On the check-out day, I forgot my two bags in front of my room. I returned to the hotel only 30 minutes after check-out. The cleaning ladies said that they already threw them away and did not help me get back. The receptionist did not help me look for it either after I told her a few times. The employees should return the customers' belongings as soon as they find out that we forget our belongings instead of throwing them away. I was sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes yet no one returned and reported about forgotten belongings. The least they can do is to help us look for our bags in the trash when we came back. I lost my expensive belongings. My belongings have very important sentimental value to me. I am very upset about this. Apart from this horrible experience, the room was fine. Hotel restaurant is good. They were not caring or responsible to at least help us look for our stuff.

Nature Boutique Hotel in Bangkok is a budget-friendly accommodation option that offers comfortable stays at affordable prices. The hotel features clean and cozy rooms with basic amenities, providing a decent level of comfort for budget-conscious travelers. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. While the hotel lacks extravagant facilities, it compensates with friendly staff, cleanliness, and a no-frills approach. For those seeking a budget-friendly stay without compromising on cleanliness and convenience, Nature Boutique Hotel is a suitable choice in Bangkok.

Great hotel with excellent prices. Helpful staff, friendly too. Rooms are ok. Just find this hotel to be relaxing. Easy to walk out and buy food, cannibis and coffee. Or they have all of that right there. Will definitely stay here again in the future. 😁

The hotel was not really centrally located. When I booked, I overlooked this point. The rooms were okay. We booked a 2 bed room and another 3 bed room for us and the rooms provided all the modern equipment and facilities. The Reception was very nice with vintage interior. It was taking a whole lot of time for us to reach the center though. Even the Grand Palace wasn't near.

I love to stay here! They have a really helpful staff you can communicate with in English. They provided all the things that you need from a hotel such as iron (you have to rent it and they will charge you based on how many pieces of your clothes); laundry and dry cleaning, Tuktuk free service, fridge, and a cafe too. I highly recommend this hotel

When I just pitched up without a reservation the staff tried their best to accommodate me in their last available room, where I got to stay for two evenings until I could get a ticket out of Bangkok. The restaurant delivers room service as well as a sit down venue on ground floor. Pleasant rooms, private toilet / shower /wet room, fridge, television, and free WiFi service. 8 floors with lift access. Very neat and tidy and well located.

The photos make the hotel look much better than it actually is. The room has old furniture. there was a problem with the key for the light, sometimes it stopped working and had to be corrected. there is no balcony but there is a large ledge for the air conditioner from the outside. there lives a local pigeon. it was interesting. I would never call this a boutique hotel. it belongs to the oyo chain.

Good value rooms and friendly staff, convenient shuttle to the BTS. Restaurant and room service is also really useful. Great for anyone on a budget.

The room was very basic, not so clean and a bit smelly. The bed was very stiff. The ladies at the front desk were very nice

Nice hotel, good lobby. Inexpensive restaurant but they overcharge for bottled beer. The Thai food is great but avoid the the 'a la carte' English style breakfast, awful plastic sausage. Overall pretty good but they miss all the small things ie. Presentation. The bathroom grouting was black and it's so easily scrubbed clean. Great electric shower but the shower head is useless, so badly positioned. Has an alcove so easy to put an adjustable height rail. No wall sockets for the kettle or the hair dryer. No milk or coffee mate for a brew. The aircon runs all night long does not cut out when temperature achieved. I liked the area, lovely coffee shop and a 10 minute walk to container restaurants and entertainment bars.

They wouldn't give us toilet paper, towels, or blankets without trying to scam us for more money. They just made up numbers to try and squeeze money out of tourists. Avoid this place - much better options around.

Nature Boutique hotel is situated in great location. The room was very good and to a high standard. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The hotel interior is beautiful, the walls are donned with lots of interesting items. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely book with the Nature boutique, when we are next in Bangkok.

Rooms were as shown in pictures and we had a pleasant stay. But there was a drainage smell in bathroom which could be made better. They provided free tuk tuk services to metro which was quite useful during the stay. Overall it was a good experience with friendly staffs and good cafe in the hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Nature Boutique hotel in Bangkok for 3-4 nights. The accommodation was comfortable, affordable, and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable. While the service was average and our rooms weren't cleaned daily, the convenience of purchasing snacks and food at the reception was appreciated. The attached restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced meals. The hotel's location was convenient with a nearby 7-eleven and easy access to major tourist attractions. Additionally, the proximity to Jodd Fairs was a plus. Overall, a satisfying stay that combined comfort and affordability.

Room clean, spacious, with confort beds and big window. Service exceeding all our expectations. (Late check out, help with our bike and any trouble, bring you to the metro line for free) So basically not far from perfection. Only down side could be the location but price and service makes it much easier to live with. I fully recommend.

Pros Comfortable room Restaurant down stairs Cons Won't allow grab or to deliver food upstairs to you and they charge you for the reception to deliver the food to you because it's "policy" which is pretty rediculous. There was only one guy that was nice and respectful and tried and was hassle free out of all the reception.

Spacious rooms, but urgently needed a renovation. Horrible ceiling light in rooms. Hard to find. It can be a good hotel if owner will spend a money to maintenance.

Relax environment. Thai style decoration with wooden chairs and table. Lovely Thai style in Bkk city. Mixed Seafood spicy "Pad Kee Mao+ order with anything you like. Seafood, OR chicken, OR pork" I would recommend this menu.

I stayed at the hotel for more than 30 days. Totally worth the stay. Super friendly staff. Humble and helpful. Clean and good rooms. The food is great. I will definitely miss the whole staff. The smile on their faces and greetings. Definitely will be back there when I visit Bangkok again.

Staff is nice, but looks a bit cheap, and the maid never came to clean in 5 days 😏 we never asked tho. Overall it’s a great location.

Very nice little hotel. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They don’t have perfect English but they know enough to have a conversation with. Rooms are clean and large but the bed is a little on the hard side. Price wise it is very competitive with others. There is a nice little cafe next it that has a very wide variety of drinks and pastries for sale. Along with the cafe it has a good food menu which you can order from and eat in your room (as room service) or out on the patio or inside the cafe. It adds to the convenience of not having to go out anywhere. There is also some food stalls right down the street. The only reason it got 4 stars for me is because it’s far from most places and like most places in Thailand, the place is in an ally. The expressway is right next to it also but the traffic is diverted around the hotel. There aren’t many things to do and you need to take a cab to get where you want to go unlike other places where you can make the trek to places on foot. The BTS is about a 20-25 min walk away which will take you all over.

Air NOT COLD. Room smells bad. Good price but not worth to sacrifice comfort.

We booked the container room which is small but clean and perfect for an overnight stay. They could improve by making room under the beds to store luggage and try soundproofing but our stay was very short. The location is perfect and we'll stay here again next time we travel

The room was good. Clean inside and out. Very close to the 7/11 and there are two good joints next to the hotel. Parking was good. The location is great but very tricky to find.. I wish they had more lighting in the room as it’s darker at night. Most importantly, they have just one plug point. That’s horrible.

Natural Boutique reminds me of home. A large room and bathroom. The rooms are clean and have excellent beds. Tuktuk service is provided for free from the hotel to the nearby Ratchayothin BTS station. Every day, I received a complimentary water bottle, coffee, and towel. A strong Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel. The rooftop is magnificent. The staff are kind and helpful.  7 Eleven is 100 meters from the hotel. The Hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. To get to the hotel from the BTS station, you'll need a Bolt or Grab car or a bike. Because it's almost two kilometers from the BTS station.
