We had a fantastic new years eve here. Fantastic staff, DJ, drinks, friendly clientele (both Thai and ex-pat). Very friendly atmosphere. Could do with another toilet, but the queue is also fun! We had not been made to feel welcome at a bar before so were on our way back to hotel when we tried this place. The bar man insisted we have a seat at the bar (the rest were full), and apart from the odd dance, that's where we stayed to welcome in 2018! If we are lucky enough to be in Bangkok again, we will definitely be back! Thanks guys.

Something really special about Method to my Madness. The vibe is unparalleled in Bangkok. Come and hang out outside, listen to some tunes and enjoy the drinks. Simple yet brilliant. The host (owner?) is the most; always super attentive to everything around him. The crowd is talking, socialising, not looking at their phones… feels like something from years ago. In love with this place.

Nice place for having a beer with friends and listening to good music. Waiters are friendly and fast and everyone is in a good mood. There's also a store when you go up the stairs where you can find some cool vintage things. It was a nice evening, we come again.

A laidback bar with reasonable priced drinks and friendly owners. There is much method to this local bar. If classic alternative rock is your thing then the jukebox doesn't get much better than this. Great location just a minute from the MRT. A good place to relax after a day at JJ Market.

This is a great, small local bar. It's very fun. It's packed without being too crowded. The bartenders are good and attentive. They have standard Thai beer and liquor choices. There's a cool outdoor seating area, but you need reservations on the weekends.

Good music, have an outdoor seat for smoker but dont have a roof so if it's raining you must have some protection. This place have only 1 restroom and a little bit disgusting. The price is reasonable 1 bottle of beer is around 100 baht. There is not have a air conditioner because of this this bar is a bit sweltering. If you wanna hang out with your friend. It's ok. But this place is not good enough for a group.

My favorite bar all over Bangkok. Great vibes, great music and hip crowd. They have different DJs every night from 9pm on. Follow them on IG to see the lineup. The owners are amazing and everybody on the team is too. They just renovated so now you get to sit on sofas inside. It usually fills up after 9.30pm / 10pm. But they always find a spot for you to sit.

They played really great 2000s indie rock...surprised to hear old Pulp songs in Lad Prao 😂
