This is a rubbish place it looks like I was a victim of Photoshop, the rate is good but the property management doesn't care about how a human room looks like I am completely disappointed making and appointment and they don't tell straight to the point how was the room looks like, I am not renting a room to do renovation those fill up covered floor with cockroaches crowling, and their worker doesn't that friendly like, to think the right room, they don't allow you to take photos as maybe they don't want thier ugly accommodation of those worn out floors to beware of renter to Inquire. There just wasting my time. Employees in good uniform are not hesitant to show thier room with worn out furnishing and dirty areas. Sorry but everyone should knew to be aware

Cheap place to rent and good area I still here until today. Hopefully they don’t type the number of the Electric meter wrong again. People can make a mistake I understand it. Hope u do it better. It’s still good they have Electric meter show you and you can see it next to your door.

If you like sharing an apartment with ants, termites, cockroaches and rats, then this is the place for you. Very dirty with lazy, rude staff. Overcharging for electricity is the norm here. On one occasion I queried my bill and checked the meter, with the power in my room switched off, the meter was still running. Accident???? The gym is dilapidated to the point of being dangerous. The ground floor restaurant serves small portions of poor quality food. But it's not all doom and gloom, the swing pool is great, the pool surround, however, is badly maintained with broken termite infested furniture.

I went here for 1 month stay for 12000 baht. It's a little old but has a rooftop pool and is in a great area. I would rate 3 out of 5 stars if they didn't scam me for the electric bill and cleaning service. From the 12k deposit I received 6k back because my electric bill was 3500, cleaning service for 1500, what actually amazes me considering it's a 20m2 condo and it was cleaner then the day I moved in. To make it even worse, I checked out after 20 days, actually saved myself about 2k for electricity, this might be the only positive side of the story.

This is actually a pretty nice place for the money. The building is a little beat up but my room is really cute and newly refinished. Plus I can take a shower without spreading water all over the bathroom! That's rare for Thailand. So the shower is separate from the toilet. I hate places where you have to dry the whole bathroom after a shower. So pretty good setup for the money although the building doesn't look too great when you come in.

I had been living here for more than 10 years. It's an old building but the fee is not expensive. And it's convenient because close to the pier Thonglor where canal boats are available.

BEST rooftop swimming pool and overall great value, service and location in Ekkamai- Thonglor the best area of Bangkok! :)

Studio around 5000 to 6000 bath. Building is old. The swimming pool is a nice place to chill. Good price for a nice area in Ekkami.
