriced for the value. Poor WiFi signal. Bed and pillow wasn’t comfortable. With the sky train construction going on, walking around is difficult.

Clean, comfortable, great customer service: We arrived late and the staff was helpful. In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast buffet, international, with much variety. The front desk helped me get the Agoda booking changed to another date and even went back up to the room to find my husband"s cane after we checked out. The desk manager was really helpful and easy to deal with. The room itself had a comfortable bed, separate shower and all the amenities you would expect at a Best Western hotel.

A lot of roadworks ( for a long time already) , rooms nice and clean , huge shower , good view , breakfast rather a big minus here , like many huge hotel canteen feeling , not so flavourful ,

DON'T book this hotel in advance, overcharged ฿1000 per night by AGODA❌ vs Expedia TH ✅ (Booking for NEW YEARS EVE) (SHA Certified hotel). Breakfast part buffet & selection meal, avoid breakfast here until things get back to 'normal' so to speak. Not worth breakfast charge. Pool & fitness center 7am-7pm, no sauna or steam rooms. Will not return to this hotel, will avoid ALL Best Western hotels in future.

Rooms are very sharp-eyed l could hear the people in the other room next to me. Breakfast was great, everything was there what you dreamed about.

Everything was nice I stay two nights the only thing make me check out is because it cost me a lot to go downtown every day I spend and at night returning to hotel is another story

The hotel is located pretty far from central bangkok..it is how ever within walking distance to a central mall. The food at the restaurant in the lobby is just ok...had the waygu burger...its was over cooked and I don't think the patty was waygu...tasted like a generic frozen patty that was over cooked.

Beautiful, clean and modern hotel in a great area near where I need to be for a conference. Everything looks new! Suite is fantastic, comfortable and spacious. Staff is super friendly and professional...especially enjoyed the cup of fresh fruit juice when I checked in (late). Nice touch! Will be updating this review as nice day continues. So far I’m super impressed. UPDATE: breakfast (included) was FANTASTIC!

Rooms were clean and facilities are decent. Beds are hard, as other reviews have stated. Food in restaurant is not the best and the overall service level was quite poor. Given the opportunity, I would choose somewhere else unless you must stay in this location

Basically a clean, modern hotel offering easy access to a large Central Plaza shopping centre with shops, dining and cinema. Staff were very polite, helpful and professional. Each aspect of the service was efficient. Check in, check out, dining etc. The room was very clean and well-appointed. Note that there is a "Business centre" but this appears to be two small desktops with internet. Decor was modern and there were plenty of sockets for charging. Bed was comfortable and storage was adequate. As with many hotels in BKK, the smell of the drains in the bathroom was occasionally strong and sometimes unpleasant, otherwise 5 stars might have been in order. However the bathroom was clean, with no visible mould and all surfaces spotless. Dining facilities are on the first floor. Food was of a very good quality and well-presented. The breakfast buffet, if not part of your room package, costs 450 THB, but offers a decent buffet experience with eggs cooked to order. (You may be able to get the breakfast charge reduced if the hotel is running a special offer on check in.) Although not directly connected to the central plaza shopping centre, a bridge entrance is less than 2 minutes walk away. Several convenience stores are also located nearby. The closest being just a short walk behind the hotel (it is tucked away off the main Street, so ask for directions.) If you need to stay in this area of the city then you should take a look at this Best Western.

Stayed in for the Test & Go. Kudos to the staff, especially Tasin. Very friendly and accommodating. For me, customer service is my top most requirement when staying in a hotel. The place may have the best amenities, but if they have poor customer service, it's a turn off. Keep it up!

Stayed for Thaifex 2022. Excellent room, organized, clean, with nice view . Great staff . No spa center in hotel but there is one very close to this hotel.

Nice hotel but getting a little tired. The staff were wonderful and always helpful and smiling. I would not recommend breakfast better value across the road in Central.
