Good food here but slightly more expensive than other similar hotels The room we were located is very basic with a view of a white building 2 metres away which looks like a run down factory

It is a Beautiful hotel located beside main road... Good infrastructure and Rooms are awesome.. Though the front space of hotel, not well maintained according to the hotel inner maintenance but it is quite good.. Large space for parking lot. Staffs are also well behaved.. Hotel bathrooms are quite good, but bathroom space depends on the type of room.. Lift service available.. Foods also served here.. And quite delicious..

A great option for a business trip. Only 6 km away from IMPACT Convention & Exhibition Center, near the local airport, 1-2h away from Suvarnabhumi Airport (depending on traffic). The downsides are: It is very far from the city center and the tourist areas. So far, there is no direct access to the BTS train system or the metro/subway. The options for restaurants are very limited near by the hotel.

When you come here, you must try their pork knuckles. It's really really good. What is not good here in the hotel is the internet. It's very close to 10 years ago 3G network. Very slow, and disconnecting.

Rooms are old and not clean at all. Loud noise from the AC. Weak water pressure from the shower. Moreover, some rooms are under construction, however, the staffs still provided us with those rooms, even with an extra fee for upgrade. Bathroom stinks, the water from the shower also stinks. AC unstable. No AC at the corridor. Provide us with old rooms instead of the ones at the new building. Not worth the money. You will definitely fine a better one with the same price. Also found a big rat running at the lobby.

Fantastic hotel near Don Muang airport. Great place to stay if your attending trade shows on this side of town.

Not well organized, I made a booking with free breakfast at check in the reception denied my booking though I have paid in advance. They didn't want to compromise and let me and my family stay at reception for 3 hours then said no we can't give you your booking. Many calls many emails after few days to convince agoda to give back my money. Not professional or responsible.

Room was nice and clean but the air conditioning was very noisy as was the noise from out in the hall. The blinds weren't block out do if it's a sleep in you are after it's unlikely. Will the current road works it was a long walk to get to a number eating places.

Rooms are okei, but noisy. You can hear what's going on in the hallway. Food is like a preschool cafeteria. Breakfast, there was not much. You can choose. Ended up eating boiled eggs, fried eggs, and broccoli. First hotel where you get milk powder, they don't even bother giving you natural milk for coffee. On the breakfast table, there is no tissue, salt or peper on the table. If you want some of these, then you can go explore around the room. To think that all costs you 250 baht. 50m outside of the hotel, there are street food tables that give you better organization than a luxury hotel. In the evening I ordered cesar salad. My partner ordered fried pork with rice. After 10 minutes of waiting, she received her food. She started eating and finished. 30 minutes later we went to the room, because food didn't arrive. Waited another's 20 minutes in room to get my salad. So the total wait time was 1 hour to get salad. The restaurant was not busy. Police officers who came after as got their food before we left. Long story short not happy about service at all for this price.

Excellent service, helpful staff, and fabulous rooms! The hotel is really great for office seminars or big meetings that require a huge, comfortable, and convenient conference room. The room I stayed in was pretty sweet, but the air conditioning on the first night wasn't cold enough, and I couldn't lower the temperature as it was locked for some reason. It was cold the other night, but it made a really annoying noise all night, as well as the refrigerator. The buffet ran out really quick as they had many hungry customers. As it ran out fast, the filling process was kind of slow, like I decided not to eat because I didn't want to wait anymore. Moreover, I'm sure the food reaches the standard but it's not much variety and, as many of my colleagues said, it isn't delicious. There's a coffee shop and a really nice restaurant open on the first floor, and the facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and sauna (stream room) are on the 6th floor.

Room needs upgrade as it looks old. Aircon 'died' on 3rd night and needed to changed room. Staff was nice to get another to help with the move. Shower head is spoilt and water pressure was poor. Despite the condition of the room, the service from the staff was superb! Friendly and accommodating. Lift was under maintenance for a day and I heard drilling on the 1st day's morning. Told the staff and it didn't happen again. Part of the hotel is under renovation now.

A terrible service even in Bangkok ! This hotel is not deserving with good reviews. We need to pay for 3 rooms but only stay 2 rooms. The staff didn’t support guests and they were telling lie when their staff got mistakes.

This is a choice hotel of my team when we have to set up any meetings in Bangkok. One good point is that there are many food kiosks and 7-11 shop next to the hotel.

They charge extra for the sauna even as a hotel guest, and they don’t say this anywhere in their website and show pictures of it online. Decent place otherwise. Restaurant is expensive for the common western unhealthy fried food.

I like this place because of good fresh bavarian Belgian beer

The service were great but the toilet kinda stinky. I also found a bed bug on my pillow and decided to just sleep on the floor. It was my first encounter with a bed bug in a hotel. The breakfast were also not satisfying as they only offer limited menu and non halal food. Fortunately there's a 7E nearby but overall I am not going to stay at this hotel again.

Average service like any other hotels.. nothing so special... Food is below average and exorbitantly expensive and bad quality. Location : it's closer to DMH not swarnabhoomi .. nearest metro is 5.7km as of now... Once skytrain line work is completed you may find nearer stations. However, given the fact that there are many other rooms at much cheaper price, it's good to explore more before finalizing this

This hotel appears to be a 3 star that was renovated into a 4 star business hotel. The grounds are beautiful, with enough greenery for a city park. The room was large, had an excellent view, and nice furniture. The bathroom in the room has a separate standing shower in addition to the bath tub, a cool side effect of it being renovated. We got a latté and a cappuccino in the morning, which, while slightly expensive, was smooth and delicious. The café has Gelato and breakfast items, or you can do a buffet, or order from the menu. We picked some thai food. The pad ped was delicious. Be careful with the the priknampla (pepper sauce) it's very spicy. The location is a very short taxi ride from the BTS. Overall, it feels like the kind of place that picks the top of everything within their class, and is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at lately.

Expensive hotel of service you get. Rooms are very basic with no decoration, overall clean, but we fund many ants on pillow. Breakfast is very basic Thai style with no many choices of international - American food. No cheese. No milk... Only black coffee. Overall we expect more for price we pay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, safe was broken, and we cannot get out our things. At the ends they forced open and destroy safe. Also, some item inside was damage. If you plan to stay in this area choose to recommend choosing another hotel.

Decent property from the infrastructure point, but services are nothing to shout about I was on level 8 and water pressure in the shower was like a dripping tap. Absolutely pathetic. Was there for a business meeting, so I asked for an iron for pressing my clothes.... Reply: "sorry we don't have any irons in the hotel" "We have laundry and pressing service". Me: can I get the suit pressed then? Reply: "Sorry the laundry & pressing service is closed" This was 9pm on a Tuesday night!!! Won't be staying there again.

The rooms are very old. They are under construction on the top of the hotel. The sounds are terrible but they want to to stay in the top floor. The bathrooms are terrible. The faucets leak and are very old. The shower head is also very old. The bed is not stable. IT MOVES. We were never told they have a cafe upstairs. We asked if the had one. They pointed to where the coffee and deserts are. However the staff is very caring and helpful. They really try there very best to make you as happy as possible.

It is like the hotel has been renovated as the function room is quite new, and the carpark building has just been built. So it is quite far between the carpark building and the hotel. The way from the carpark building to the hotel is a bit complicated that you might get lost and you have no idea where you are as if you would be in the maze.

Easy to reach, nice hotel nice staffs, room clean and convenient, anyway parking is limited and can not come by met or bts. Food is also great and decent price. This hotel has 3 buildings. Also a lot of guests. There are nice local souvenirs shop at the lobby floor. There are nice Thai style cloths and accessories.
